      Absolute nightmare. Horrible. This organization will deceive you, take your money, and you’ll never be able to talk to anyone who cares. I have worked for banks before and I know how things are supposed to work; this bank is the absolute worst.

      I went to the Bonnie Road Financial center 3 weeks ago with my Mother’s Death certificate to have them send checks to her beneficiaries on a Platinum Money Market account and a CD. We are In Trust For beneficiaries and should have received the checks a week ago. Charles R***, the center Manager promised to expedite the case. Nothing has been done and now Mr. R*** is ignoring our phone calls. I guess I am going to have to get my attorney involved now. So disgusted with their incompetence, negligence and poor treatment to three grieving daughters.

      I had a mortgage with Fulton, and that property went into a short sale. My property sold early 2022 in the short sale, and a year later I am still having issues with them. Either they are saying they are not receiving my payments, the payments I'm sending are not correct, they are not being registered as received, and they are still charging me for things that no longer apply to me as I no longer own the property. I have spent the last 15 months contacting them repeatedly to clarify new payment amounts, random or incorrect charges, etc. and no one ever calls me back. I have spoken to folks in so many different departments who will all tell me I owe different amounts (3 representatives told me I owed 3 different amounts), they'll take copious notes on my issue, but when I call again to follow up (as they never call back), no notes exist. Or, I call and make complaints, they get submitted and escalated, but still no one returns my calls or addresses the issue, even though they say when a complaint is made, they have to call you within 2 days. The representatives themselves have been very kind and understanding; it seems to be management and lack of organization that is causing the issue. Again, it has been 15 months. I have never had such a terrible experience with a bank. Never. You would think they would want their money they are making me pay, and yet never return my calls to fix billing issues. If you are looking for a mortgage, please stay away from this bank. I have lost so many hours and days trying to get corrections and answers to my billing issues.

      Horrible customer service. Debit card was suspended due to a fraudulent charge and we found out in Orlando airport on vacation. They wouldn’t turn her card back on and wanted to send a new one via mail then they suggested if she admitted to the fraudulent charges they would turn her card back on - well hello in a time of panic of course she agreed. Stranded in an airport 1200 miles away with two young children and that’s how you handle buisness for them- thanks Fulton Bank

      HORRIBLE!!!! Especially Ariana and her manager at the dispute department. I had a legitimate issue and needed their help! I had proof and support to backup my dispute and they still sided with the merchant. Low budget bank and they don't even have customer service available 24/7. Their ATM in Hackettstown NJ is always broken and they wont waive fees if you need to go elsewhere. I will be closing my accounts here and running for the hills. Low budget and not customer oriented or customer friendly. Ariana needs additional training on learning that customers always come first. As soon as my last transactions clear I will be closing all my accounts and banking somewhere else.

      Worst financial institution you could EVER imagine! The staff at the Central Square location and specifically Marie are an absolute JOKE and embarrassment to the community, I could write a book about how horrible Fulton Savings is, have gone weeks without any response about closing an account due to neglect and ethical practices, DO NOT EVEN consider this joke of a company, go to Empower next door and your horrible experiences will be avoided!

      I just started with Fulton bank.
      I send a wire to. pay a bill.
      My contact gave me the wrong bank account information.
      So I work that out.
      A different bank accepts wires for their bank.
      I call Fultons wire room with corrected information and they confirm the routing number on the Federal Reserve website. It checks out and wire sent.
      Then they accuse me of fraud and restrict my account.
      I am filing complaints with their Federal bank regulators..The Federal reserve

      I have been trying to reestablish the audodraft for my mortgage since the summer. Multiple phone calls with long wait times, a trip to the branch, more phone calls, and it's still not working. I was double charged in September for my mortgage, apparently a related issue, and it took more phone calls for them to sloooooly send me a refund check. The reps are polite on the phone but useless. A special shout out to Ashley who, although she knew I'd waited over an hour in the phone tree, couldn't be bothered to call me back when we got cut off. The very first moment when I have the opportunity to move my mortgage someplace else, I am gone. Avoid this place like the plague.

      How is that I walked in with my son an hour before closing, not 5 min but a whole hour, to take my name off of his bank account since he is finally 18 and they told me that they couldn’t help us because they were closing soon. No, you close in an hour not in the next five. Their customer service is horrible. The teller tells us that we can just come back another day even after we explained that my son loves is Harrisburg and I live in Lebanon and our work hours are crazy. Her great suggestion was that my sons opens up another account on another day and that I close out our joint account whenever I have the time. The whole point of us going together was so my son doesn’t have to deal with opening a new account. These people act like only their time is valuable. What’s going to end up happening is that we are going to up closing this account and he will be taking his business somewhere else.

      No stars...but to leave this review, I had to give it a star...however my rating is negative 5 stars!! They were hacked....which cause for my elderly mother to get scammed. Fulton bank did not question why she was closing her bank account that she's had for 15+ years, and even after she told the teller she was being scammed....they did nothing. Fulton bank should be responsible for paying her what she lost! I hope all their customers close their accounts, since they can't keep their info out of scammers hands, and have to close all their branches. Hope you go out of business!!!
