    I’ve had a plan for two years and never needed to use it. Then i sold my car and requested a refund of the unused part of my policy ($301). After SUX times of requesting and them promising it was coming, still NO REFUND. I guess I’m glad I didn’t need a repair, because I’m not sure they would have covered that either. Poor customer service. Steve

    I have had Concords warranty plan for over one years already. I have dealt with their customer service for my repairs with my Lexus recently. The repairs were all covered within the plan and the amount of money I saved was well worth the purchase. The agent was always there when i needed him and no wait time phone call wise to speak with someone. A+ company and great warranty plans.

    I think this company has no intentions on offering protection for it's clients, but makes it's profits off of cancelation fees. I canceled a policy, was charged over 500.00 dollars for cancelation, and have YET to receive a full refund. It's been weeks now, and they're crediting my money back in pieces, after numerous, exhausting phone calls.

    I don’t write reviews most of the time. But I had to let consumers know about this company. I have NO IDEA how they have the “customer reviews” they have on their site. That was one of the selling points for me. Great reviews and the salesman I spoke with convinced me of this comprehensive coverage I would have. It was a lie. There are soooo many exclusions to their policies. Customer service is terrible!!!! That is, if you can understand what they are telling you! They want to sell you their warranty. They will call you over and over to make this sale. BUT when you are a customer, they will not return your calls. This is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I asked for a refund, as their policy states. That was two weeks ago. Call Monday if you haven’t received it. Called Monday. Call back Wednesday, there is a backlog of people for refunds. Guess what that told me!!! I’m not alone in my dissatisfaction of this company!!

    We have faced nothing but disappointment from this company and its representatives. The service we have received whenever we have called in is anything but exceptional. We have called for updates daily, constantly told we are to speak with Michael Sullivan, who is said to be the manager, and continually informed that we would be taken care of, yet, no follow-up nor care towards our concerns was shown. Michael was supposedly in meetings every day, every hour of his work week. There were even a couple of occasions where you could tell he would pick up the transferred call and hang up immediately! The first issue we faced was their lack of attention. It took Concord Auto Protect 2-3 weeks to review the adjuster's report after he inspected the vehicle in the service department. Throughout the 2-3 weeks, they promised to wrap up the review by the end of the day or, at worst, the following day. No matter how many times we called them for an update, the same was told to us repeatedly. Once they FINALLY reviewed the report, they tried to get out of coverage liability because they believed our vehicle was being used for commercial purposes. Mind you; this topic was brought up when we initially contacted them to sign up for their service contract. We clarified that it was not the case that the vehicle was simply titled under both the owner and the company for insurance reasons. They understood and accepted, writing us a policy with their company. The good thing, we had their approval in writing! Only after we proved this to them did they approve the work required. As much as we hoped that would have been the end of a horrible customer experience, it wasn't. The approval amounts are nowhere near the cost of the repairs in total, the right parts can't be sourced, and their response to the matter continues to be poor. We have worked with other service providers in the past; please avoid this company, look into Maxcare, they never treated us as poorly as this company.

    This company will s a total scam and will do whatever they can to delay the claims process while looking for ways to ultimately deny the claim. They asked for a cost breakdown from my mechanic, done no problem. Then they wanted pictures of the vehicle and defective parts. That was done. Then a few days later said they’re sending an inspector to look at the vehicle. So far nobody has inspected the vehicle or set up an appointment To do so. It’s been over a week and I’m stuck paying for a rental that they won’t cover

    I have had the same TERRIBLE experience as the other customers. I bought a policy about six months ago. I paid a deposit and was paying monthly. Then when my car needed to be repaired, I could not get a response. The shop also tried emailing estimates, and no response. Still, days later, no one ever called back or emailed back; it is a total disaster, and I have been tricked by Concord Auto Policy. I paid out of pocket for the repairs since I don't expect a response at this point. I would no longer recommend anyone purchase a warranty that was not offered by a reputable dealership. These "warranty companies" are not worth the distress of being scammed and deceived.

    This is a rip off. Do not purchase a warranty through them. They are not a reputable company. They just give you the run around when you call for assistance.

    These folks are a joke. Do not go with them. They do not respond to claims. Had a 5 year extended warranty. Only had it two years and used it only once. They paid only half the bill and would not give me a rental. Trying to cancel but they want refund my remaining two and half years. Told me three weeks ago my refund was only 640.00 after I paid over 3K. Also said they were charging me 75.00 cancelation fee. They said I would have my refund in 7 to 10 Days. Been three weeks and no check. They are in the business not to pay your repairs.

    I had a very bad experience with Concord Auto Protect recently. I had a Subaru Outback that needed the rear hub bearings to be replaced. Because of the age of the vehicle the bearing were very difficult to remove. It took over 6 hours to get the old bearings out of the hubs. Concord would not pay for the new bearings from Subaru (in stock) at the time). Concord insisted that they use bearings they supplied. Further they would not pay for more than 2 hours of labor! After multiple phone calls from me and the repair shop I had Concord ship the parts they wanted to supply. They stated they would send the over-night via Fedex. They did not do this! 5 days later the parts showed up. I total the car was in the shop for 9 days!
    Concord does not cover the actual cost for a repair like they imply. They only pay for "shop rates" that they say they get from a shop reference book and do not take into account the condition of the vehicle. And they will only use parts they supply - not the OEM parts that are available. Overall they are rude and not trustworthy! They flat-out lied about the shipping of the parts. Don't get sucked into them!
