      Horrible company! Sent driver to refill tank and only put 100 gallons in instead of filling it up. I believe it was skimped and left me with no gas into my house. He was at my tank way too long and I smelt gas which I dont know if it part of the fill up but it was for about 5 min. Then I called 5 times to get a tech out and have to wait to call the next day. But they did send driver back but I refused his service. I felt no trust.

      Amerigas caused damage to my brand new concrete pad on their last delivery. Why they chose to drive up on this pad is beyond my ability to figure out. The more direct way to my tank is via the gravel drive. I have tried countless ways to get someone in this company to respond to me about it. The only person that responds is the person that manages their social media. I have contacted 'customer service' on several occasions. Each time, they say that my complaint has been forwarded to the 'local manager' and someone will contact me. The first time, I was told someone would contact me within 3 days. Those 3 days have long since passed. The complaint has been 'escalated'. Still nothing. The customer service person from their social media has forwarded my information to the 'local manager' on several occasions. Nothing.

      This company has the worst service. They have constantly failed to provide the one service they should provide, which is fill propane tanks. We cannot rely on them, During the coldest weeks of the year, they have left my family in the cold, due to their failure, and we ran completely out of propane. Propane, we use heat our home. I called them 2 weeks before asking for a delivery, never showed up. I called every day and was promised that they would be here the following day. I took off of work so I could be here when they showed up. They never came. The driver stated that he attempted to deliver, and no one was home, that was a lie, and I have surveillance camera footage to prove it. This went on for nearly two weeks, while other customers got serviced. I called to cancel my service amazingly I had 3 calls asking why. I explained the situation and that I wanted the tank off my property. Now I'm receiving a bill for tank pickup and a service tech. $486.00. I had been a customer for 18 years prior to this situation. This was the SECOND time they had done this to my family, again we called ahead, and again, they skipped us. I had enough. I have copies of all the complaints I filed with their customer service and all the supervisors can tell me is that this is a no negotiable charge. AMERIGAS is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I'm going to tell every person I know and post it on every social media page I can spreading the word to run, do not walk, run away from this piece of c*** company. Amerigas does not care about the small customer and have proven they are willing to ignore them and do not care about their welfare. As far as I am concerned, they breached their service agreement with us and are now still charging us for that breach of which they caused. We should not have to tolerate or endure their bad business practices.

      Never use this company!!! Not only has it been taking 4 week to get propane delivered, they chronically send text/email that propane will be delivered next day and they never show up. They also never communicate why it wasnt deliveredor when it will be delivered again. The customer must call and get different outsourced oversees opertators in various countries who sincerely apologize and say it will be put on an emergency and then after awhile urgent deliverythis happens over and over again with no delivery and the customer must always initiate contact. When asked to get tank removed have told it could take awhile, I might need to pay for it and I might be w/o propane for awhile. I have talked yo the drivers and they say a delivery should only take 3 days . Uf I could give 0 stars I would! Grade F-

      We have been Amerigas customers for over 20 years, paying a tank lease fee annually. A 70 gallon delivery got our attention when we saw the bill and we started looking around. The Amerigas price is almost $2/gallon higher! I called to close our account and was informed of the T&C that we'll be charged $299.99 tank removal and $119.99 trip fee. I get it, we weren't paying attention as T&C change but this is ridiculous pricing to stop people from changing suppliers. We're probably still changing suppliers after being more careful in reading all the fine print before signing on.

      Unbelievably ********************. I dont even know where to begin, except to say there should be a full investigation into AmeriGas by 60 Minutes or any serious consumer watchdog. This company lies, misleads, and outright takes advantage of its ****************************** pricing is completely erratic and arbitrary. I was paying $3.25 per gallon, while one neighbor paid $5.00 and another just $2.85 for the same gas, in the same town, from the same company. Theres zero transparency or consistency, and no real explanation when you try to ask. On top of that, they tack on a supplemental truck fuel fee so if their gasoline costs go up, they just pass the bill to you. What kind of business model is that?The local office in our town of ***** has become so overwhelmed with complaints that they no longer allow walk-in service. Theyve literally taped a handwritten sign to the door that says NO WALKINS and lists an 800 number. If you knock, they ignore you. This is not how you treat customersespecially in a small town where face-to-face service is expected.When people finally get fed up (and most of us have), AmeriGas makes it painful to leave. It cost me almost $600 just to switch providers and get their tank out of my yard. Honestly, it was worth every *****. The company has worn out its welcome here. People are ripping out AmeriGas tanks left and right. Our yards are starting to look better already.Thankfully, **** Propane recently moved into town, and theyre everything AmeriGas isntlocal, responsive, and nearly 50% cheaper. They actually care about service, and they dont ***** their customers. Theres no loyalty left for **********************. No one is looking back. In this town, theyre about as welcome as cockroaches. I honestly felt dirty just having their tank on my property.Avoid this company at all costs. There are better options, better prices, and better people to do business with. AmeriGas doesnt deserve a dime of your moneyor your patience.

      I have been a customer for five years. I signed up when it was Titan propane locally. however, they were purchased by ********. I have never had an issue until this year when theyre pricing turned to $4.09 per gallon for propane. The three competitors in my area are charging $1.80 per gallon right now they would not give me a credit and offered a five dollar courtesy. This is terrible. I changed my service to a local company out of ****** and I will never recommend this company or use their business again. There are large corporate entity and they have lost their small town customers.

      This company charges about $3.00 more per gallon than other companies in this area. Their customer service is a joke, sat on hold for over 30 minutes times 4, trying to cancel my service with them and can't get anyone to talk to. We have had them as a propane provider for more than 25 years.

      Very very poor responses to customer requests. Service appointments are not honored and the customer is not informed of cancellation. This has happened repeatedly. Long hold waits when called. This is the way I would run a company if I wanted it to go bankrupt. I give it one star because I cannot rate it zero.

      This company has the worst customer service..they dont take into consideration that you have kids tha some family members have illnesses..I paid weeks ago for heat and Im out it said I will have a delivery by 4/12 which is crazy now its saying 14/26 ..this business is taking advantage of its customers and Im starting to realize that they might now have the demand for its customers please look into this business Im starting to feel like Im being scammed and please definitely look into the management
