    My home was sprayed with pesticides even though I told the company that my wife was pregnant and that I have a high sensitivity to pesticides due to an exposure I had at work in 2014. I was guaranteed by the worker Sanjay that my home would not be sprayed for a month. I also have his text messages telling me they messed up and sprayed my house and that he would personally refund me the service. I don’t care about the money it is the mental stress that my wife and I have been going through do to their lack of attention. We have been treated horrible by this company and hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

    Recently had an experience with EcoShield. They were canvasing our neighborhood. I agreed to a contract, however during my first service, the technician left DeltaGard G Granules on my deck, around my vegetables and my neighbors deck. When I called to cancel, I was given the run around and the sales person was very pushy and made it a point to tell me that he would lose money. He also informed me that any pest issues I had would get worse.

    Sales associates are very pushy and rude.

    This company is a complete rip off, they just want your money. There is no commutation between the office management and field personnel. Crew arrived a day prior to the scheduled visit and could only do the exterior as I was not at home. Spoke to what i would guess via the Blink camera, and he said that that would be included in the report. That evening I get an email saying that the full first service was completed (inside and outside). There was no note in the service report that only the outside was done. After several emails to their support team, trying to explain that they charged my credit card without my knowledge. (I got email from Chase asking about this) So I filed a complaint with the credit card company. after several other emails finally got it resolved with scheduling the full second visit to cover the inside spraying. when the Tech arrived, he had no clue on what he was to do and was there to spray for spiders only... after explaining to him what was going on, we went through the house, I could have done a better job by myself... Then after canceling the contract, they are trying to bill me again... I tried to leave no stars as they all need to be thrown in jail for ripping people off, but the site would not allow me to.

    Does not deserve even a 1 star. I would like a refund. The company DOES NOT take care of carpenter bees. I questioned this and was told yes we do!! Ticks are an additional service and fee, but I was told the service I was going to get took care of ticks. The only reason said yes was because I wanted the bees and ticks gone. Not until the initial service did I find out I was lied to. I canceled.

    This company does door-to-door soliciting and will say anything to get you to sign a contract. I told the representative I had carpenter bees and he said his service would take care of the carpenter bees and cover the rest of our house (inside/outside/yard) as well as come back in between services if we saw any pests at all. Seemed like a no-brainer. Fast forward to when the contract is signed, the first service is done, and the "cooling off period" has passed and all of a sudden I have new technicians coming over to give me quotes for the carpenter bees. "Quote? I thought everything was covered." Nope. Carpenter Bees are not covered through the service at all. Meaning, I signed up for a service that took care of every pest I don't have and not the one pest I do have. Total predatory, dishonest nonsense. Their back office must deal with this a lot because I was able to get out of the contract without paying any cancellation fees, a minor miracle coming from this unethical company.

    Terrible customer service, terrible "service" performed, took 3 calls to cancel. Billed $190 to see all the ant hills in front of house not touched, wasp nests on front porch not touched, webs on back porch, two tiny spots of granules visible with what was supposed to be a complete coverage around foundation plus 35 feet into yard. Email on contract does not receive emails - very bad business practices. beware!

    A representative (salesperson) from ecoshield entered onto our subdivision in Mooresville, Indiana that is posted "No Soliciting" on May 11, 2023 and was knocking on doors telling our neighbors that he had made a deal with the HOA
    for a special discount price. This was a lie as we have spoken with our HOA board members and no one from the HOA had even talked with ecoshield not to mention allowing him to enter the addition and solicit for sales. We would appreciate an apology from the company. Thank You!

    They lie to customers about the price and the contract requirement to get their business so then they can get you hooked for a 2 year term and charge you $172 to try to get out of the contract. They show up at your house whenever they want - not on the quarterly basis they originally agreed to, and then charge your credit card for doing nothing. Do not fall prey to their sales pitch - they will not provide any service and they will keep charging your credit card. I write this as a victim of their preditory practices myself and warn you against them!!!!

    I was solicited by this kid about their service. I told him I did not want to commit to anything. I wanted to see how the service and their product worked before I committed to their service.
    They had an employee come out several hours later to spray. I told this employee that my main issue was ants inside and outside the house. Spiders were becoming a problem. The employee sprayed a little in the house, he said he was only supposed to spray the outside of the house. I thought that strange. He sprayed inside 5 minutes and then went outside to spray for 8 minutes. He said was done and I would get a call to set next visit.
    I noticed less ants for the next week and then there was a great infestation of ants outside and inside my house. The main place was in the kitchen.
    I wrote to the headquarters for my area. I received a response from Shayla Z********, stating that is how the product works. She said they would come back in 30-45 days to spray again. She stated, "we guarantee our services."
    I then received some phone and harassing messages. I finally received a call after work hours. I spoke with the representative for a minute then she was disconnected. I received another call and she was disconnected again. After the second disconnection - I received a third call. I told them that I was disconnected twice. I explained I didn't believe their company or product worked. I told her I paid the $136.74 for the first visit. I would not have them out again nor would I pay them anymore. She offered that they come out again to fix the problem, it would cost more money. I said, I don't want anymore services - I DON'T BELIEVE IN YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE. I PAID THEM FOR FIRST SPRAY AND IT DIDN'T WORK! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! ALL THEY WANT IS FOR YOU TO PAY THEM MONEY EVEN IF THEIR PRODUCT IS USELESS!! Now all I hear from them is that they can't get payment from me. I couldn't get rid of ants from them. I paid for their only service they provided. I won't pay more! I have pics
