Beware of these people. Bought a 2019 dodge ram, used. Also got a bumper to bumper warranty. Took truck in for inspection, needs front struts at a price tag of 1600, of course warranty wont cover. Truck only has ****** miles. **** a lawyer to read fine print. Warranty cost almost 2000.******** said covers everything even head lights, sure. Think long and hard before dealing with these guys, read some of the other reviews!#1 Cochran Automotive

The salesman was great but the office screwed up multiple things and its been months now trying to fix issues with no legal registration. They are not friendly and dont answer the phone to you. They are ok treating customers like dirt and not doing job the way they should.#1 Cochran Automotive

Purchased a 2015 yukon Denali from#1 cochran gmc in Monroeville a few months back! Sun roof leaks , they keep saying they tested it and it doesnt when theres and whole forum concerning this issue! Also transmission is shifting oddly that showed me a video of the fluid being black but they say its not burnt! They claim the transmission needs updates and transmission flush! i asked why wasnt that done before they sold the vehicle! the response i got was that the transmission fluid got that dark in the 10,000 miles that ive used it! I have purchased from alot of dealers and #1 cochran is by far the worst! i would not recommend buying a anything from there or using the service department! Tried calling the Management and they dont answer or respond to voicemail!! If anyone knows and attorney please recommend!#1 Cochran Automotive

Just had my 2021 ****** Rav4 with ***** miles in for my 2 year free service. The service tech in **************************** ****** tried to get me to bite on un-needed service work. Told me my cabin filter was dirty and needed replaced and a interior A/C cleaning was needed. I replaced the cabin filter 2 months ago with a new carbon filter, it's gray in color. ( Pulled it when I got home and was just like new ) They also told me I needed a brake fluid flush. Vehicle is less than 2 years old and only 8k on the odometer. Total cost would have been $340. What a bunch of BS. They told the person beside me in the waiting room his 4 year old truck with 40k on it needed all the driveline fluids replaced. Would have costed him close to $700. He was just there for an oil change. They did get him for an alignment. Always read your service manual to see when to do service and don't fall to their greedy up-sale gimmicks.#1 Cochran Automotive

1 starI had two recalls on my vehicle. The first - they were supposed to apply a preventative spray under my car to prevent corrosion. After they were finished, I heard noises coming from the front of my car while driving. I got under the car to look and noticed that they lost 4 bolts and the plastic covering was hanging there. I complained but the manager sided with the technician and assured me that didn't happen. I have another recall for the anti theft system. I had it scheduled with other maintenance work, and I only picked this location due to proximity. I called 2 days before the date to confirm and was told that they do not complete this upgrade/recall on the weekend. I canceled the appointment in disgust. There is poor communication and lack of customer service skills at this location.Review fromarnold S

1 starWatch out for the sly, slick, and wicked, some disgruntled tech at #1 Cochran ****** of *********** used my vehicle to make a few Uber trips, and brought my vehicle back on empty (50) additional miles were placed on my vehicle when I got it back from the service department at #1 Cochran of Monroeville. Beware of the service manager, he's a mean sob who can lie is **** off. This guy should be a lawyer, he can lie with a straight face. For 9 months, I have been riding around in a deathtrap waiting to be killed. A few months ago the steering wheel in my 2019 Rogue locked up on me while I was driving, to this day no investigation. I told the service manager and advisor about the malfunctioning steering wheel, and they did nothing, their solution to the problem "buy a new car" is what I was told. Oh, did I mention the fact, that this place does not have a courtsey shuttle, they use Uber or a customer's vehicle, and the wait could be as long as 2 hours, stressful, very stressful. Unhappy with this place, when I asked for my money back, upper management got ghost on me, I had to put out an APB on missing staff employees who refused to answer the phone. If you go to this place make sure you take along your marjuana medical card, you're going to need it. #******DeathTrapReview fromNina S

1 starI purchased a side view mirror for my ******* because I trusted Cochran. The charge was $316.92. After the purchase, i found the exact same mirror on **** for $37.00. I wanted to return the mirror for a refund but was told since it was installed it could not be returned. I had mistakenly told them it had been installed for free by my son simply to point out they would have charged me for labor. It is nothing more than a mirror in the original box. In March I contacted Cochran ***** of ********* in need of an inspection and requesting that they check my front end as when I made right turns there was a rubbing noise that would start and remained present until the wheel was turned straight. The girl named ****** had called me after a few short hours of having my car stating that the noise from the front end was due to the calipers, brakes and rotors needing replacement. She also advised me that the hose from the throttle body to the air box needed replaced as did the rear shocks (which had been replaced 2 years ago this July), brake fluid, OEM, and rear differential. Mind you, my car is frequently serviced at this shop and had yearly updated maintance the year before. I had the repairs recommended completed with a bill totaling over $1700.00. Not even a week after having my car at this shop I noticed fluid under my car and the rubbing noise continued. I contacted ***** the service manager at this shop, he had me return with the car and then advised me that the front axle was leaking transmission fluid and that this would need to be fixed for an additional $453. The service was completed yet again. My car continues to make a front end noise, the brakes that were changed are screeching, transmission fluid continues to leak from the front end, and the rubbing noise is still present when I turn my wheel to the right. I have called and left voicemails for the service manager in regard to the above issues and have yet to hear back from anyone. I am beyond disgusted as this vehicle hauls my children and their friends around and at this point I feel it is unsafe. I have had nothing but great service at the previous dealership ******************, and now to experience this, it is disheartening. I DO NOT RECOMMEND #1 COCHRAN *********#1 Cochran Automotive
