  If I could leave zero stars I would! This company is completely incompetent! I submitted the proper paperwork after receiving a delinquent bill. After not hearing from them or receiving any further paperwork or statements they began to garnish wages from both myself and my husband, after resubmitting paperwork they stated they submitted a stop payment paper to our employers however there was no record of this paper and our employers continued to take money out. They did start to refund our money but they are on a two week processing delay so we are receiving the refunds late and are now struggling because of this.

  This company should be shut down due to Fraud. They sent our family a very very large bill for Delinquent Earned Income Tax for a school district we do not live in, never lived in, never worked in, and have never been associated in any way. After an hour on hold to question their invoice (loaded with late fees for multiple years and this was the first ever notice we received), they said they must have made a clerical error but would not document that they made any mistake. They said that we shouldn't receive another notice in the future, but if we did to call them back again to figure out the issue. How have they not been criminally prosecuted? If we would have scanned the QR code and paid the bill, they surely would have kept it. This also means they shared personal information (SSN and Earned Income) with others including a School District we have no relationship.

  This company was hired to collect money for our township, and they would send collection notices to my previous address for years. It had no notice of what was expected to be paid, only a price tag. I asked to have the address changed years ago, and they later told me that I refused to change the address. I had to call them again, when I was put into delinquent account charges. I asked about the address change, and that was when I was told I refused to change the address, after they told me there was no note of an ask for said address change. They don' act in a professional matter, and are super rude.

  I would leave 0 stars if I could. A simple request to change my wife's name (we married last year) cannot be accommodated. I tried the website - an absolute mess. I called - after 5 minutes of wading through menus, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then dropped. A second call was the exact same.I am encouraging my city to drop this company. I suggest everyone else to do the same. We are paying tax dollars for subpar service.

  I truly feel like this company is a total scam and authorities seriously need to get involved. They sent us letters for over a year stating that we owe over $2,700 in city taxes. First off, they claim we owe from 2019-2021. We worked all of 2019 so not sure why those taxes weren't taken out of our checks like all the other taxes we pay. 2020 we lost our jobs due to the pandemic. My husband was in school in 2021 and I worked. Again, these taxes were not deducted from my gross pay. Now all of a sudden we owe all this money? Second, we sent our W2s for those years and now the amount we owe rose to over $3,300. We feel sick to our stomachs because how on earth did the amount increase in a matter of two weeks? Third, they claimed we made over $45,000 a year in 2021. That is very inaccurate. I wasn't even making 40k that year and my husband was in school. We don't know what to do and they already started garnishing our wages which we cannot afford right now. Keystone said we have until 12/07/2023 to pay this balance, which is impossible to do. So what's going to happen if we can't pay this in time, they're going to take our entire checks?? I could scream right now!!!!!

  I received a delinquency notice for taxes owed for the year 2017, I live in a different borough and sent this company proof of my W2s eom my employment dated back to 2017! Havent heard back since. Its just ridiculous how they claim I owe taxes when I didnt even reside there!

  I can not get them to leave me alone! I dont owe any taxes from 2018 what so ever, and refuse to pay almost $300 on school taxes that I have already paid.. First they tried to tell me I owned them from a house I was not living in during 2018, when I sent proof I was not living in the school district they where trying to charge me taxes on.. They agreed then 3 weeks later sent me another bill in a new school district for taxes .. I paid all my taxes in 2018, and even had an audit. So I know everything was done 100% correctly.. Its beyond frustrating, and they are now trying to garnish wages. I can not get a single person to help me over the phone from Keystone collections either.

  They garnished my paycheck two years in a row for a school tax where I havent lived in over three years. I sent all documentation on Sept 21, 2023 and today they said they didn't see anything on my account. I told them i received the confirmation they received it and two weeks ago when I spoke to a ***** she stated she would call back and has yet to do so. They owe me money and now I can't seem to get a refund. These people are a scam and now I am taking it to the Attorney General's Office and State Representative office for my money.

  They keep adding more and more and have tarnished my wages so every time they add a new one it just keeps coming from my check. I didnt live in the area for 3 years and were going back 10 years! Help! How do I stop this?!!!

  REPORT TO AUTHORITIES. They sent me a letter asking for delinquent tax money of $200+, stating that I made only $11,000+ in 2021. First of all, its 2023! Second, I only lived in ** November and December of 2021, and I DID NOT make even half of that in just two months. Please look into this unaccredited, dishonest group. They are not a company, not legitimate. I dont even know how they got ahold of my personal information but legal action WILL be taken to ruin them.
