      I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism by Westshore, a company that misled my elderly parents into a $13k remodel they didn't need, writing up a contract with no details as to what they were getting. When I asked the rep how they'd be able to tell what they were getting, he promised me he'd provide answers before their 3 day cutoff to cancel. He didn't. The rep talked my parents out of their initial plan to remove the tub and put in a shower, and even the deal he sold them on was not fulfilled - there was no low profile shower pan, shower bench, grab bars, rainfall shower head - all of which were promised, but not included in the contract. It's clear to me that Westshore's 4.9 rating is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - they take advantage of the elderly and lack integrity. If my mom falls in the shower due to their lies, it will unfortunately be their fault.

      We apologize for the confusion regarding what was agreed upon at the time of purchase. We have no record of the items mentioned being selected for purchase on the contract. WSH takes great pride in their customer satisfaction ratings, and in no way intended to mislead or take advantage of anyone. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we will gladly offer a Teak Seat, Grab Bars, and a Rainfall shower head to be installed at your earliest convenience.

      Great Product, Professional Sales Person, Professional Installers. Need to work on the Logistics Manager. Our shower was redone in Sept. We got the shower in pretty quick. We were promised the bench would be at the warehouse in October. It is now almost February and we still do not have a bench. But we get that bill every month. Need to figure out how to fix this situation. Wait they gave us a $40 shower head(Which still hasn't showed up) and came and put the shower bar back up that fell last month. Hopefully we can get the $5,000 bench installed soon. Lets hope they will not forget about us AGAIN. Make sure you do your own research to make your own opinion.

      We sincerely apologize to the Sheridans for the frustration. This was definitely a breakdown in communication on the part of West Shore Home and we own that. We would also like to thank the Sheridans for making us aware of this issue. The minute we became aware there was an issue we immediately reached out to the Sheridans and scheduled them for installation. We have also provided them with upgraded fixtures at no cost to make sure we are going above and beyond to make this right.

      I noticed you are listing West point homes LLC a window replacement company,, but not their bathroom remodeling company.
      Where are the ratings for them..
      My main complaint with West Shores is receiving an estimate for $19,000 and refusing to give me an itemized estimate. Many of the fixtures he showed me, shower head and handicap bars, I already have them and they are in excellent condition cuz they were replaced recently. yet he told me West Shore could not use my fixtures. I would have to purchase the ones that came with their package. I wanted him to subtract the price of all of those items I didn't need but since they would not give me an itemized estimate I don't know how much those items cost and he didn't either, he claims. I'm a senior citizen and I feel they are taking advantage of us. they claim a 50% off installation special. He took $1,000 off the estimate. Something has to be done about these companie only the Lord knows what their contract looks like.
      By the way I took the time to look the items up from local suppliers and then I added $2,500 for installation and the complete package came to about $5,500. People please be careful and do not purchase anything with a minimum of 3 itemized estimates. How can these people have a A+ rating with BBB.???

      We contracted West Shore Home on 10/7/22 for almost $15,000. When they were going to install a shower replacement, they canceled 2 times, that should have been a red flag for me. On 11/4 a crew came out to do the job, they damaged our ceiling, damaged a floor tile and destroyed an open shelf that we had on the wall. The next day we tried to take a shower, NO WATER. I contacted John S**** (GM at WSH) and after an argument he got a plumber to fix the issue. After the fix we realized that the wrong shower pan was installed and was pooling on the side. I contacted them and they sent out Ray L********* (manager at WSH) and he said that the whole job needed to be redone. On Dec 2 they sent out a crew to redo the mess, they did but forgot to caulk the bottom of the shower rail and water poured onto floor. They fixed that and painted the ceiling, but ignored the floor and the shelf that was destroyed. I have contacted my salesman 6 times requesting a breakdown of the cost. John S**** called and said that a breakdown wasn’t possible, and insulted us offering $500.00 for all our problems. WSH is not a reputable company and would NEVER recommend them.

      On 12/3/2022, West Shore Home quoted a shower replacement job for me, and I applied for financing help to pay for it. But West Shore did not send me the loan documents. When I wanted them, they said they would not provide them until the job was done. They also said that the price listed in your contract is the price you pay. However, I didn't get a copy of the contract, only their Peace of Mind Pledge, and a quote of $16,241. This is not a contract, it's a quote. WSH would not provide me with a contract.
      WSH printed literature on which the quote is written says they have an A+ rating on BBB. However, their customer review rating clearly says 1.71 out of 5 possible stars. Clearly not A+. That seems fraudulent to me.
      Can a company pay off BBB to get a better rating than the customers of that business clearly say?
      On 12/12/2022, and after not receiving any loan documents to review from the company, I cancelled my agreement by calling 2 different people at the company. I called Drew, who answers the phone at the call center, and she had my information pulled up. She said that because it had been more than 3 days past my deadline to cancel, that while I could still cancel, their policy was to send a manager over to my house to talk to me about it. I explained that I do not want to do business with them after this, and she was very adamant that they would be sending someone out to talk to me. I had to threaten to call the police if they came on my property for them to stop pushing me for another in-person appointment!!!
      I next called the salesman, Chris Sheppard, to reiterate with him that I was cancelling. He also agreed to cancel the work, but added that there was no way he could provide me with the loan documents for the loan for which I had applied and been approved. This is my financial information...upon what basis would they be withholding these documents?
      Isn't this a violation of Truth in Lending law?
      This company seems sketchy to me!

      it took 6 months for my shower to be installed. i have called multiple times for service request for them to fix issues that they damaged and still no one has called back. Going on 9 weeks and still nothing. When I call they assure me someone will contact me. Regional Manager and Install manager were supposed to contact me and come by as well, still nothing.

      Westshore advertises one day service. It took them five different days to try to install my shower properly. They never have fixed two issues but they are promising compensation. I would never recommend them to anybody else

      We have been trying diligently to contact Ms. C***** so that we can address her issues. She is refusing to take our calls, often answering and then hanging up. We are attempting to contact her at the highest levels of leadership because we take tremendous pride in helping our customers if they have a need. We strive very hard to provide all of our customers with an exceptional experience during all aspect of their project. We will continue to attempt to contact Ms. C***** as we genuinely want to resolve any and all issues she may have.

      My request to remodel my shower was taken in May, but service wasn't completed till August. The initial order was taken by Salesman Joshua B. who went over various shower models to include specific shower doors, but on the installation date the shower was remodeled without a shower door, a curtain was added in its place. I found myself going back and forth with West Shore Reps trying to rectify this issue. I stressed the entire goal was to upgrade my current shower to include a door. Local West Shore manager Eric claimed they never received a request to include a door, and insisted that I pay an additional amount $900 to install the door. I did eventually pay to enhance the shower with a door, at the first visit the wrong door was installed, a separate time was set up to install a door to ensure I could enter the shower without hitting my head. The project was pricey and a lot of time lagged while West Shore and I attempted to bring this project to a close.
      This was a very disappointing experience I felt deceived by being forced to pay the additional $900 to receive an item that I asked for initially at meeting with Joshua. I originally reached out for advice on installing a door to my previous shower, after discussing shower options with Joshua, i decided to upgrade the entire shower to include the door.

      False advertisement, bait and switch. TV advertisements are filled with lies and deception. My mother is 88 years old and we have been taken advantage of.
      The pipes underneath our tub busted & we had to have them repaired. Our neighbors found out about our situation they highly recommended West Shore Homes. They hired West Shore to replace their old pipes and install a bathroom shower. Their shower looks beautiful. We hired WSH to replace our piping and install a new tub and ours is a mess and ugly.
      Jenna, the sales lady, showed up on Oct 3, 2022, measured incorrectly, there was no 2nd measurement. The top of the shower wall is off 4-8 inches, due to tapering, which left a big gap at the top. The installers told us it was because they do not go over 98", lie. The install started on Nov. 4, 2022 a month later. One day installation is & was a lie since they still have not finished as of today Nov, 19, 2022. Minimal disruption is another lie. They showed up around 8:30 on the day of the install and were still here at 8pm and were not finished, we actually had to ask them to leave. They did not put down any protective covering to prevent dirt and dust from flowing throughout the house. They left filthy-grease-like hand prints on our walls and broke a part of the frame around the outside of the bathroom door. It took us 3 days to clean up their mess. They broke a piece of a tile off the wall and put something in the bathroom sink heavy enough to break the drain stopper. The tub enclosure itself had several nicks, a scratch on the back wall and they did a poor job chalking. Standing in the tub there are creaking sounds, that tell us it is not attached properly. Base and wall trim are not squared up leaving gaps. Since Nov 4, four different people have come and taken pictures of all the mistakes above saying they will let headquarters know and get back with us.
      So far, we are very dissatisfied and regretful that we hired them. They deserve ZERO stars.
