      Joe was very professional, courteous and polite and notified us by phone 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He listened to our issues, related to our oil fired furnace, and then proceeded to check the system. He brought a Co2 detector, as I had reported an odor of fuel fumes earlier in the day, and he was able to reassure us that no Co2 was currently present. Service provided was greatly appreciated and I will not hesitate to call again for assistance if needed.

      I was very disappointed as he left me without any heat. It is 59 degrees in my house at the moment. I don't know why he could not have hooked my oil furnace back up until he got the part he needed. I have a heat pump with an oil backup. In this kind of weather the heat pump will not warm my house. I would like to get someone out here in the morning to hook my oil furnace back up so I can have some heat.

      Good afternoon,
      I reviewed your account & unfortunately there is no work around for you to use your furnace. Our intent is not to disappoint you. Your furnace with the required repair is a safety hazard without it and that is the reason why we had to red tag it! As we informed you, we will actively try to secure the required chamber however due to the age of your furnace, the part is not readily available and we have not been able to locate a supplier that has one available. Our Service Dept., is waiting for a response from one last supplier & will contact you with the results as soon as possible.
