    This is a follow up to a review I left regarding lack of payment for services rendered. It is currently January 17, 2024, my company has been trying to collect on a debt from Concord Since November 17, 2023. Over 50+ emails and phone calls went unanswered in an attempt to collect the debt that this company authorized on behalf of their client. So today, I called again and pretended to be a new customer seeking service and wouldn't you know, I got a return call within an hour of the request. If you are seeking a warranty company and are reading this, I assure you, this is not a company you want to do business with and as a repair shop, if you get a vehicle that has a Concord policy, DO NOT ACCEPT THE VEHICLE, THEY WILL NOT PAY YOUR SHOP. My hope is that any and all who read this, pass the word along and put this substandard, unscrupulous company out of business.

    This is a 100 percent internet scam. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They stole 2600.00 dollars from me. I paid them and decided I didn't want them 1 month later. I never received my refund, never got a call/ email back from anyone there. I am SOL. Stay away.

    I purchased a policy from Concord Auto Protect on 12/1/23 for my kids car. The car ended up being donated after it broke down so I called Concord on 12/12/23 to cancel the policy since it was not needed. They agreed and stated it may take 3-5 days for the refund to go through. Nothing happened and no communication. I called on 12/18, 12/22 and 12/28 plus emailed several times as well to get a status. Same message - we will call you back within 24hrs with an update. Nothing still. I wish I had checked the BBB before purchasing the policy as I now see that this company has no standards and integrity when it comes to customer service. Very shifty and dishonest communcations when you call in. Stay far away from this company as possible. Would hate to see if I actually had a claim to process and how hard it would be to get it covered. I assume impossible!

    This company does not honor payments on behalf of their clients. I own a small automotive repair shop in Denver and have been waiting months for payment and they won't even return emails or calls. Complete sham company.

    I have faced nothing but disappointment from this company and its representatives. The service I have received whenever we have called in is anything but exceptional. I have called for updates daily, constantly told me they will send a message and gave me the email address to the manager who I have emailed twice with no response. It has been 6 weeks, and the inspector has not contacted the dealership to schedule an inspection.

    To all my Service Members brothers and sisters. I just got ripped off from Concord Auto Protect. I requested a refund after 30 days in November 2023. I have called every day and have not received an email or a follow up on my refund. Its now Mid-January 2024 and still not one call or email back from them. Do not make the $2600.00 mistake I did. I'm out 2 G and screwed. I don't know what to do to re coup. my cash. If I can help one person not make the mistake I did. I succeeded. I dont even know if this is a real company. Thieves and Crooks. Don't even think about purchasing from them.

    Worst car extended warranty company I've ever worked with (post-sales). First claim we ever needed anything was opened on 10-16-23. Never received the promised response that the claim was approved before bringing to the shop so called on 11-02-23 and was told it was approved. Little delay on my part but got into the shop on 12-06-23. Shop and myself have been back and forth with them a dozen documented times. Last response from them was on 12-26-23 saying they approved $85 in labor and 2 coil packs and were shipping them and providing a tracking #. Shop has emailed/called them twice with no response and I've tried another 8 times myself. Since this date calls just go to an answering service where they just take a message. They've "escalated" it numerous times with a promised callback in 24hrs which has yet to occur. Only other thing they advised is to email the "manager" which I've done and no surprise have yet to receive a response. Not sure if they've fled the country or what but am very frustrated after paying $1600 for a warranty we can't collect on and have had a daughter without a car for a month now... Going to have to just pay the shop to get the car fixed...

    Terrible coverage, and when we cancelled our policy because we no longer owned the vehicle, we were owed a refund. Months later we can't get a return phone call, nor email. We haven't received the funds and can't reach anyone who will help us.
