      I purchased a side table and decided to return it in mid-Oct 24. **************** sent *** to my home and they shipped it back to themselves. They did not issue a refund. I requested my refund on Nov 1 and they confirmed receipt of the item in the warehouse and said Id see the money back in 1-2 weeks. Six weeks later still no refund so I requested it again. They said to give them 72 hours and the refund would be completed. It has been two more weeks and still no refund to my credit card (the one used for purchase), although the online transaction history reads that a refund was issued.I want my money back. Now.

      I purchased curtains in two orders (AP35545431 and AP35328670) at a full price of $88.00 per item and bought 8. On December 24th, the curtains were on sale for $59.99. I contacted the company for a price adjustment as their policy allows for an adjustment within 14 days. The chat was disconnected. I contacted the company again today and was told that they could not apply a price adjustment on items unless I buy them full price and do not do adjustments based on discounts applied at checkout. I was not seeking an adjustment based on the price at checkout and I did in fact purchase the items at full price but the representative would not process a price adjustment. Again, on 12/24/2024, the price of the item was reduced before any discounts or promo codes based on a site wide sale. I would like a price adjustment per the policy.

      I placed this order AP35458550 in plenty of time for delivery by Christmas. The order was out for delivery starting in the morning on the 22nd. Then I contacted Lasership and asked why it had not been delivered yet when it was 9pm. Only then was the shipping updated to pending. Now there is no update, there is nothing out for delivery and I do not understand where this package is. I am truly disappointed that this company would still be using Lasership because they are notoriously awful. I cannot get through to a human being at customer service either at ******************. I tried calling; nothing. Texting is a bot and no one answers emails. I don't know what happened to this company but the prices went up and all service has gone way down. I expect to be contacted by EMAIL since your company is so unavailable, you will use the method of communication that is most convenient for me. You will: provide a detailed update on the delivery; provide restitution/refund for this poor customer service and late arrival of package.

This response is woefully insufficient as well and I will be escalating this complaint for this **** poor response from Anthropologie and non-response from Lasership.

      I returned two items to the company in late October. They acknowledged items were received on 11/12. They say they are behind in processing refunds but its been over 8 weeks since I shipped return.

      Date Ordered Dec 15, 2024 Amount paid: $227.97 I have been trying to get in contact with this company in many different forms since they refuse to answer the phones, reply back to my text via their texting chat, and the chat system saying they have no one available, so I also have not received a email back. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was in a open box with the dress exposed and the dress is MISSING the straps it's supposed to come with. The photo shows the straps and my dress is missing them. The clasp on the back is also torn. For paying as much as I did for a dress, for it to come without it's straps and clasp torn, is absolutely unacceptable. The fact this company literally refuses to respond to any form of customer service support they aim they even have (which clearly they don't)... Tells me enough about never ordering anything from this company again. The item arrived in a busted open box with my dress exposed to the elements and THE STRAPS missing. The dress literally has the holders built into the dress that the straps clearly can be put on.

      I made a purchase at Anthropologie in *********, **, on 11/24 and returned it on 12/2. The return amount was $161.19. I have a receipt and expected the credit to show on my bank card within the next couple of days. When it didn't show on my account, I call my bank and they had not received notification of any credit. I called and spoke with *** on 12/17 and she told me to expect the credit to show on 12/18, she checked their back office and she could see the return. Still, no credit on my account. I called on 12/19 and spoke with ********. She said she had to do some research and she would call me back. She hasn't. As on 12/20 at 10 am, the credit has still not been issued to my account. I have spoken to my bank and they do not have any credit from Anthropologie. I am frustrated and a bit surprised that I would have this issue with a company that I consider to be a reputable company. I have made returns to them before without this kind of issue. I also have never filed a BBB complaint. But, at this point, I don't see any other option. I would appreciate any help you can provide.       I placed an order ORDER NUMBER: AN18801720 and it was delivered to the wrong address or door. I never received my package. *** had reported it lost. I asked Anthropologie multiple times for a few days to issue a refund and they have not. They ask I wait 72 hours for them to submit a request and wont issue a refund. I keep getting told to wait 72 hours each day.

      In November I purchased several plates from Anthropologies 12 days of Christmas line. They are all hand painted so each is unique. I wanted to select which ones I wanted to keep so I ordered several to pick the perfect set. I decided to return them because I was not happy with any of them. My order arrived in multiple shipments so I was not able to return them with the one shipping label they provided if I didnt find a larger box. I purchased a larger box from ********** and carefully packaged all the plates and mailed them back. According to the tracking number of the shipping label they provided they received my return on November 25th. I kept waiting to be refunded but it never happened. I reached out by email and they never responded. I reach out by text and the agent said they would have someone help me. Time goes my with no word and then I get a refund but not for my full order. Only a few plates even though all the plates were in the box that I shipped back. They still charged me for 6 of them that I no longer have. I feel they are stealing from a loyal customer. They have not once contacted me to explain why I was not refunded the full amount. I have emailed repeatedly. I have been ghosted by several agents who promised they will look into the issue and never do. Im so disappointed mainly because I shop regularly with Anthropologie, usually spending hundreds every month.

      On 7/23/23, I placed an order with Free People. When I received that order, one of the items I ordered (a top) was missing. I called customer support and was told they would send the correct item. They never created the new order, so I called back and still the order was not created, so I had the top was refunded. A month later my card was charged from Free People for the top that I never received. Since my order was never fulfilled, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded. Because of this, I have been banned from ordering from all companies associated with Free People, which includes Anthropologie. I have attempted to contact Anthropologie through their texting customer service and they completely ignore my question and are generally unhelpful. I'd like the ban to be removed so I may order from Anthropologie. It's a ridiculous policy and I found many complaints online of similar issues with this company.

      I ordered plates that I thought were glass. They were plastic. I returned the items. Items were received on December 2nd. I did an email and two text chats inquiring on the refund and status. The first said he would escalate and I would hear in 3 days. Its been a week. I did another chat yesterday, started they would escalate and I would receive in 24 hours. Still nothing. This is unacceptable when policy states within 3 days.
