      Went to the dealership for one specific issue. They took it upon themselves to go over the entire vehicle and say thst there is ***** in repairs such as 4 whell drive was broke had it checked by another mechanic it's fine had new exhaust done they told me it was bad wrong agsin. They also did this to someone I am close to so that they can scare u into a new vehicle telling u it's unsafe to drive when infact it's a false statement so be ***** with them like I said they said ***** and my other mechanic checked all the stuff the said it 300 in parts and 1000 in labor they are scamming artists.

      They advertise loaner vehicles. I’ve made a call and was informed they had them which prompted me to schedule an appointment for them to say they don’t give loaner cars . This is stated all over their website and through workers

      I purchased a 2018 ****** Rogue in 2021 as a Certified Preowned Vehicle. November 2023, car wouldn't start - got a new battery from AAA but problem persisted. Had alternator checked at ***** who stated not the issue and go to dealer. Dealer kept car for three days, never fixed the problem but suggested it could be battery terminal. This was the only time I spoke with him as he would only communicate via text. Finally got car back $285 out my pocket and he was no where to be found to explain what was going on. Complained to service area who claimed their manager takes these things seriously but have yet to hear from them. Complained to salesman who stated, "this has happened before" so apparently not important enough to correct. Now March 2024 problem has reared its ugly head again and I now have to try and get resolved again. Not to mention I had purchased extended warranty but mechanic (****) never looked into or discussed with me. Will never purchase an automobile from them again and have heard Cochran is horrible to deal with once you purchase car.

      Beware of these people. Bought a 2019 dodge ram, used. Also got a bumper to bumper warranty. Took truck in for inspection, needs front struts at a price tag of 1600, of course warranty wont cover. Truck only has ****** miles. **** a lawyer to read fine print. Warranty cost almost 2000.******** said covers everything even head lights, sure. Think long and hard before dealing with these guys, read some of the other reviews!

      The salesman was great but the office screwed up multiple things and its been months now trying to fix issues with no legal registration. They are not friendly and dont answer the phone to you. They are ok treating customers like dirt and not doing job the way they should.

      Purchased a 2015 yukon Denali from#1 cochran gmc in Monroeville a few months back! Sun roof leaks , they keep saying they tested it and it doesnt when theres and whole forum concerning this issue! Also transmission is shifting oddly that showed me a video of the fluid being black but they say its not burnt! They claim the transmission needs updates and transmission flush! i asked why wasnt that done before they sold the vehicle! the response i got was that the transmission fluid got that dark in the 10,000 miles that ive used it! I have purchased from alot of dealers and #1 cochran is by far the worst! i would not recommend buying a anything from there or using the service department! Tried calling the Management and they dont answer or respond to voicemail!! If anyone knows and attorney please recommend!

      Just had my 2021 ****** Rav4 with ***** miles in for my 2 year free service. The service tech in **************************** ****** tried to get me to bite on un-needed service work. Told me my cabin filter was dirty and needed replaced and a interior A/C cleaning was needed. I replaced the cabin filter 2 months ago with a new carbon filter, it's gray in color. ( Pulled it when I got home and was just like new ) They also told me I needed a brake fluid flush. Vehicle is less than 2 years old and only 8k on the odometer. Total cost would have been $340. What a bunch of BS. They told the person beside me in the waiting room his 4 year old truck with 40k on it needed all the driveline fluids replaced. Would have costed him close to $700. He was just there for an oil change. They did get him for an alignment. Always read your service manual to see when to do service and don't fall to their greedy up-sale gimmicks.

      I had two recalls on my vehicle. The first - they were supposed to apply a preventative spray under my car to prevent corrosion. After they were finished, I heard noises coming from the front of my car while driving. I got under the car to look and noticed that they lost 4 bolts and the plastic covering was hanging there. I complained but the manager sided with the technician and assured me that didn't happen. I have another recall for the anti theft system. I had it scheduled with other maintenance work, and I only picked this location due to proximity. I called 2 days before the date to confirm and was told that they do not complete this upgrade/recall on the weekend. I canceled the appointment in disgust. There is poor communication and lack of customer service skills at this location.
