      I received numerous text messages that I owe money to this organization. When I call the phone number, and provide the reference number, my phone numbers associated with it.

      This collection for ***** is over a year old and was sent to a different collection company originally. I spoke to that company months ago and told them I did not receive any service for this bill from ***** and that I was not paying it. Months later I now have this company calling me, not not telling me what the call if for and was rude and kept insisting that I give them personal information over the phone which I declined to do. Now today, I received a letter for debt collection in the mail from this company for the same service that I have explained previously to several people that I do not owe this bill. They need to cease and desist this debt collection and not contact me again for a "debt" that I DO NOT owe.

      They are calling me and texting me and telling me that I owe $97 for ***** **** *******, their reference # is ********. ***** called me and told me not to pay and the account was closed: I have a voicemail of them stating NOT to pay any amount and NOT to pay collections, ******* from ***** stated it was their mistake and can be reached at ************

      This company started out texting me. I reported the number as SPAM and they started calling me. After receiving multiple calls, I told them to stop calling me and only communicate via mail. They have called every day since I have told them not to call me. I told them I would be reporting them for harassment. I have already reported it to the *************************************

      Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc. is attempting to collect on an alleged debt. Credit reports indicate that the original account holder closed the account and notations are that it was "paid as agreed." I believe that this organization bought this account from a previous entity who purchased this as a clerical error from the original company. I believe that they are bullying (either knowingly or unknowingly) an elder and they need to remove the alleged debt, cease collection attempts, and not pass their account on to the next company, wherein we need to start this whole process again. I feel that the continued attempts to revive and collect on this alleged debt verges on elder abuse.We are reaching out to BBB as latest search showed 283 BBB complaints against this vendor in the last 3 years and fear the business entity will not act in good faith without BBB supervision and intervention.(Sensitive information: I am the Power of Attorney for my step-dad, *************************. His failing health and the recent loss of his wife/my mother has led to my increased financial involvement. I am acting with his knowledge and consent. Letter dated 8/26/22, Reference ********. Amount 435.08. Settlement offer: 326.31. They list current creditor as **** ******* LLC. . Original creditor **************** (previous April 2022 letter came from **************************** **** also collecting on behalf of **** ******* LLC. Previous dispute filed by ************************* via ***********)

      This business is attempting to collect a debt for *********. I have explained several times that I am on Social Security, and I did not get anything from *********. I filed bankruptcy on ********* and someone in my household ordered something. I don't know what it was, however, I have been ordered to pay for it. Now Tate and Kirlin has been calling my phone and texting my phone none stop. I want them to stop calling and texting and send proof that I myself ordered something from them. With eight people living in the household, I need them to prove that it was me.

      Hello my name ************************* - I start paying Tate & Kirin in April . They give me a settlement payment for $276.00 .I agreed to it and I started paying it every month .To the person I was dealing with her name was Lisa S****. I made a payment to her every month. Because that’s who I start talk to at the begin. Then sept 28,2022 . I call to talk to Lisa s**** and I explain to her that i will have the money on sept 30, 2022 which was the $25.00. She told me to call back at the same time I call her on sept, 28, 2022 at 11:00 am. And when I called I start getting the run around. That she was not there. And at 1:00 pm. Guest who answer Lisa s**** answer at 1:00 pm. Then I was told the settlement was decline. Then manger get on the phone her name was Redding gray she said it was decline. So I got pay $243.00 because it was decline. Apr 4-$20.00. May 2-91.67 may 31-$91.67 July 28 -$10.00 aug 29-$20.00 sept30-$25.00 all together $258.00 I have paid . I only had one more payment. And I am on a fix income. And Lisa s**** told me that I will get a letter pay in full once I make my last payment. I really suppose to have one payment left. Until I was told I was decline. I feel like I was scammed and abuse

      I have received calls, text messages and a letter from this firm which is perceived as very unprofessional. I am requesting further information about the bill in question including the dates and timeframes which has lapsed. I also ask that you cease and desist with all calls, emails & letters concerning me.

      This company Tate & Kirlin is unprofessional and feels like a scam. They have been texting me claiming that I owe $ and I blocked them because I had no idea who they are. They continued to text from different #s. Today I received a letter from them on behalf of their client (**** *******). I called the # listed and someone named Chris answered my call. Gave my acct # ******** and I then explained that quite some time ago (about a year ago) I told **** ******* that I did not owe any money to ***. They asked me some questions, I answered and did not hear back from them again. Today when I opened the letter is when I see that this company is now claiming that I owe this money and that they are collecting on behalf of ****. He asked so what do you want to do? I said well I don't owe this money so ...He cuts me off and says yeah, you do owe it and you have to pay it. I then repeated that I don't owe it and that way back when I reached out to *** and they said that I did not owe them anything ( I really did call them when **** called me). He screams YOU KNOW WHY THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE YOU WERE IN COLLECTIONS! Now that he is screaming, I am really angry. I said well I don't owe this and I want you to stop contacting me. He screams again that I do owe it and that I don't just get to say that I don't- I HAVE TO PROVE IT. How do I prove that I don't owe it? He says well I am telling you that you do because you signed an agreement with them. I then said I did not sign anything and for him to prove that. He screams that I am trying not to pay what I owe and this won't end well. This sounds like a threat. I now tell him I am going to file a complaint and he hangs up. I call back and same person says that his name is John R*******. I said you sound like the guy that I just spoke to. He tells me that he can't help me because the other person I spoke to is entering a complaint in my file. What? When I tell him what happened he said well just pay it. not enough room to finish...

      I have been getting calls and text messages from Tate & Kirlin Associates on my cell phone every day since the beginning of 2022 calling about some debt for a person that I do not know. When I am able to get a hold of someone to tell them they have the wrong number, their agents ignore me and hang up. I just want Tate & Kirlin Associates to stop calling my phone EVERY DAY, they have the wrong phone number!
