On 11/22/2022 (Black Friday) I ordered a dress for Chrostmas for my daughter totaling $79.38 received a package from Anthropologie 6 days later that was the wrong item.. rather than the dress, they shipped me some earrings. I called to let them know so that they may ship me the correct item, and was told I had to wait 72 hours to receive the shipment. It is now 12/5 and I have yet to receive anything- not even a confirmation email that the new order had been placed and upon calling was told I had to wait again another 72 hours. I would just like a refund but they are impossible to reach! Its all computer generated texting and a phone line that takes hours to answer if they answer at all. I ordered an item from Anthropologie, Order # **********. The first item was shipped in received in 3 days, but the second item received a shipping label from ** **** and for some reason sat without movement for 5 days. I do know Anthropologie ships on weekends because I buy from them a lot. I called ** **** and they said they had not received the package and were waiting on Anthropologie to hand it over. Sadly, this has happened to me every year during the holiday season or near my birthday. Fifteen times. When I go to the Anthropologie site under Order Details it tells me it should be delivered by November 28th and the next day November 30th. It is November 30th and for some reason not picked up to even be shipped so this is so confusing. The previous times this has happened my package was considered lost, and every year they tell me they will take steps to insure it never happens again....and here it is again. Where is my package? I spent a lot of money have have a second package also Order # ********** that I am also waiting for from the same carrier...both items are limited edition so once they sell out, it is impossible to replace. I purchased my items on 11/22/22. I paid 93.28 to Anthropologie. I got my order on 11/25/22 and I was missing 4 items. I have voiced this to the company for 3 days and they will not refund me my missing items. Im missing a candle, 2 packs of salve and a body oil. I talked to 3 people and all 3 didn't even know what was missing after I repeatedly told them. I want my refund for my missing items, they keep saying ill get an email but I never do. Absolutely ridiculous.
The purchase date was 11/23/22. The amount was for 244.86. Yet again, im missing items in my order. Ive reached out several times to Anthropologie and same thing, they will email me, no emails. I was missing 3 items. This is very constant with them. The associate didn't have a clue what I was missing after I told him. I want my refund asap.

I have had many items missing in orders in the past but that is not my fault. Its whoever is packing these orders. This is a very bad response to me as im not in charge in how the orders are getting packed. All I know is what I see when mine gets delivered. And ive had many missing items. This has also happened to a close friend of mine and nothing is ever done about it. Anthropologie needs to step up and accept responsibility for their part. We pay a lot of money for these items that we don't recieve. I will not accept this as this isn't right.

I ordered 3 things from Anthropologie back in September and have had issue with every single one of them. I spent a lot of time and energy on phone calls and emails with them the past two months and my issues are still not resolved. When the first delivery came, it was supposed to be a dresser and a buffet, but only the dresser showed up, no buffet, and the dresser had some cosmetic defect. (They ordered a replacement for me but it didn't work out, so I ended up getting a small discount, that's another story.) For the missing item, I contacted Anthropologie right away to find out what's going on with the buffet, but no one seemed to know what's going on. I called and emailed several times for weeks and was given a different answer each time, one agent said it was in a warehouse and I should get an update soon(and I didn't), the other said it wasn't shipped, and the last one said it showed as delivered. (Hello? Why would I contact you if it was delivered?) It took them weeks to finally figured out it was MIA and ordered a replacement for me, which is still on the way so we'll see if it's actually coming this time. Then, I have two nightstands that should be delivered the same day. Only one came, the other showed that it was in the right city, but the shipping lable had issue so couldn't be delivered. I contacted Anthro again and they said they'd look into it. Never heard back from them, and now the shipping status shows that the item is being returned and has already left my city All they had to do would be to make a call to *** to get the label corrected and it could've been shipped to me since it was already in my city. Because they didn't take actions quick enough now I have to wait for weeks before it get here again, and who knows if it's actually going to come. The amount of energy and time I've spent dealing with them is just ridiculous. It also didn't help that I get a different agent each time and no one knows anything. I am truly sorry for all of the issues with your order. I see that discounts were previously applied for the damaged items. While that doesn't make up for the aggravation it has caused, it's the only option we have other than cancelling the replacement orders and issuing a full refund. I am rejecting this response because:I see that the replacement order is made for the nightstand with an expected shipping date on 1/1 since it's back ordered. The thing is, the original piece was available and had been sent to my city already, but because of label issue it was now sent back. At any rate I feel like I should be getting that piece sent back to me or be prioritized instead of be back in line and have to wait for another months for mistake that's not on my part, while I've already waited for 3 months. I may have been compensated for other issues mentioned previously but not for this one. Right now we have mismatching nightstand and can't sell the old one yet as I haven't received the new one, and it's quite inconvenient and the extra mismatching nightstand is also taking up space.

I placed an order with Anthropologie on 11/11/22 , order #**********. The order was shipped in 2 parts. The part of the order (2 of the 3 items ) was shipped with ******, the other part via USPS. ****** claimed delivery on 11/14/22. The items were not delivered & have not been received. Today is 11/21/22. A door tag was left this morning by ****** #***********, regarding this very delivery. What does that mean exactly? It means that the package was not delivered on 11/14. It means that Anthropologie has taken no responsibility for this mess. It means that Anthropologie has implied that I am lying about the missing package. 20 plus years, I have been a loyal customer to Anthropolgie. I will no longer support this company. Apparently using shoddy delivery companies is of no concern to them. I have spent a few hours of my time, this last week with lots of stressful conversations & sitting on hold, wondering if I am out the $444 dollars. A refund should have been forthcoming. This is problem that is solely Anthropologie's, as they choice the a delivery service that does not deliver. I no longer want the package that ****** still has in their possession. $444 is due to me, and it is Anthropologie's problem to pursue this with ******.Business Response

On 11/2/22 order#************ In the amount of $342.19 was returned to Anthropologie via United States Postal Service. Further, anthropologie confirms receipt and States that credit will be issued within 24 to 48 hours. The good news is that I was able to track your return from order **********! When using a SmartLabel to return item(s) to us, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the return to be delivered to us and then processed. The return tracking for your return, shows that the return was mailed back to us on November 3rd and was last updated on November 10th. It is currently still in transit to us. Once we receive it and process it, you will be notified via email.

I made an in-store purchase at Anthropologie (order number: ******************** with receipt attached) on 10/08/22, and returned to the store in Georgetown, Washington DC on 10/15/22. It's been a month since I received an email from Anthro confirming the return but I still have not received the refund through my original payment method. I called Anthro's customer service and they confirmed the return and missing refund and asked me to send a photo of my paper receipt, which I did, only to receive an email saying that they can not help with in-store purchase. The store manager also wouldn't issue store credit after speaking with customer service and knowing it's their mistake (it was returned at their store).Business Response

I made an in store purchase on 10/27/22. I purchased a perfume that unfortunately didn't work for me and I decided to return to the Anthropologie store at ***** Mall. The sales associate did not permit my return even though the store return policy states a full refund is given within 30 days of purchase. Instead she questioned me on if I used the in store tester first, verbalized that they couldn’t resell (because I had opened it) and when I asked why I couldn’t get a refund like their policy stated she abruptly said that she could refuse the return altogether (she offered me merchandise credit) which doesn’t correspond with the store policy if returned within 30 days providing a receipt. I’m also an Anthro member so all purchases are logged into my account. I regretfully took the merchandise credit to which now I wish I hadn’t. I would like to pursue my refund to my credit card.Business Response
