      Joe is a pleasure to have. Always cheerful and professional. He puts up with the dog's silliness. The dog suffers from dementia and starts the barking again every time Joe goes out and comes back in. He also has to deal with a very inconveniently located AC. He is thorough and always explains anything I ask about.
