    I was scammed by Ecoshield who said they do work for Terra pest control which isn't true. Ecoshield doesn't take checks and are a company that use high pressure sales and poor policies. I stopped payment immediately with ****************. What I should do if they come after me or my wife. Mr ******** *****

    Salesperson mis***resented himself as an owner. Had me sign on his phone to give permission for a tech to come out. A few hours after he leaves I get a contract emailed to me. I was never presented with any papers yet my signature appears on this contract multiple times. This is awful business practice, I called immediately, spent a long time on hold and eventually got a *** on the phone who said she would close my account out. I never created an account. Shame on you!

    I wish I had seen this page and what a total SCAM this enire company is before their soliciter (who might actually have been drunk - he reeked of alcohol) came to our home.Their first two treatments were fine and then they scheduled themselves (I never ***lied to their text regarding a 3rd treatment) in December. When the bugs are dormant and the ground is frozen. The customer *** on the phone even agreed with me that it's sort of silly to treat now- all I asked was that they wait until March since we start to see the problem in April. They said the best they could do was February...when there are STILL no bugs for them to treat!!!!The best part is they couldn't even give me a reason why they couldn't change the schedule. Then to cancel they want their discount back....WITH TAX! You gave me $300 off my service now you want almost $320 back?? I hope they go out of business. 1 star because I'm required to.

    This company is ********. They have terrible customer service when u call and refuse to listen to your complaint. I had 3 technicians out to my house and the issue of ants and dead ants in my house was not rectified. This should not have been happening after many visits and having the service since June. This company is trying to overcharge me to cancel my contract. They are a fraud and not helpful. I would give them a 0 rating if I could

    EcoShield is not even worthy of (1) star they are the worst company to deal with. I not only used them for pest control, but in Jan 2024, they did new insulation in my attic. I paid them in full and 3 days later they used the pics of my attic for an advertisement of 10% for the job I just paid full price on, and to add insult to injury the Manager ***** texted me to see if I was satisfied with the job, I texted back pics of the damage done to my home plus how upset I was about them using pics of my attic for the advertisement of 10%. No response and I have called, emailed and texted to the point I was so upset I have tried to cancel my contract with them since May 8th since they didn't want to address all the issues which are more than the above. Finally today I was able to cancel my contract which they sent a invoice of cancellation of $162 which I paid, however Since they damaged my home and never address it they should have waived the cancellation fee. The point is I spent hours on the phone, texts and emails to resolve all issues. I have never I such an experience as this. What a nightmare. Eco Shield should not be allowed to do business what so ever. A pest control company should not be the BIGGEST PEST! Their job is to get rid of them not be one themselves.************

    A representative from EcoShield came to my house. We signed up for a one year contract. We were told that we could cancel the service if we were not happy, but it would take two treatments to see results. When we received the contract it was for two years. We agreed to pay for the service for one. After multiple frustrating conversations and involving my credit card company the contract was amended to the original agreement and we received an email confirmation stating as such. A few months passed and I received another email alerting me of additional charges and I am in breach of my contract. Calling the company was a waste of time as their unscrupulous tactics to drum up business and unwillingness to abide by contract laws was clear. With our documentation and proof of our experience **************** has blocked this vendor and launched an investigation. Weve alerted the better business bureau. Buyer beware! It seems many have experienced a similar situation. Do not provide your contact information to anyone in this organization.

    A young gentleman from Eco shield keeps coming to my house at least once every couple weeks. They started in June when the township gave them a permit June 1. Residence reported to the township aggressive tactics and they revoked Permit June 6. This mean the local Philadelphia news. Even after I told the gentleman that I had terminates, he still wants to come knock on the door.. this is borderline harassment, predatorial, and the company needs to be shut down

    A gentleman from Eco Shield came to my house and sold me a service that his company would not back up I have it in writing from the representative what he was going to do for the amount of money that I paid, but his company would not do what that gentleman told me he was going to do. They will not issue me any credits or do what they were supposed to do to solve the problem. I was told by the company that the other service they were supposed to do is not part of the basic contract but when you look at the contract, it does not list it at all, whether it is or not I highly recommend never to use this company
