I have been contacting customer service repeatedly, but there is no one that helps. I had two orders that were due credits. I received emails stating credits coming but one was never received and the other one I was shorted the credit amount. - Order AP34031652 - was supposed to be credited on 11/21/2024 and I never got it. I spoke to someone via chat a few days later and was told that they were too busy to credit me and I should receive the credit within 72 hours. Still have not received it. I chatted with someone today again that didn't read the notes to notice the issue and said I was credited on 11/21/24. BAD BUSINESS!!! I am due $119.88 for this credit.- Order AP34077835 - was returned. A credit for $166.86 was supposed to be given. I was credited $160.35. The same agent that told me that they were too busy to credit me said he was putting in a claim for a remaining $6.51 I was shorted. I placed and paid for an order containing three items. When I received my package, it contained two of the items that I had ordered and paid for and a third item I had not ordered and do not want. I contacted Anthropologie immediately and they responded and said that I needed to return the item within 30 days or I would be charged for it. I contacted them and explained that this was their error and that while I would be happy to return it, I wanted a refund for the item that I did not receive and that I was not sure I would be able to return it within a month and that I did not feel this was acceptable given that the item was sent to me in their error. My son has serious health problems as does my father and I have a lot of demands on my time at the moment. I just received another communication from them saying that if I do not return it soon, I will be charged. I tried reaching out via their chat function and was told I should come into a store to return the item. This is unacceptable. It was their error that the item was sent. I refuse to pay for something I didn't buy or spend my time during an incredibly busy time of year waiting at the post office or at their store to return something I didn't order. I am asking them to stop contacting me and not charge me for the item sent in error.Business Response

I ordered a blazer and a pair of shoes and paid for rushed delivery - only the shoes came. Called Anthropologie and they said the blazer was out of stock so the warehouse didnt ship it and that their warehouse doesnt communicate when an order cant be fulfilled so the only way to solve is through customer feedback.They stated they will refund me the blazer since I they never shipped it.I never received a confirmation email so I called back and they stated they never completed the claim so they would complete claim while I waited and then Id see an email and a credit within 24 hours.Two days later, nothing. This supervisor reached out after I requested to speak to one after my emails were not resolved by regular customer service.The dresser is also missing hardware, the screws are all stripped and the other pieces of hardware (Key holes) are falling out. I have attempted to resolve this several times and it has been unsuccessful. They refunded my shipping. I am rejecting this response because:A dispute was opened because I did not receive a full refund for the two items that were returned to the store in ******* on 11/9/2024.
This dispute will not be closed unless Anthropologie provides a full refund to the original method of payment, per the store receipt for the items returned.
I contacted the store and they are unable to answer questions.
I advise you to review the documents my financial institution has provided supporting the dispute.

I am rejecting this response because: At the time of return, I was promised refund to the original method of payment. Otherwise I wouldn't have returned. The receipt clearly shows refund to the Discover ending in 8365. Legally, the refund has to go back in the method per the receipt. I do not want to keep going back and forth with Anthropologie on this. If Anthropolgie is unable to process a refund in method per receipt, I will be filling a dispute. The receipt is sufficient proof per Regulation Z to proceed with a chargeback.

I returned the one item (a cardigan) I received from an online order IN PERSON at an Anthropologie store on November 9, 2024. I have yet to be refunded the amount to my credit card for the returned item. I have contacted Anthropologie customer service by chat and phone and seem to be getting the run around. I was told by chat that no problem, I would receive the refund. This is a follow up message. At Anthropologie's (their "Customer Satisfaction" staff) suggestion, I canceled an existing dispute through my bank as they indicated they would then "gladly" provide the refund. I then notified Anthropologie I had taken this step. It has been radio silence from them since and I have not received any acknowledgment, much less the $278 they have thus far stolen from me. A few minutes ago, I contacted my bank and had the dispute reinstated. I followed up with Anthropologie by email and told them to refrain from contacting me directly again.
I just wanted to reiterate that I have not yet received my refund for the in person return I made on 11/9/24.
