      Georgia was prompt to answer the phone, very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the budget program. She answered all my questions, and nothing asked was too much trouble for her to answer. I will follow her recommendations and all will be well. Thank you Aero!!

      I received an invoice for a "MISC MINOR REPAIR charge for is $223.54.
      This company should be ashamed to charge such an exorbitant amount for simply pushing a reset button on our furnace.
      To add insult to injury, their incompetent repair man tried to sell us a $500+ part that we do not need.
      I was told email "I have forwarded your complaint to the department that it originated from." 
      I never heard from them again
      This abysmal customer service experience with Aero Energy affirms that I made the right decision to pursue another service provider.
