      Worst Company Ever!!!!!!! Westshore Homes Bath people are very unprofessional, I left several messages regarding a shower ?? that leaks tremendously to the point my basement is flooded due to the unfinished work by their contractors and I have NOT received any calls to rectify the situation. I give them a zero on professionalism.

      Ms. P*** contacted us on 5/12 at 2:08pm about her issue. By 3:25pm we were on the phone with her and prepared to immediately send our Service Technician out for repair. Ms. P*** requested we schedule her on 5/18 so her husband could be home when our Service Tech arrived. We take great pride at immediately addressing any customer concern and we definitely did so here. Our customers are extremely important to us and we always react quickly to resolve any and all issues.

      Negative 5 stars is what they deserve. This is a 2nd complaint about West Shore Home, LLC due to an unsatisfactory product, workmanship & the Co. over all. Their TV advertisements are full of lies and deceptions. A project that started on Nov 4, 22 has yet to be completed to our satisfaction. We are highly disgusted and dissatisfied by their lies and taking advantage of the elderly. Information they advertise on TV is deceptive and full of lies. Their free 1 day installation being fast, easy and stress free, LIES (it has been anything but stress-free). The remodeling/replacement of a bathtub/shower area with 12 or 18 month interest free no payments are HUGH LIES. They told us "if they did not finish the project in 1 day the installation would be free," LIES, nothing was free. It took over 4 months for them to complete the job. The 1st installation took more than 8 hrs. After 12 hrs, they were not finish in 1 day, left a mess, tore up and broke things, the shower walls were installed wrong, had to come back and redo the walls & replace the tub, which stills makes noise when in it. The biggest LIE, that has impacted us greatly, was about my mother having a bad credit score, which disqualified her from their "No interest or payments for 12 months." She had/has excellent credit. This deception put us with Castle Credit paying 9.900% APR which is approximately $94.56/month, an unreasonable amount of monthly interest and monthly bill for a very substandard product & still dealing with liars about the financing. Dealing with Castle has been a nightmare. We have placed numerous call to various WSH people, all wanting to LIE & deceive us more. Shame on this horrible company.
      Resolve: What we want from this despicable company is: The installation should be FREE due to WSH, LLC not keeping their word of "finishing the project in one day" OR giving us what we rightfully should have had, a financial agreement with no interest and monthly payments for either 12 or 18 months.

      They did work that should have taken 2 days it took 2 months and then after a few months they have to redo it all again the floor in our shower sank so now it will take another couple months to fix the price is outrageous so we asked for some back since we paid in full they said no this place does very crappy work and the money is ridiculous I would never wish them on anyone

      In my 65+ years, there are only two businesses that I regret choosing for a large project– WestShore Home is one of those. I encourage anyone to choose a company that manufactures their own windows and to read the lifetime warranty very carefully. I purchased 19 windows and a patio entry door in 2019 from America Windows, now WestShore Home. After 2 years, the lifetime warranty is extremely limited–you will pay a service call fee and you will pay to replace any window cracked or broken by an act of God or accident. In Jan 2023, I had to replace and pay for one window sash due to a stress/pressure crack (not covered by Lifetime Warranty). On Feb 10, the new sash was brought out for installation, and it was cracked during the installation process. The first sash came quickly and installation scheduled in a timely manner, but that did not happen the next time. Westshore said they put a “rush order” out for a new sash on Feb 10, but it did not arrive until March 30 and was not scheduled for installation until Apr 19 (9.5 weeks for a one window sash on a rush order). I was bothered more by the lack of communication regarding status updates and dismissal of my concerns. I tried to get updates, but no one knew and no one would check with the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer directly and was told they could only communicate that information to Westshore, even though I was the paying customer. I asked Westshore to call the manufacturer as they were willing to provide an updated status, but that was not done. In my phone calls, I asked to be connected to a supervisor so I could express what I’m writing here, but that never happened. I was told that a manager would be notified and would reach out to me, but that never happened. The lack of interest in my concerns wasn’t what I expected from the company. I regret doing business with WestShore. Just do your homework before such a large investment.

      It is a shame that West Shore Home continues to provide a product that is so cheaply made while touting the quality and continues to act as though they resolve issues when they don't. People get tired of interacting with them; they send out "technicians" to fix shoddy work, and it is marginally better, or it "is the best they can do." This is not a reputable company in my opinion as they sell very high prices for very mediocre quality products. The one-year interest-free tactic would be nice if the quality of the job warranted anything near the price. I notice many complaints filed with BBB, and feel fortunate to have a decent job with few flaws even if it is about a $7000 product at most, for the tidy sum of $14000! Who knew a delayed interest feature was so costly? March, 2023 installation, basic product, chrome, glass doors, hand-held shower head, and very poor grout job. I used a razor blade to fix it. Marietta Ga installer, customer service doesn't give a flip. Buyer Beware.

      West Shore came to install my shower today. They did a very very good job. They were attention to detail and was very thorough in the job they did so I have no problems giving them a five star rating. keep up the good work…

      I wish I could give a negative customer service star. I have even calling this west shore home since Dec 2022. I was told I would not be charged interest on the loan for the window for the 1st 2 years. To give me a chance to pay 14000 of windows off. I call repeatedly and have been told EACH TIME THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK. BUT THE CALLS NEVER COME. AND U DONT GET COPIES OF WHAT U SIGN 10X CAUSE SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON THEIR ESIGN COPIES. I WANT THE PROMISE THEY MADE TO ME ABOUT NO INTEREST FOR 2 YEARS AND THE INTEREST CHARGED UP TO THIS DATE REMOVED.

      We take great measures to ensure customers have 100% understanding of loan terms they are applying for. In addition to that the Ms. Parker had to sign multiple documents with the third party lender confirming her understanding of her loan terms. We have explained this to Ms. Parker multiple times. We have purposefully set up our internal systems so there is not way a customer can apply for a loan without understanding the terms. That is also why the third party lending companies require additional signatures confirming the loan terms. So there is no way for a customer to be approved for a loan without full understanding of the terms.

      3/29/23:I called WSH twice yesterday to address the shelf issue, on my less than 1 week old redo, and the 1st time I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, not a word from ANYONE, before I hung up and the 2nd time I was told that my newest case (#9) would be passed along to a Service Supervisor, not a CUSTOMER Service Supervisor, as escalated and I would get a callback? That was at 3:15pm and it is going on noon the next day, NOTHING! Customer Care is a JOKE!
      3/28/23:Not even 1 week into my redo and the bottom shelf is coming loose?! This will make the 9th service/work order in exactly 2 yrs! I can’t even enjoy a bath/shower anymore! Surprised I’m not PTSDing every wash at this point?!
      3/27/2023:With the amount of money we are spending on this project I expected a lot less of a hassle? They send a Team Member(s) out here to do work required under warranty, fine the 1st time or 2 but it has become habitual with no above, no beyond to make amends so why would I stick my neck out for WSH with a recommendation?
      1/3/23:A WSH Plumber came out to my home a few days after my initial review and fixed the hot water issue, at least temporarily, but I NEVER received a follow up call and NOTHING has been discussed on the discolored, dingy acrylic!

      We had WSH remodel our wet area in our main bathroom almost 2 yrs ago and while it IS better than what we had… I’m not blown away by it. Within just the 1st year, there were 6 service orders for issues we were having… not a good feeling when you’re spending $8k+ on a product or service, even under warranty. Here it is, not even 2 years in, this virgin acrylic, that is supposed to be SO easy to keep clean, has stains that I can’t remove. And now, AGAIN, I am having issues with my water temperature, just in the shower. We replaced a heating element in our water heater and paid someone over $100 to come out and check it, just to make sure there were no other issues, none were found! To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.??
