My order was originally showing as delivered on 11/12/2024 but it was never delivered. The picture posted by the delivery company was not my house. I reached out to Anthropologie but was told that I had to wait 3 days to submit a claim even though the package was clearly not delivered to the correct address. I reached out to the delivery company who opened an investigation and marked the package as delivered again to my front door on 11/14/2025...this time no picture. I have a ring camera and this package was not delivered. I reached out again to Anthropologie who was not helpful. I would like a refund for the full purchase amount or the denim dress that I ordered.Business Response

I have returned three items via mail purchased from Anthropologie. This return contained 3 dresses. I created online return and mailed them in promptly with the label skew provided by anthopologie at ups.Tracking shows delivered back at warehouse and team only refunded me for ONE of the THREE dresses. I ordered two shirts of the same size for me and a friend. They sent the wrong size for one of them -(L instead of xs). I immediately called and they said they would send me a Label to return the one and a new one would be sent out within 72 hours that was the correct size. Never happened. Called and chatted back with them numerous times. Kept saying it would be sent out in 72 hours. Called again and asked for a supervisor who supposedly immediately sent next day air the correct shirt. But it never came and I am not even sure it is a valid order #. Tracking # appears to not be valid. Finally took the incorrect shirt back to the store and they said the correct one should now definitely be sent since I turned in the incorrect one. Nothing. I told them if I couldn't have both shirts I did not want them. It is now past the 30'days and I would like to get a refund for both shirts. I bought them with a gift card and I am out that money now. Apparently this type of service is now a trend at Anthropologie based on other reviews I am seeing. Have always loved this store- do t think I will be shopping here ever again..Business Response

I ordered a fruit bowl from Anthropologie and I received the completely wrong item (a blanket). When I asked for the item to be replaced, they said they could not replace it as it was sold out. Then, I asked for a refund. They said that for a refund I had to return the wrong item. I said that I'm not obligated to return the wrong item as it was their mistake. I was refunded, but couple months later, I got an email that said they attempted to re-charge me for the item as I didn't return it but my payment information is not updated and that I will be blocked from shopping there until I pay for the item I wrongly received.Business Response

On November 10th, I placed an order of 2 pairs of earrings on **********************. I received an order confirmation and the charge has gone on my credit card.Over 2 days later, I received an email saying due to an issue, my order was canceled. And that they couldn't get in touch with me via email prior to the cancelation. (An absolute lie!)I just spoke with customer service, who were absolutely appalling and refused to help me. They said I can put the order through again- even though the items are no longer available!!! The charge is still on my credit card, and I want the items delivered as per my confirmation email. I am rejecting this response because:Anthropologie have not even addressed my issue!! I had a confirmed order with a charge on my credit card and all they have had to respond with is that their system canceled the order and too bad. Not only did I waste hours finding the items ordered- but they are no longer available online and the business' responses via online chat have been completely dismissive and rude. No attempt to reinstate the order or provide an actual reason as to why they canceled my order. I still have not received a refund of the $68 charge, 5 days later. **************** is non existent.

I placed a large order on October 15 which included several pieces of dinnerware. When I received my order, one of the items - Old Havana Dinner Plates, Set of 4 - was damaged. The second plate was shattered; I did not check the other plates to avoid possibly damaging the plate any further. I reached out to Anthropologie's customer service email on Friday, October 25 with guidance on receiving a replacement item and sending back the damaged item. I was told the order was placed for the replacement item and I would receive instructions on sending back the damaged item. On October 29, I still did not receive guidance and reached out again. They have since told me they are behind and I will receive info. As of today, November 11, I still have no info on my replacement item and how to send back the damaged item. Over 2 weeks is incredibly unreasonable to provide a replacement for a damaged item that is not usable. The order total was $992.64. However, the value of the damaged item is $72.00. If I cannot receive a replacement for my damaged item, I need to be compensated ASAP.Business Response

Original Transaction Date 08/11/2024 Unauthorized Charge Date: 11/11/2024 I ordered 3 items on 8/11. I item arrived on 8/13, however the other two items did not arrive.I received two items I did not order. After several phone calls, 1 item did arrive but the other never did. I was eventually refunded. Today on 11/11 I received an email "Charge Notification" that I was charged $61.74 "After our previous discussion, we have moved forward with charging the below amount to the method of payment." - I was not in contact with the company on 11/11 or anytime near that date - I did not authorize them to charge my card, nor did I have the card saved to my Anothropologie account.- After ********************************************************************************** 72 business hours, however I have yet to receive email confirmation of the same. Placed an order for two items. One of the items was not what I had ordered. 9/16 I chatted online with someone explaining this. I was told it would take 72 hours to look into it. After 72 hours still nothing. Called 9/19 and was told they needed more time. On 9/21 I called AGAIN and I said I'd like a refund. They said they could still send me the item. When I got the package on 9/26 the same incorrect item was sent. Someone must have placed these items in the wrong packaging. So each time the item was ordered I got the same incorrect item. I've chatted several times on the website and called at least 5 times. Each time asking for a return label for the incorrect item so I could send them back. I was assured on 9/26 that I would get a refund I think within a week. After a week with no refund I got fed up and reached out to ****** to see if they could get any response out of them. They've conveniently forgot to refund me in the past so I wasn't going to waste time again. I got the money back which was only $12ish. I try to order an item this week and they've placed a block on any orders. I asked online why, they didn't know and said someone would call. Again no call just an email saying I had to reverse the dispute which isn't possible as ****** has since closed it. I called a supervisor and was told that I'd have to release the money back to them even though I never received the item which seems bonkers to me. At that time I had no idea I couldn't reverse the dispute. Never done this before. Most companies are pretty good with apologizing for their mistakes and making it right. Just be careful if you order from them. It's super hard to get them to take accountability and to call you back. I have never received a call back. I tried to respond to the email but haven't gotten anything back either. It's just impossible to get any help.Took 1.5 months to get a return label to send the incorrect items back. I am rejecting this response because: I'm not exactly rejecting the response so much as clarifying that I don't need another refund. As stated in the original note I already got refunded by ******. So please don't refund me again because I'll have to call you all again and I just don't have the time to sit on the phone for another 30 mins. My issue is that the hold on my account was definitely on it well past Oct 4th. See attachments for proof as I tried to order an item on 11/1 and it was immediately canceled and I received the attached email stating I would have to pay the money before my account would be released or close the dispute which as stated I couldn't do as ****** had already approved it and closed it. It was never communicated to me that I should keep the wrong items I was sent so I just assumed that was part of the reason my account was placed on hold. At any rate I don't have a purpose for them as they weren't anything I needed so I sent them back last week. I'm not sure my account can actually be used as the information I'm getting here is way different than what I got calling in and in email. Is there someone I can speak to or anything I can reference if I have issues in the future? If I decide to shop with you again?
