      Hi. I placed an order for pick up on 12/19/2024 and was told the order would be available for pick up in 7-10 biz days. We are well past that timeline. I reached out on 01/23/2025 via chat to request a refund since my order never arrived. I was told I would receive a refund within 72 biz hours. I reached out again when I did not receive a refund and was assured I would receive it and my case would be escalated. I reached out a final time today, 02/11/2025 and I still do not have a refund and do not have confidence I will receive a refund because they keep saying I will hear back and I havent.

      On January 18, I ordered an item at a 50% discount. As of February 2, it's still listed as backordered" when I go to check the status of my shipment. The item is "in stock" when looking on the website; says it is available for immediate shipping when I add it to my cart. Other customers wrote within the reviews of this particular item similar issues I am having, stating Anthropologie wouldn't ship and that customer service will not respond/address. I would like the item shipped out since it is available or a replacement color substitute. I, too, reached out to customer service and was told it not shipping yet was submitted for further review.

      I purchased a duvet cover from Anthropologie last week (order#AP36186241). The listing on Anthropologie stated it was being sold by a company called ******* and would ship directly from them. When I received the item, it was not was I was expecting. I tried to print a return shipping label from Anthropologie site and received a message I need to contact the seller ,Coyuchi. I called Coyuchi and was told a message would be sent to the department that handles these types of issues. I also sent an email to Coyuchi and no one has respondsed back. To date I have not received any communication from Coyuchi and have spent hours on hold with Anthropologie because no one answers the phones. I contacted Anthropologie via online chat and was told they couldn't help me to contact the seller. At this point I am out of $483.31 and both companies are passing the **** while I am out of my money.

      The merchant incorrectly shipped my order to the wrong address due to their system error during checkout. Despite multiple assurances of a refund, they have failed to resolve the issue.I contacted customer service multiple times, including calls on Jan 13 (26 min) and Jan 16 (50 min), where supervisors confirmed a refund, but no confirmation was provided.The error occurred because their system ignored the correct shipping address from my Apple Pay transaction. When I asked them to work with *** to reroute the package, they refused, which can only be requested by sender in this case. I personally coordinated the package return, covering additional costs due to their mistake. Their chat and survey systems provide no confirmation emails, making communication unclear.Given their failure to resolve the issue and my incurred expenses, I request a chargeback for the disputed amount. Their support system call logs can verify their verbal refund assurances.

      I have not yet received a refund, and due to the lack of response from the merchant, I was compelled to file a dispute with my credit card company. The transaction is currently under review. Additionally, after filing the dispute and submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I am now receiving a response regarding a potential refund. It would have been greatly appreciated if the same written confirmation had been provided directly when I initially requested the refund several weeks ago many times by calling the **************** of ******************.

      I would like to clarify that I have not received any email from you directly. I have thoroughly checked both my inbox and junk mail folders, and no communication has been received.

      Additionally, I have not received a refund for the full order directly. The only amount that has been returned to me is the portion I disputed through my credit card company. This remains the primary issuedespite assurances from customer support, the promised actions simply dont get completed. My main concern is the inconsistency between what customer service communicates and what is actually executed.

      This matter has already been resolved through my credit card companys dispute process, so theres nothing further needed from your end. 

      The email I received from your support team suggesting that I make another payment to process my refund, which is totally not reasonable as it requires me to repeat the entire process. Additionally, there has been no proactive action taken on your part, and instead, I am being asked to call again and endure long wait times, which is completely unacceptable.

      I received a gift from anthropologie, which sadly means I have to deal with your company and its non-existent customer service again. The chat should be disabled on your site since no one is ever there to answer it. Same with texting for help because you have an unhelpful bot that responds once and then does nothing. The order number is AP ********. It was a gift and smells HORRIBLE. I would like a merchandise credit/gift card and I need a qr code to send it back. This also came unwrapped when the buyer paid for wrapping paper so I expect to receive the full amount back.

I simply do not understand how a company can import furniture and not be prepared to disclose where they purchased the furniture from.

      I bough an elctric kettle and two mugs on dec 2. I paid $163,10 for my order. ($9,80 each mug, $128 for the e. Kettle + taxes). I received the mugs but not the kettle. They charged me for a product that never arrived. I spent hours chatting with different customer service agents. They transferred me to 18 different people. They promised to resolve my case within 24 to 72 hours on several occasions but nothing happened. They promised to resend it. They gave me a New tracking number, but the product has been stucked in the same status for days.

      December ****** ordered wallpaper December 21 took to *** to be returned after probably 5 attempts at getting a return label from anthropology. They received the returned on 12/30 to anthropology Another call was placed 1/11 and they told me its being processed. Call back later. 1/15 I call again. They tell me I did not return all of it. (I did return all of it) There is a roll inside a roll of paper, just as they sent it to me. Its all there. I am told I will only get $127 back. I explain its all there. I am told they will look into it and to check in another 3-5 days. They are doing everything to make a return as difficult as possible . I am shocked that a national chain would practice business in that manner. I would like a full refund of $518 and an apology. According to their return policy, I did everything asked.

      I purchased a gray shirt on sale. It was either $17.98 or $17.97. Despite arriving at the store to pick it up before the deadline, the sales associate cancelled the order. I showed her that my card was charged and she argued that it was not. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Anthropologie I disputed the charge with *****. It looks like they may have disputed the wrong charge because the previous purchase was a similar price. If they looked at the screen shots and the orders it could have been resolved but they only communicate through not chat and email and my account has been frozen for a month. It looks like I was credited $17.98 on 1/1 but my account is frozen and it is impossible to get this resolved despite about ********************************************************************** credited charge and my account unfrozen. They need to actually resolve problems and not send emails that can't be replied to. It is quite honestly the worst ever customer service and all began with their error.
