      So I've noticed the pattern that if you're on automatic fill and there's 5 weeks in a month they're going to come and force a delivery no matter how full your tank is ,trying to get that extra paycheck out of your hand. Now they got some a**** calling me, after they've put me in a blind, stole my summer and child's graduation and I still owe money. They came and delivered when I still owed money. Now they're trying to strong arm me,,ha

      Worst customer service I have experienced since the local office closed and they outsourced these services to you know where. I had a delivery made in February of 2025, and as of April of this same year, my tank shows 15% remaining fuel. I schedule 1 delivery per year, typically in January or February, we do not use very much propane as the majority of the house runs on an electric water heater, gas is only for a few appliances. When I noticed the tank was so low, I called and they sent a tech out to perform a leak test. No leak was determined at the tank, at the house, or on any of the appliances, according to this gentlemen. I was not told there would be a charge for this test since I had called several times prior to them committing to the leak test. They have since provided a $180 charge for that service. There was either a leak at the time of the initial delivery, or sometime after, or the delivery was never made. I am not defaulting to a delivery not being made, but I cannot get the company to call me back to discuss my concerns. I have called 6+ times over the 3 months, all going to a foreign country, and I have been told each time that a local representative would be contacting me within 3 business days to discuss. This has yet to happen, and I am done with dealing with this situation, with the company, and with the charges and fees that they have since turned over to collections. In prior years I did not have any issue with delivery or customer service, and since this last part has been outsourced and decentralized to another country, and even the leak test technician made the comment about the complaints he had received from other Amerigas customers here in *************, that this ********************** no longer cares to include or provide customer service as part of the business operations. I have gone out of my way to try to resolve this, the company logs will show that I have reached out 6+ times, and have not received 1 call back. I'm done.

      How do I file multiple formal complaints.1 Our account was never set up properly 2 After figuring this out, we chatted and ordered mpre propane. Afterwards, not only did our break but we got our propane delivery BUT THE GUY VLAIMED WE WEREN'T HOME AND LOCKED THE ********** WE CHATTED AND VALLED MULTIPLE TIME WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL OR FIX ON THE ACCOUNT.I have VIDEO PROOF THAT THE GUY DIDNT RUNG THE DOORBELL EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A TRUCK THERE 4) THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AND FIX IT, CALL TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES AND WE GOT NONE OF IT. I'VE GOT VIDEOS, CHAT MESSAGES AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO PROVE THAT WE'VE DONE OUR DUE DILIGENCE TO HELP AND WE GET NOTHING FIXED.If you value your money and your sanity do not use AmeriGas.

      called to schedule cancelation of service before move. they locked our tanks a week early. tried to get service restored, and was lied to by several customer service **** about steps in the process. saying i was scheduled for hook up, then calling the next day and the service *** saying the account was not set up properly and they do not have anyone to come reconnect and i was never scheduled for service. then again calling after that was fixed and being lied to that we were next on the technicians schedule, called again after two hours no technician and now being told maybe after 2pm he would arrive. The customer service center is very disrespectful and will lie to customers about their service and the status of it. even after their mistake i have been one week without propane. called today and now they want to charge me extra for the technician to come out and reconnect service. This is a violation of their terms and conditions. Make sure to read your terms and conditions and make sure they do not change you extra if they mess up.

      If I could put less that 1 star I would! My daughter had to go without gas (which is her stove and only source of heat) when it was so cold because the driver claimed he couldnt drive around! I had no problem driving around to the tank the day before! It was just cold and a Friday evening and he must have been too lazy! So called and got another company to place a tank! Well, they had a 3 year contract that I signed and didnt know it was for 3 years. Even though the actual tank has been on the property for over 14 years! But I had it changed to my name the year before! I would not have changed companies if they had delivered like they should have and my daughter had to go without heat! The new company had no problem driving around to the tank! I would NOT recommend Amerigas to anyone!

      Amerigas tried charging me for their leaking tank. Never again. Their prices per gallon are twice as much than other propane companies. I have changed.

      This company has to be the worst supplier out there. Not only do you get a foreigner to talk to, they cannot even take the money out when it is due. Just recently we switched to a different supplier due to it being cheaper. Amerigas charged us almost $400 to pick up THEIR tank. Buyer beware of this horrible company.

      DO NOT USE AMERIGAS...TERRIBLE UNETHICAL COMPANY - THEY CAUSED A LEAK, CAME TO FIX IT, BUT TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY A **** FOR THE FIX. THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AT THE COMPANY OR SOMEONE AT THE ************* Ordered propane as a new customer. They performed a tank leak test. The technician cross-threaded the plug when done. Then they came and filled the tank. After that, I smelled propane, which led me to find the cross-threaded plug. They came out to fix it, however charged me $350. I should not be paying for their mistake. Unable to talk to anyone at the local office to resolve, and the call center is just saying there is nothing they can do.

      After 4 calls to have a propane tank removed, I finally got customer service in *****. The representative was not fluident in English. I finally got a date scheduled for pick up. I asked the customer service representative if there was a cost...the response was "NO CHARGE...NO CHARGE." I have received a bill for $136.88. I feel the NO CHARGE statement was made by an America's representative and is valid and I do not owe it.

      I was on a keep full account and they ran me out of gas two ******* in a row. Horrible company and even worse customer service people.
