If a minus zero could be given, that would be too high. We had to contact over 12 times in the last year forvthem to get my correct mailing address and physical address correct. Then, we never received, after requesting 3x, our School Occupational tax bill. We received communication from them that they were sent July 1, 2023, never received. Contacted again, was told by them, they WILL BE mailed the end of August. We are lied to - we cannot pay until this bill is received! Niow, since time has passed, we will miss the discount payment option due to their complete incompetence. Unbelievable!

Terrible, crooks, always trying to squeeze more money when it's not even accurate. This company is horrible.

I have never lived at the location. Not even a past footprint and all of a sudden past many years getting delinquent earned income tax notice. It's a scam and the firm just reaches folks randomly and sees if money can be extracted. Be aware of such letters. I tried calling but no vain.

I have been dealing with keystone collections since the end of 2021. They have sent letter upon letter, and each time I have disputed their claims, learning that TurboTax wasn't providing the correct documentation, and finally sending keystone everything from 2015 onward, including 1040s and as many w2s as I could locate after multiple moves. They were aware of my current address, however they sent a garnishment of wages letter to an address that I haven't lived at since 2022. I only learned of this after they had taken money from my current employer for a "missing" w2, because they don't except 1040 forms from TurboTax, according to the last person I spoke to. They have harrassed me time and time again for the past 3 years. I have sent them all of the tax documentation I can, and they continue to send new mail stating they don't have it for a certain year, to which I have to call/dispute and continue to prove them incorrect. I am sick of the harrassment after providing over 20 documents via their web service AND via mail. I'd like my garnished wages from 2020 returned post haste, as your inability to send YOUR documentation to the proper address was not my fault. Your inability cost me food from my table for 2 weeks, leaving only enough money for me to pay my bills. I had already provided the correct documentation to you. I have sent you all the information again, and included proof of residencies as well as more 1040s for years 2021 and 2022 in addition to the 2020 documentation. 0% understanding on your end, after repeated conversations to you, and continued harrassment for documentation already in your system should, is absolutely sickening. 1 star because I can't give 0

Received a storm water fee after moving into a new home. The bill arrived at my door and was postmarked AFTER the payment due date, so included a late fee. Called KCG about it and they didn't even receive the notice from the county until AFTER the bill's due date. They said there was nothing they can do and I'd have to pay the late fee anyway. They also mentioned that I can pay by check, but if I do then it'll probably be a while for them to get to it and it will most likely go delinquent... what absolute trash.

Just like other i received letters about owed taxes from 5-7 years ago and I have never had an issue before this. They zeroed out one year and the other they said my employer didnt take the correct percentage of taxes. My former employer was off by 0.1% yet they say I owed over $150 in owed taxes. My wages were garnished for more than the amount yet they refuse to call of the garnishments saying my employer did not send payment yet they sent an electronic payment almost 2 weeks ago but clam they didnt receive the payment yet. So now they will most likely garnish my wages for almost $450 and said they would issue me a refund but i highly doubt i will see that happen. So many horror stories of this garbage company.

I don't know how they keep finding my information but I kept getting letters with my ex husbands name addressed on them. I kept sending them back "return to sender" but i kept getting new ones months later. Now all of a sudden I move and they have now conveniently added my name to it stating we didn't pay local school district taxes, yet we rented...so we didn't OWE local school district taxes. PLUS this was from "2014". This is a scammer getting peoples information. They threatened my credit, what are you going to do? report to another "credit agency"??? I watch my credit closely. I don't think they'd wait 8 years then finally decide to take action and hit my credit report. This "business" should be forced to be closed down. I feel sorry for anyone who gets scared into paying scammers their hard earned money!

Received a notice in early Dec 2022 in the mail about not paying 2021 local taxes, when my employer always takes out local taxes from my check. I went online and filled out the info they needed, and everything totaled out to zero. ????? I got another notice about 2022 local taxes in the mail Tuesday. I went online again gave them the info, and again everything totaled out to zero owed. This feels like a scam, and I was worried not doing anything at all, would lead to more issues, bills, or garnishing my pay. The notices were intimidating, like others mentioned. This isnt fair, and ppl shouldnt have to deal with them.
