      I purchased the platinum plan back for my 2014 Nissan Maxima in 2022 for peace of mind and had to use it when my A/C compressor had an internal failure and pumped metal through the rest of the system. Cars Protection Plus were very helpful in getting the parts ordered and repairs authorized as it is impossible to live without air conditioning in *****, especially right now during the summer.

      Need to give this place a 0 I paid through the dealership for this warranty and starting off service is ridiculous. I need my refund and they just keep putting me on hold and transferring the call back and forth they are not able to provide good customer service or car service

      I had purchased my vehicle and warranty 2 weeks prior when the starter went out. I was unsure if the warranty would cover the repair, even thought it was listed as a covered procedure because of the recent purchase. However, my $1300 plus claim was covered without hassle. It was a tremendous relief having this "insurance" on a relatively high milage vehicle. Words cannot express my gratitude.
