I'm currently in phone trying to get some answers. I feel like they are scamming me for info. I've given my full social all my addresses ama phone numbers trying to get verified. He said he input to my answer he had to transfer me to specialist. That specialist gets on the phone and gets rude with me because I asked her if when she asks a question does she see an anger or do you have to input it in? She replied I'm not answering your questions you called us. She kept interrupting me wanting to get smart and dismiss me. I want that call to be heard in June 24th at 546pm a lady. I asked to speaker with supervisor she laughed placed me on hold till they closed so I can't speak to anyone. I use to be a member and wanted to restart it. The service advisor caught me off guard with her rude. I have alot of info to verify myself not to all questions to feel secured. I was able to speak to ***** a supervisor but she made an excuse for the advisor.Business Response

I recently had an issue with the billing practices of PSECU and the obvious issues with treating long term and loyal customers like myself without any regard. ********************** finally understood and corrected the issues. However in obvious retaliation they lowered my available balance to my exsiting card to just above the balance. My credit is excellent so this is an obvious retaliation tactic. I was going to close accounts when my business is complete per our agreements and this is further proof PSECU is unethical and a business bully.Business Response

I have been a member with PSECU for about 30 years and never had an issue. I decided to start my own business in April 2024 and open up a business checking and savings account. I sent all of the completed paperwork to PSECU on Friday, April 19th. I called that afternoon to make sure they received it. I checked back with them on Tuesday, April 23rd. They told me they had about 30 accounts to set up and would get to mine within the week. I call back on April 30th then being told it would be completed in another 2 weeks. I call back on May 17th and now they tell me they had 130 business accounts but assured me they would do it that day. I checked my personal account and saw the initial withdrawal to the business account but have not received any information. I call back yet gain on Tuesday, May 28th and they told me there was a mix up and it wasn't mailed out. Said it was going out that day in the mail. Today is May 31st and I have not received any thing.Business Response

My car was totaled by ********************* on April 28th 2024, PSECU has refused to provide the insurance company with the paperwork required to pay off the loan.I have tried at least 10 times to call PSECU to resolve the situation but PSECU refuses to respond to neither me nor the insurance company. Now PSECU is trying to get me to pay monthly payments for a loan that is closed or they will send me to credit collections and ruin my credit.I need them to resolve the situation with my insurance company and stop them from sending me to claims for a loan that would be closed if PSECU would provide the insurance company with the paperwork. They do not respond to phone or email or contact chat inquiries. I believe PSECU is acting in a fraudulent manner and should be reported to the PA Commisioner on banking.I need help and PSECU refuses to respond to all my attempts to resolve the situation.Business Response

PA STATE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION is illegally reporting private information on my consumer report. 15 USC 1681e- Clearly states that ordinary income cannot be reported on a consumer's credit report. Under the **** all charge offs must be filed with a 1099-C and forwarded to the alleged debtor which would constitute all charge offs as ordinary income. I have not been sent the 1099-C of the alleged charged off debt by The Creditors which is required by law Therefore it is in violation of my consumer rights and privacy to report my private information, which is my ordinary income on my consumer report. PA STATE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION is willingly and knowingly reporting my private ordinary income onto my consumer report. I have not received an original consumer contract with my signature on it proving I consented to having my personal ordinary income reported on my consumer report. On 10 May 2024 I contacted PSECU to inform them that I needed a replacement debit card. I went through the texting verification process, gave them all information requested. He then transferred me to another representative where I went through the texting and information process. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't believe me that my name is ******* and that "he" needed to come to the phone. The representative continued to tell me that I was lying to her. She eventually just hung up the phone on me. I called back and a representative told me she saw the note that the previous representative had put in my account saying I was lying and pretending to be ******* but she was going to take it out and proceed with sending me a new card. I got online a little while later and saw that my account has been locked.Business Response

PSECU has degraded my credit via a false claim that a payment was late. Payment was never late, They continue to deny this but can't show proof to the contrary. I would like to receive a notice stating the paid amount for the month that they say my bill was late. It was not late.Business Response

I had my vehicle repossessed by PSECU, was told to take necessary steps to get my vehicle back, was guarenteed my vehicle back, I did everything they asked within one entire business day, showed my bank statements, insurance, address and paid an amount of $1233 to them and they told me I need to pay the amount in full or I cannot get my vehicle back, after it was confirmed and I was given a new payment date on their recorded line. That is my only transportation for my business and now they are trying to take my vehicle away and not honor the rest of the loan. I gave them everything they needed and they told me they were positive I would get my vehicle back, I sent the payment and their minds had changed. I was lured into paying them my balance, and their $550 towing fee and still dont have my vehicle. They will sell it at an auction and make me pay them the remainder after bringing my account up to date. Id like a complete refund for the entire amount Ive paid them for the vehicle they decided to steal from me, even after complying to their requirements.Customer Answer

I completed step one as stated above, I did so in a timely manner, one business day. The car was taken without notice on Friday, 3 days prior. They guaranteed me my car back upon completing the steps needed, I did so, then upon receiving the money they changed their mind and told me I must complete the balance in full. Option 1 above states I have to bring my account up to good standing. Ive repeated to them numerous times I need my vehicle for my small business, Im already not making much as it is and now every single day that passes, I am losing money and business. I also have a daughter I commute back and forth daily to and from school and this is my every day vehicle. I have put thousands of dollars of work into this vehicle and now theyre selling itBusiness Response

I am disputing THREE attempts from PSECU to make false claims against my credit. They have marked by account delinquent and overages on **** that are false. I have evidence that the payment was made, after PSECU locked my account and failed to return my phone calls when I switched and closed my account. AFTER my payment showed late, they turned back on, my online access. Then proceeded to report my payment late, they then reported it late in APRIL when it was paid in full. Today, they falsely reported a credit overage, which is untrue. When will they stop? You can see on the attached screen shots, there are zero late payments with the three late payments they claim.Business Response
