      This is the worst company to ever invest in this company .Will only steal from you.egnore you.move your money with out your permission then work with other company's and Trust company's Hide your true identity. File a corporate turn you into a entity. Close are lock your account move all your holdings to cik.ik to trust cik Will never allow you to regain any of your money .work with there fellow co-hearts Fidelity, ******* ********************* ematrade This what call five families. I'm native American .I have 2 Inheritance accounts worth high wealth Native American Inheritance from my ****** well as my mom who was a partner with mutual life ************ well as my Grand mother who had given me a wealth Inheritance from *****. As well as old colonial wealth from her father ***** they stole it this wealth makes up 69%of everything they stole .or politely put in trust .etfs .in every country around the ******** **** from marketing team your the Bigest theif....of all Ow and there good at putting it all together and claiming Books lost.Mean while I'm jobless broke stranded starving living on the streets....Death to me threw purposely Threw poverty of extrem with prejudice.

      F rating does not surprise me after all my calls and frustrations. I am not the only one.I thought I opened up an account in 2024. In 2024 I deposited significant funds into the account over a two month period. I attempted numerous ***** ****** to take a small portion of the money out the account without success. The error I received was that I was not taking the money out of the same account as deposited. This was not the case. After a month and a few calls I learned that I had an account opened in 2008 but never funded the account. I don't recall opening an account in 2008 it could be true. Certainly the account should have been closed in 16 years of none use. I should have had red flashing lights go off to close the legacy account first to prevent these criminal restrictions. In any case my account will be blocked for at least 1 year in making online withdrawals. I have been on the phone for over an hour now and even over the phone is difficult to for to transfer funds out of the account to my confirmed and verified bank account. This is criminal to hold my money like this. Then they started asking me all kinds of questions what the reason was for the small withdrawal. Beware beware to enter the world of bureaucracy. I was told I could get checks but check are not good since large checks are held for 15 days often.

      Trying to transfer my funds to a new Financial Institution and I am getting the run around as to where my funds are. I would request that people do not do business with this company they are not able to complete the process of moving funds in a timely manner. I am forced to select one star but they do not deserve a star at all.

      On Aug. 26 I requested a reconsideration on the $500.00 fee charged to my **** *** on 7/08/24 for filing a 990-T for my 2023 taxes in July of this year. I had called earlier in the month requesting a refund.A portion of the letter is shown below. "I am requesting a reconsideration on the $500.00 fee charged to my **** *** on 7/08/24 for filing a 990-T for my 2023 taxes in July of this year. My request is supported by the reasons and points that follow: [1] I and my family have been long time and faithful customers of ******************. If I am an owner, I am not being treated like one![2] I made a good faith effort remove the Energy Transfer ** in early 2023. I did so by the middle of Feb.2023.[3] You did not inform me of the fee increase from $300.00 to $500.00 until April,2024. The letter did not state the name of the ** nor did it refer to which *** I have with you. I have both a Regular and a ****. You could have easily included the investment in your letter or one I received in the past but you did not. (Copy of the letter enclosed.)[4] I am a captive in the process as apparently the *** requires the Trustee to file the 990-T. I have no choice to seek other filers or do it myself; which I would have been happy to.[5] There is nothing on your website , informing or warning me of a potential charge , if I add a M** or a ** to my IRAs . If it is, it is definitely hard to find.( They did e-mail me later to inform me how to locate the fee information of the website)[6] Based on my research , your fee is EXCESSIVE- By any measurement. I have investigated the following: The on-line Firm Tax990 charges $150.00. ******* ***** charges $200.00 per filing and for customers with $1 million, the fee is waived. Fidelity Investments charges $0 they just require you to have cash in your account to pay any due taxes."My major complaint is their Fee is EXCESSIVE. I have no choice as who files for me because Vanguard is the Trustee. The *** should control this fee.

      I was charged a $25 fee for not transitioning my account over to their new platform. A letter was sent with no deadline of when it needed to be completed by and no mention of a fee on the front side of the letter or the back but rather in fine print at the very bottom of the backside. When I called to have it reversed, I wasnt able to speak to anyone that was knowledgeable and instead was only given wrong information. I decided to call back the next day, 8/23 with the hopes of speaking with some that could properly address the issue. The supervisor, Annzrebno was extremely rude and also would not make the situation right. Later in the day, she called me back and apologized and agreed their letter was confusing and they need to work on better communication. She told me if I transitioned my account over with her, while in the phone with her, she would reverse the fee. I checked back at the end of last week as she told me to and it was still not reversed. She told another representation that she was busy and would return my call that day, 8/30. She never did. When I called again today, 9/4 and spoke to someone else, she gave me wrong info 3xs and then without my permission, she changed my email address. I received a notification from Vanguard that I changed it, otherwise , someone else would have been receiving my personal information. I had to call your security **** to have that fixed. That is extremely scary and irresponsible on Vanguards part. I even received an email to rate my service and expressed my concern that way as well. I sure hope that someone can reach out to me and fix this situation or Ill be closing my account.

      I have had my account frozen since I opened it in October 2023. I have talked to too many people in customer service, and they all say the same thing: they can't help me, and the account security team will call me within 72 hours, but they never call. Someone from the account security team finally called on August 15th, 2024, and still couldn't do anything to unfreeze my account, but she assured me I could get into my account on the 25th. Today is the 26th, and I STILL can't get into my account, so I called customer service and got the same runaround... account security will contact me within 72 hours... this is ridiculous! It's been ten long months, and they still can't figure out how to unfreeze my account. I am beginning to think there is no competent person at this company. How do you run a business like this?

      Very disappointed in Vanguard! I have tried on four different occasions (phone calls, messaging through webpage) to begin investing back into my ***************. They cannot "authorize my bank account." The people I talk with cannot solve the issue. The representative I talked to last week was at home (apparently) because her dog kept barking. My phone call today was dropped. It's time to pick a different investment company and move ****

      Vanguard is preventing small investors from logging in into their website or app to make a transaction during a very busy day of trading. This is unacceptable and hurting small investors.
