I purchased a 2021 Bronco Sport OBX from Blaise Alexander **** of Mansfield in July of 2022. The Bronco Sport was sold to me with 2 existing recalls that had not yet been addressed. Other minor things like squeaky brakes and missing the key to the roof rack existed at time of purchase. RPMs revving up and jerking the vehicle while accelerating or just maintaining speed started around 80k miles. ******* recall had come out, so I made an appointment to have all the recalls addressed as well as have the transmission issue diagnosed. It took about a week for them to get it in to take a look. Just before 5:00pm the day of the appointment (after not hearing anything all day, this being my daily driver I planned to pick the vehicle up that day- not so much) the service department called to give the "bad news"- transmission torque converter will need to be replaced. He said he would be filing a claim with **** the following morning as he had "pretty good luck getting them to help out with issues like this on vehicles under 100k miles". Quote for me paying without assistance was $4600, should expect to hear back from **** within 24 hours after claim is filed. I went to pick up the vehicle the following afternoon, that service person said it usually takes 48 hours to hear back from **** claims. Finally on business day 10 after filing claim, called Blaise Alexander and was told **** denied the claim because I have brand loyalty score of 0. I went next day to pay for the parts that needed to be ordered. Parts arrive July 5, they can't get it in for work until July 15. Quoted for 13.6 hour job. Day 2 hear nothing, call and are told they are short staffed, the trans is "almost out". Day 3 they call and say rear main seal is leaking, 3-5 days to get part. (Trans should have been out on appointment day 1 and issue identified 2 days before it was, I had to rent a car for family vacation because of delay after delay in getting this taken care of, while I pay full price out of pocket)

Purchased a used vehicle from Blaise Alexander of Greencastle 2 years ago. Purchasing the vehicle was a smooth experience. However, here we are 2 years later, with a vehicle that has a blown engine. Not much we can do now since they recently sold this dealership. Yes, I understand we purchased a used vehicle. But, you would think it would last longer than 2 years. Now I understand why they sell so many cars! Selling junk to people that trust them. Never again will I purchase from them or recommend them! Shame on you Blaise!

They stymie competition on Cars.com by offering the highest values. Since they artificially inflate offer values, they are all you get directed to on Cars.com. You only get one offer - Their. But they offers are unfair business practices and it is a ************* scam. They do not intend to come close to honoring their instant offer. In my case, the offer was reduced from $ 5900 to $ 3425. Almost half. And I drove 2 cars, 97 miles each way. Avoid at all costs.UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES - UNFAIR COMPETITION - BAIT - N - SWITCH.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, within 2 weeks I called 7 times trying to get assistance with repairs. There's a bad leak somewhere, back seats get wet, ABS are on, calipers are grinding, and NO ONE wants to address these issues. We get the run around every single time we call, Blaise says their call us back, BUT NEVER DOES! Customer service is horrendous, the one lady actually hung the phone up, after I was explaining the situation. Very very rude.! We ask repeatedly to talk to managers, but theirs no one available, or they tell us again someone will call but NEVER DO! The salesman who sold us the truck lied, and ignores our calls. He claims that Blaise does this inspection for all used vehicles that that go thru this point check list, haha. THEY DONT!!!!. If they did what I was told, then they would SEE AND NOTICE, WETNESS IN BACK SEAT CALIPERS GRINDING. It's absolutely RIDICULOUS, NEVER EVER WILL BUY ANYTHING THROUGH BLAISE AGAIN!!!!!×

I bought a vehicle from Blaise Alexander Jeep in Mansfield and in 5 1/2 months the motor went. they had me fill out papers twice because they didn't wait for other banks to send offers in and then rushed them through paperwork. I dont remember them offering an extended warrenty even though they say they did. Then the salesman showed frustration when asked questions about the vehicle or what he told me to sign. Took it back several times after a week and they tried charging me for the parts that were under warrenty. I had to argue for then to look it up and not charge for what should be covered. Then 2 weeks after the warrenty goes the shift linkage went in the transmission. Then 2 months after the warrenty ended it had more issues. Changed coil packs and spark cause that's what it said was wrong when I ran the check engine light codes. So I took it back to the dealer and they tell me $99 to diagnose the issue. then they say $500 more for a deep diagnostic. I called to find out the results and then they tell me the motor needs replaced and the new diagnostic fee is $1700. And it will be around 8 to 9 grand to replace the motor in a vehicle they sold me less then 5 1/2 months ago. The district manager said they would try to work with me and try to get things dropped in price some. But the only discount they offered was 120 for labor instead of 160. And when asked what they would give just to take the car back they said it wouldnt be plausible to trade in due to the value of it. Feels like I was lied to on more then one occasion with them. to the point I even wonder if they did a full diagnostic before selling this vehicle. I have gone with my sister to dealerahips to purchase vehicles and this is by far the WORST. You spend $17,000 on a car all to have it go in 5 1/2 months and end up being useless. I could have paid less at a junkyard for a car to just sit in my driveway. The point of buying from a dealership is to purchase a reliable car. Not scrap metal.

I, much like other reviewers, find my first and last experience with the Mansfield agency tainted with manufactured problems with my tradein and overall dishonesty. The negotiations continued with a very respectful gentleman, Hunter, which culminated in an agreement of terms by telephone ( I live an hour and a half away) shortly before 8pm on Friday, January 19. On this date, January 20, at 11:13 I received a call from Hunter with the news that the negotiated agreement was determined to be invalid by an unknown employee and that the vehicle for which I negotiated in good faith had been sold to a different customer this morning. Except for Hunter, my opinion is that this team lacks integrity. Don't waste your time with group.
