    Concord Auto protect is a rip off. They lie, chest, and steal your money.

    On my very first claim, none of my repairs were covered. This information came after eight (8) days and several calls to Concord wanting information on my claim. That is right, it took the 8 days to determine nothing was covered! Many items were "questionable" in my opinion and in the opinion of my service tech. We both felt that some repair items should be covered under the policy terms. The Concord agent disagreed. I wrote a direct/certified letter to the home office in King of Prussia, PA requesting further reviews of my concerns and got NO RESPONSE--no letter, no email, no call! No more Concord for me!

    I purchased the premier package with this company and my vehicle has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks and they do not want to pay the claim. The shop called this company to confirm they will be paying and they approved it. After that they won’t return emails nor phone calls. They say someone will be calling you back and two weeks later my car is still at the shop waiting for payment. Do not trust this company.

    I waited two days for this company to approve work for my car. and I'm going on a third day because they want accept a basic photo. instead they want to send me and the repair shop thru hoops, by sending emails back and forth with excessive paper work for a simple fix of the vehicle. that leaves you without a car for a extended amount of time. totally unsatisfied with this process.

    I have been working with several customer agents form Concord Auto Protect to get my money refunded for 4 months now and they keep promising that they will send the money next week and that is the story for 4 months now. This company does not care about you as a customer and only worries about their profit margins. The longer they hold on to your money the better for them. Do not purchase any warranty products from Concord as they are terrible in taking care of the customer. Is it to much to ask for your money back that belongs to you. You will need to seek legal assistance to get what you need from them. This is completely unacceptable. Customers mean nothing to them.

    Covered my claim without any issues. Great customer service and was there when I needed them. Would recommend them to others and easy to deal with company.

    I have the so called premium plan. The a/c on my 2020 Chevrolet Bolt had a leak in the compressor requiring a new compressor. I have had to take the car to the Chevrolet Dealer three times, and each time Concord finds some other reason to ask for more information. On the second time at the dealer, after a week's delay, the dealer had to take it all apart again and take photos of what was needed. Then Concord said they wanted service records. Now they say they will simply not pay the claim. It is impossible to talk with Mike Solomon, the Concord manager. This company is a complete scam. I have been calling them daily for three weeks trying to get this resolved My dealer says he has never had this kind of problem. Do not buy this warranty. I would give them a zero if I could.

    Very happy with the warranty company. Covered my transmission on my car and the entire job. Mechanic was reached out to by them quickly and was able to get me on my way quick also. No issues with the plan.

    I started my extended warranty contract with Concord Auto Protect Feb 13, 2022. I never had to file an claim nor contact them for anything until October 2023. I took my suv to the dealer who then advised the engine in was shot. The dealer contacted Concord was assigned an claim number. Now these folks DO NOT like giving out there names, however the email claim number came from an jdiab and this was on Oct 6, 2023. Now the SHENANIGANS BEGIN: a few days later an email came from Alex Brenner and it was sent to the dealer and myself detailing this LONG non-sense list of things they required to process the claim. ( And 80% of what was asked IS NOT listed on there contract. Anyway, the dealer and myself COMPLIED anyway. Oct 13, 2023 AN adjuster went to the dealership to view my suv and to verify all the information sent in again by the dealer whom again COMPLIED. Before leaving the adjuster stated he would contact the dealer in a few days. Well It's Oct 26, 2023 and the dealer has called Concord a couple times to hear them say they never received the dealers report and amount to fix my suv, then they said they do not know who the adjuster is nor have a phone number for him. MIND you the dealer has an email from the adjuster with his information and title and CONCORD BUSINESS LOGO on it. ( He NEVER answers the number listed nor returned voicemails. ) So now, it's time to contact an attorney. BEWARE AND PASS THE WORD... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS.....AND THE GOOD VIEWS THE HAVE YEAH OKAY, I'M SURE FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WROTE THEM.

    Horrible customer service. We payed upfront like many. My car has been at the shop for 10 days now with absolutely no resolution. Claim has been submitted twice, a third party was sent out to look at the vehicle 3 days ago and we are still waiting. Nobody seems to know how to make a decision in that company. it's been a struggle managing to get to work. They do not care about their customers.... do yourself a favor and stay away!! My next step will be to file a complaint.
