      Kim was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and friendly and broke down all my options on plans and what would work for me and my budget. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I’m very grateful to have a spoken to Kim.

      Kim was so helpful on the phone. She knew the answer to all my questions. Very good customer service. Also, any time I've had in home services, everyone is so respectful and know their jobs well. I am very pleased with this company.

      I enjoyed meeting Mr. Winfield. He was efficient and thorough. He even called me before he was scheduled to arrive to see what would be the most convenient time for him to come. That was extremely considerate, and it’s the first time I’ve had that experience with a scheduled service. I hope Mr. Winfield stays with Aero Energy for a long time—he’s very good at his job!

      Just spoke with Georgia who was amazing at giving us info to renew our budget plan. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We have used Aero Propane for 9 years now. Years ago I remember when we were about to get a heavy snowfall and I was worried our tank was low and they wouldn’t be able to deliver. We were out shopping and saw the AERO truck in front of us hoping he was going to our house. And he did! I was so relieved! They are always monitoring our tank and we are extremely grateful we found this company for purchasing our propane.

      Verdis, our service tech, showed up on time and fixed our problem. He explained what was wrong and showed me our bad valve and replaced with a new one. We have the service contract so everything was covered. ??
