      my return delivery arrived back at their warehouse on aug 16. it is now sep 5th and i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. i reached out to their customer service and they responded and said i would have my refund in 72 hours (as of aug 18). i still received nothing. i emailed three more times and ZERO RESPONSE (how unprofessional is their customer service?!). i then called and the person said i would be receiving my refund and not to worry. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST ALMOST A WEEK SINCE THAT CALL! i will dispute with my bank if they do not refund me the ****** by next week!

      Placed an order through the Anthropologie App. Order was shipped in three boxes through 3 different carriers. When I received my package from *** it contained items I never ordered (camo purse and body spray). The order was supposed to contain glass c***, a mug and oven mitt. I contacted Anthropologie and they re-sent the correct items. They asked me to return the incorrect items and I agreed. I explained that I am unable to walk/drive due to an injury and cannot get to a *** so I would need a *** pick up to my home. They agreed and then said that I was denied a *** pick up and if I didnt return the items they would charge me. Again, I placed a $200+ order and received a purse and body spray worth $30. I said that they couldnt charge me for items I never ordered and agreed to return. After two weeks they claim that they scheduled an *** pick up where I was to set the package outside and the *** agent would arrive with the label. The *** agent assured me this is not the case and will not take the package. The company has still not picked up the package and is still threatening to charge me. They are discriminating against me for my injury/disability and have been extremely rude when Im just trying to help them get their merchandise back.

      I placed an online order at **************** November of 2023. This order contained two identical bags, along with some other items. I only received 1 of the 2 bags. I reached out to Urban to alert them, they offered me a refund. Flash forward, I attempted to place an order at Free People early in 2024, and it was cancelled immediately. I was notified that I was no longer able to purchase from FP, Urban, or Anthropology because according to their records I hadnt returned a damaged item I received in November. Apparently the customer care *** who helped me said that the item was damaged and that Id be sending it back, but I never received it so I have nothing to send back. After explaining this to the customer service *** earlier this year, they unfroze my account. Flash forward to today, my account is barred again for the same issue due to the same order back in November. I cant get an answer or help from anyone on the customer care team. I have a gift card Im attempting to use and every order I try to place is cancelled. Looking to escalate this because I have been dealing with this team for weeks with no avail.

      I made a purchase online from Anthropologie.com on 3/29/24. Order Number AN15573188. I returned the items by mail and according to the tracking number it was delivered back to them on 4/4/24. The total of the merchandise returned was $87.33. I never received my refund. I called them twice and was told they cannot issue me a refund because they cant verify with the warehouse that the items were received. I told them the tracking shows it was received by them and they just told me that they cant give me a refund Unless they can verify with the warehouse. If the item was lost in their warehouse, I shouldnt have to take the loss for their error.

      I ordered the mini ******* bag and the inside tag is sewn directly through the leather and it's clearly visible on the outside. I filed a request with Anthropologie on 8/21 which said I would hear from someone within 72 hours. I never heard from anyone and have sent 3 emails with no response and also submitted a review on their website hoping to get a response. My original request was a replacement but given they don't respond, I would just like my money back at this point.

      I returned an item over a month ago - order AP31872708. I have been following up for three weeks on my refund just to be told every time this is in progress and to wait 72 hours with no refund being issued. The item was marked as accepted by their warehouse and their customer service has been unwilling to actually do anything to determine why I have not been refunded.

      I returned 2 rugs on July 14th through the mail. I was told I would be refunded for the items (over $800) within 1-2 weeks. The rugs were delivered back on July 27th. I have tracking for both items.Over the past month, I have emailed Anthropologie asking for the return status over 20 times asking when I will be refunded. I have received many responses saying they received the items, and I will receive my refund in ***** hours. I keep receiving the same message and still haven't received the refund. It has been very, very frustrating.

      I had an open dispute with Anthropologie regarding two returned rugs. You asked to see a copy of my bank statement - it is attached. You can see I received credit for one of the rugs on 8/28/24. I never received credit for the second rug nor did I receive an email from them confirming the credit (I did receive an email with credit for the one rug, though).

      I have had at least fifteen interactions with this company's customer service department regarding issues with an order. On 7/4/2024, I ordered three light switch plate covers. The items I received were incorrect. I spoke with customer service both on the phone and via the company's online chat service. It took days to get this resolved and to get the correct items sent. I essentially had to reorder them and wait days for a price adjustment. When I received the correct items, one was completely missing and the other two items were damaged. Again, it took days of speaking on the phone and via chat to get the missing item sent. In the interim, I was told by at least five different customer service representatives that I'd be receiving replacement items for those that were damaged. Obviously, I never received them. Three or four other customer service representatives told me that I would be receiving a refund instead. Once again, that did not happen. I have screenshots off all conversations. It is now August 24th, nearly two months after my initial order, and I have not received a refund OR a replacement. This is fraudulent. I filed a dispute with my bank but it has not been resolved yet.

      I purchased multiple items and returned two of the items within the return window. They were both in the same return package. I received a refund for one of the items and not the other. *** followed up several times and each time they told me it would be refunded and I would receive an email. They even told me it would be expedited and I would receive an email yesterday of which I did not. Its been weeks and its called stealing when you keep an item that I paid for. Refund immediately!
