    You people do everything possible to screw me out of my defective motor . I wish there were no stars . Shame on you for stealing what little I have left so u fat cats can rip off retired people . It's better to just save money in bank then to trust u . For future repairs. You should give my money back that I trusted u for my sham warrenty. Don't laugh to hard when you pulled over another another poor schmuck

    The quality of the warranty plan from Concord has been great for a few reasons. The main reason Is when I needed to use the plan for a repair a few months back it was covered. Now it was easy to file a claim and go through the process which was surprising to me. The next reason is the customer service agent simply did his job and made sure I was taken care of repair wise and even going out of his way to follow up with me after the repair. Its hard to find a trust worthy company but for me Concord has been it.

    Michal S****** service assistant practices deceptive tactics to not approve legitimate claims. The others also follow his lead and block phone calls when you call to speak with someone of authority. They perpetuate false information to deny any large claims. I would never recommend such an unscrupulous warranty company. I’m sorry that I paid them for protection that I didn’t receive.

    Can not complain about anything, I just bought the plan on Friday. The process to purchase the plan was quick and easy. I am happy how everything was explained to me and the agent did not rush through it. I think I made the right choice by going with Concord. The pricing of their plans were the most competitive for what you're covered for so it was an easy choice for me.

    I had one repair that was needed which was related to the transmission which gave out randomly. Now I have the premium plan which covered the tow for the car to the mechanic shop I have been going to for years. Once there the mechanic went through and it was in fact the transmission when I heard the news I put Concord and the place in touch which each other. The plan really did save me with a huge bill and Concord had zero issues covering the repairs that were needed to get me back on the road. I was not asked to write a review but I wanted to solely based on how the warranty plan saved me and helped me beyond belief in a situation where it mattered the most.

    The customer service is nice and pleasant. After that my experience has been terrible. I was told I would have an answer about my claim three different times in less then a week with no response via phone or email. When I call in they say my claim is denied due to lack of records. My vehicle hasn't needed service since purchasing the policy. How can I provide service records if the vehicle hasn't even needed an oil change in the time of policy ownership? I have explained the situation twice to two different people on the phone and sent management and email directly. I gave them 20 minutes to have a manager call me back to go over things before writing this review, nothing. Do nut put up with this. My service rep at the dealer says United Car Care and Protective have always been great to deal with, after saying how hard of a time he had dealing with CAP.

    I got the premium warranty plan about two weeks ago from concord. The purchase of the plan was painless and made easy as possible for me where it did not take up much of my time. I think the price point of the plan is also very fair and well worth it in my situation. The agent I spoke with when purchasing the plan was very fair and not pushy at all which was a relief.

    My vehicle sat on the lot for 3 weeks because Concord Auto Protect said they required their own inspection but never sent anyone to perform it and gave me the run around every time I called.On 3/23/23 I called Alex B******, the claim adjuster and left a message requesting a callback - never received that.On 3/25/23 I called the manager, Michael S****** at extension 801, and he said he’d look into the claim issue but had no further information. I called Alex B****** again and of course, no response.On 3/27/23 I sent a text to Alex in hopes of hearing some news on my claim so that the dealership could complete the work needed, yet again, no response. 3/28/23 I called CAP and got Jeff B*****, he said he’s investigate the matter. Yet again leaving me with no additional information.On 3/29/23 I spoke to another agent, Jose G***** *820, who only told me that the claim is under review. I demanded to speak with a manager and was transferred to Jeff B*****. Jeff stated that the inspection will be scheduled. I explained that my vehicle had now been sitting on the lot for 3 weeks due to their inability to move forward with covering my claim. Finally, later on 3/31/23 the inspection was completed and the dealership was awaiting approval to complete the work. On 4/4/23 the Maserati dealership informed me that CAP still hadn’t given them the go ahead. I called CAP on 4/4/23 and again got Jose G*****, he stated that my claim was resubmitted and the parts for my MASERTI needed to be purchased from a SALVAGE YARD of my choice, even thought all parts are covered under my warranty. Yet again, I demanded to speak with a manager was transferred to Michael S****** and left another message, to which I would NEVER receive a call back on. As of today 5/17/23, my vehicle sits unrepaired due to the con of CAP and their inability and untrustworthy practice of not adhering to their warranty. Who in their right mind, would purchase a luxury vehicle extended warranty and use SALVAGED PARTS?

    paid in lump sum for Platinum Protection and they threw in wheels and tires. Found out why. They don't cover anything so they can cover everything you have, because they aren't gonna pay for any expense that you have.

    SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased the Premium warranty for my Audi S4 (my 4th S4) and specifically went over parts that would be covered prior to purchasing. Now all of a sudden the parts they said were covered aren't, and they nickel and dime the things they can't squirm out of. For example, my water pump needs to be replaced which generally costs $1,200 to $1,400. Concord approved $750 based on "their data", which no shop would ever charge so you'll be on the hook for a lot of extra money. These guys also never respond to any communication when there are claims to be approved. It took them over a week to respond to my mechanic while my car was sitting at the shop and it was only after I called them multiple times to complain. You're better off throwing the cost of the warranty in a savings account and paying for repairs out of pocket when they come.
