      I am reaching out regarding two unresolved issues with my recent orders:1.Wrong Item Received: I ordered white sneakers, but you shipped green ones instead. Ive contacted your customer support and was told that a case would be opened, but there has been no follow-up. I have attached order details and photo evidence to support my claim.2.Return Label Sent for an Item I Never Received: I was refunded for the sweatshirt in the attached order; however, I never received this item in the first place. I was then sent a return label for it, which is unnecessary since I cannot return something I never received.Resolution Requested:For the incorrect sneakers, I would like to either exchange them for the correct pair or receive instructions to return them for a refund.Please confirm that I will not be charged for the sweatshirt refund under any circumstances.

      When I paid for the order the import fees were $14.31. At some point (after I paid and checked out) the import fees increased by $40. Their own website states that Canadian residents pre-pay import fees and that the total billed at checkout includes everything. I have attached a screenshot of their policy. I would like to be refunded the $40.I have spoken to several customer service representatives as well as someone on their social media and they will not help me or acknowledge that I charged extra after the fact - which goes against the information on their website. Very frustrating company to deal with.

      I purchased a pair of pants from this company and they were defective. The seam ripped the first time I wore them. I submitted a claim to the company, and they offered a refund but are making me ship the defective pants back. The pants are no longer available and cannot be replaced, so I requested a partial refund in exchange for keeping the pants so I can potentially have them repaired. The company refused and would only offer me a 30% discount, essentially demanding that I pay $98 for the ripped pants that they were going to throw away. 30% wouldnt even cover the cost of repairing the pants.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Anthropologie regarding poor customer service and unresolved shipping issues. Here is a summary:1. **Order Issue:** On December 26, 2023, I ordered a sweater from Anthropologie. Although the item was shipped, the tracking link led to an error page.2. **Initial Contact:** I contacted customer service on December 28, 2023, and received multiple excuses for the delayed response, including claims that they do not work on weekends and that my request would be handled the next business day.3. **Conflicting Responses:** In follow-up communications, I was told that someone else had already requested a new tracking link, but it was never provided. A third representative acknowledged the error and offered a reshipment or refund. I chose a reshipment.4. **Lack of Follow-Up:** After several days without updates, I reached out again for a new tracking number or confirmation that the sweater had been shipped. I received no response.5. **Recent Response:** On January 6, 2024, I was informed to allow 72 hours for the tracking issue to be resolved. This is unacceptable given the prolonged delays and lack of communication.This experience has been frustrating, with poor communication, delays, and conflicting information.       In the last 3 months Anthropologie has experimented some serious setbacks in their fulfillments and customer service departments. I have placed four different orders for the same pair of shoes and every single time I receive the incorrect size which resulted in me having to initiate claims which took a lot of my time and either drive to stores or to *** to drop off returns. I honestly have spent hours on this issue and as of today I never received the correct size of the shoes that I ordered In addition to this issue, I have also received three incorrect items Over the last three months and had to file claims as well.       The company will not issue me a merchendise credit for my return per their return policy. The purchase was made with a gift card that I then disposed of. Then the item was returned and the company says the amount went back to the gift card (which I threw out.) on my return confirmation it says a purchase made on a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchendise credit to your email. After months of emailing and calls and visits to various stores they still wi not refund me.

      Ordered an item from Anthropologie Dec 2024. I never received it. They used a delivery service have never heard of. USD OR UDS- I also emailed them trying to find out where the package went. Got a standard email saying they were looking into it- also no more responses. Looked up the delivery picture and its clear it is it my house or neighborhood. Contacted them on 12/20/24. They offered a refund and said no I need it as its a Xmas gift. Was told it would take 72 hours to process a new order by them. I reordered it and they waived the shipping fee. Also was told I would be getting an email for my refund. Never got that email or refund. Contacted them again on 12/27/24. Same reply I would get an email with refund request and it was being escalated to a supervisor. No email and no refund. I contact them tonight 01/04/2025 via chat. They started a conversation and have now disappeared.

      it is really unfortunate that people have to go thru great lengths to get what they are owed back.  It also seems deceptive in that they hope people wont go to such great lengths.   I finally received my refund.

      I made a purchase online and in the store while they were running a 40% off sale items, within 3 days that discount was increased to 50% off. I reached out to customer service for a price adjustment and they couldn't accommodate me, but maybe try to return everything to the store and rebuy it. #1 I haven't received the order #2 that's incredibly inconvenient #3 that's a huge waste of time and gas on my part. I would probably use any refund to make another purchase so it's not like they would be losing.

      I ordered a coffee table for $1,414.95 on November 29th. I was notified in December that they were ready to schedule delivery, which we did for December 21st. On December 20th we received an email stating they would arrive between 10am and noon the next day. My husband waited around for them all morning. At 12:15 when there was no sign of them, I called the delivery service. They then informed me my order had been cancelled because the item was damaged. They sent the updated delivery time the day before then didn't bother to tell us they canceled the entire order. They just didn't show up. I have been trying to get a refund from Anthropologie but keep getting the run around. They told me I'd get a refund because they canclled the order but the status on their website still says waiting to be rescheduled. This company has literally stolen over $1,400 from us. They took our money, canceled our order, and haven't given any indication they're going to give us the money back. That is theft!
