      On November 18th, 2022, I received a letter in the mail from Tate & Kirklin Associates, Inc. regarding an account from *** stating I owed $654.42. When I go online and put in the reference number included in the letter, it states there is no account under that reference number. So I call the number included in the letter and it's not a valid number. I'm certain this was falsely sent to me to get me to pay this company money that I do not owe. I have no bad debt and would appreciate this be resolved.

      Tate and Kirlin sent me a bill for over $1000 stating I owe ******* wireless. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A ******* WIRELESS ACCOUNT. THIS IS A SCAM. LET ME REPEAT THAT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ******* WIRELESS ACCOUNT. THE SCAMMERS BEFORE TATER AND KIRKLAND TRIED THE SAME SONG AND DANCE AND I TOLD THEM THE SAME THING. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ******* WIRELESS ACCOUNT.

      This company claimed to be collecting on a debt and offered me a settlement. I paid in full in June 2022 and received an email confirmation of my payment. The debt payoff was never reported to the credit agencies and still shows up on my credit report. Additionally, debt has since transferred to a new company which apparently has no record of my payment to previous company. I continue to receive notices and a strike on my credit report even though I paid this account.

      Thank you for your chance to respond to complaint. We did receive the payment on 06/19/2022. On the same date, we voided out the payment and did not process the payment due to the account being recalled from our office. I have attached the proof of the void.

      A Tate & Kirlin Associates representative calls me on a regular basis of a debt which is completely removed from my credit file. I have repeated myself too many times to mention and now I am annoyed. I just want them to update their records and leave me alone. At this point it's harassment.

      Business reached out to a number that is not my own saying that I had an unpaid debt of nearly six hundred dollars. It has been twelve years since this card was allegedly opened. I’ve never received notice of this debt before and have no memory of having this card. They asked me to pay over the phone without ever giving written notice of the itemized charges.

      They keep harassing me telling me I owe them $2,222.26 I do not owe anything to this company. This debt should have never been sold to them because my original contract states that ****** would not sell my debt to another company. ****** violated our contract and sold my debt to TWO different companies. I do NOT have a contract saying I owe anything to Tate & Kirlin. I’d like Tate & Kirlin to provide a contract showing my Signature on it saying I owe them money, otherwise I’d like Tate & Kirlin to stop contacting me.

      This business contacts me MULTIPLE times a day from different phone numbers. They call back to back. And when I do finally speak to someone they are foreign and you can barely understand them and you can hear a ton of more people in the background talking. They can't tell me anything and are very vague. I don't know what kind of scam business they are running but they need to ceases and desist. Stop calling me. The 2 numbers that keep calling me are ************* and *************. When you call back it gives their website to make a payment and then says Tate and Kirlin.

      I'm not sure who this company is. I have answered several calls and no one ever speaks. They are calling a business line and a company phone. I receive about 2 calls a day from them. I can't even speak with them to validate the debt

      Tate & Kirlin ***. texted me this morning saying that that they were collecting a debt for *** and I dont owe *** any money and when I TRIED TO CALL THE OR TEXT THEM BACK, I GET NO RESPONSE! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY PHONE # and think they are scamming people.

      I will see a collection notice by the company from an entire company known as ********* made auto payments for arrangements to pay then paid off the remainder of the balance and now the company has continually the past couple of months continued to deduct money from my checking account and has been told of the payment being paid in full and have asked for them to discontinue the auto payment they said they would and they have not done that requesting them to stop further actions has seemed to have not happened
