Apparently after COVID they just don't do anything anymore. Can't even say it's a credit union when all they do is screw you like every other bank. No one is helpful, the phone system is the absolute worst and God forbid if you only have a limited amount of time because you'll need a good 45 minutes to get an actual person on the line. But it gets better, the person who you talk to is rude and talks to you like you're an idiot.
If you have to have them mail you anything, don't hold your breath because you won't get it and then they'll blame the postal service.
Find a real credit union like Belco, don't waste your time with this place.

I made three payments on my auto loan shortly after taking it out (10, 15 and 16 days after), but they will only move my next payment due date by one month total. I asked for a copy of my auto loan amortization schedule, and they said they don't provide them to customers. What exactly do they do?

Impossible to make a payment. For reasons unknown, they locked my digital account access. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue with no success (I gave up and hung up). The interface on the site is awful. Making calls is impossible because of wait times, and when you do get someone on the phone they tell you that their system is "glitched" and to call back later? Seriously.Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Terrible company. I'd rather pay a higher interest rate than deal with this.

It is extremely frustrating to interact with PSECU. I have been paying on a loan and they make it very difficult to make a payment. The online services are constantly changing what an acceptable form of payment is. The quickpay is always crashing. When I tried to talk to someone in the chat option, they said that I had to call. Everytime I call it is nearly impossible to get through to a live representative. There was an occurence where I tried to make a payment through quickpay and the website kept giving an error message. When I looked at my checking account through another financial institution that I was using for payment, PSECU had taken out the payment 7 times. After speaking with several representatives, they would not refund the extra payments. Since the payments were made with a debit card (the only way that payment was accepted), I was unable to do a stop payment. I had to wait 4 days to file a dispute. I was unable to access that money during that time and for days after while awaiting the dispute. I also asked for an extension to talk to someone when I called back and the manager intially would not give me an extension to talk to a live representative. After this loan is payed off, I will not use PSECU again. There are a lot of credit unions that are easier to do business with. Note: This review is not specific to the local branch but to the entire PSECU institution.

I set up and got approved with this credit union. They shut me down with no explanation. I recently had a newborn who was born emergency C section. I was out of commission and missed my payment and they won’t remove my late payment for anything. I can’t move me and my 2 children into a house for this reason

I ordered 2.9 checks Visa Dept. Was told they are having an issue getting them out. Alot has been returned, wrong address. Can you believe they put my name and checking account on checks and sent them to the WRONG address. Now PSECU Visa Dept wants me to sign a paper to extend a stop payment and asked me to sign that I hold them to NO loss if someone else uses the checks.
PSECU has really gone down in service since the new President George R. has taken over and after near 50 years I am thinking of closing my accounts, paying off what I owe in loans and going full time with USAA.
Wish the new President would have cared about the customer and not lining his own pockets.

PSECU used to be excellent. The customer service was always helpful. No more. My debit card which is the ONLY way to withdraw cash from my bank account, expires 12/31/22. There is a large red banner on their website which just appeared in DECEMBER stating there is a problem with getting new credit and debit cards. I called customer service. I went through the prompts and held for 20 minutes. Someone finally answered and the phone disconnected immediately. I called in again and requested a call back and waited another 25 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. A woman named Joyce called. I asked what I could do about the debit card. She basically told me I was SOL. Her only suggestion was I withdraw cash before the end of the month. She said I should get it but she was just repeating what she "heard". She said this was November but December should be okay. But the banner stating there was a delay only appeared in DECEMBER. PSECU does NOT CARE that they are leaving customers with no way to withdraw cash, as their debit cards will be useless if they happen to expire. And I waited 45 minutes to get an uncaring representative who could not help and did not seem to care. This is unacceptable to leave people to have to drive a distance to make a deposit and to be unable to withdraw cash from their own bank account, and think that it is okay,

Was your contact by mail? I have not received a phone call or email, other than one telling me that my debit card was delayed. When I had called I was told I would get it on time but it hasn’t shipped yet and I received the email saying I won’t get it afterward. This is leaving me in a huge bind. I work full time so to drive to your office and wait in line will be difficult. It takes at least 20 minutes to get there. And I’m afraid I will run out of cash. It’s a shame that you are doing nothing to help in this situation, where people cannot access their own accounts to deposit or withdraw money. Suggesting people withdraw cash while they can is not a big help. It is the only thing I can do. And you won’t say when these cards will be sent, or how long this situation will last. I would appreciate your at least giving me an idea.
