      Mike was the service tech. He was on time and very professional. He has been here before and I have never had a problem with his service. Willing to have him again.

      Kim did an excellent job with helping me set up my contract, adjusting for changes that had happened. She was very helpful and patient with me as I worked through the changes. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Kim!

      Vernis W******* was very knowledgeable and explained that there things he wanted to check to resolve the issue. He presented himself as well mannered and spoke in layman terms for me to understand. He said if the problem presents itself again just call and someone will be out. Very nice young man.

      Bill,
      Did an outstanding job explaining my propane purchase options. Bill thoroughly itemized my pre-buy options in detail. He went beyond that and itemized my consumption history to help me decide on an accurate gallon-amount purchase.
      This is among the best companies and customer service I have ever dealt with and experienced! I had a hot water and HVAC system installed over the years by Aero Energy and I can fully and unhesitatingly recommend this company and most importantly, its staff.
      I am very familiar with what to takes to be a great company. The key is a competent, professional, fair and consumer friendly staff. Aero energy is among the best, if not the best out there by any measure!
