    Order #**** $1398 5/12/22 order date I inquired with the company before ordering if these window air conditioners would fit and they ensured me they would. Also guaranteed they were whisper quiet. Both of these things turned out to be false. I spoke with the company with a week and they issued me return authorization and shipping labels. Unfortunately I never tracked the refund in my credit card statement and just realized a month ago that they never refunded me the money. I have now sent approximately 20 emails to the help desk with no reply other than an automated reply saying customs service is available m-f 9-5. There is no contact number and it seems that I will never get a human response. I would really appreciate some help in trying to recover this significant amount of money. Please advise.

    The company is supposed to have a 5 year warranty on the product that they sold me, and air conditioner. The product is only 2 years old.....purchased in 2021, and now no longer will power on. I have contacted their customer service via their website but no response in over 3 weeks.     Paid them $329 to fund their business in 2016 in exchange for one air conditioner and I never received their end of the deal as promised. They took thousands of peoples money and now they shut their website down and are out of business. I used the website indiegogo to help fund their business and regret it since they flopped. I think they are required to pay all their debts as a business who shuts down. I want more information for the thousands of us wondering where our money is.

    I bought an air conditioner in April from the company and it broke in September. they don't have a phone number, I have SENT numerous emails and now they don't seems to be in business. It is still under warranty. They are thieves.

    Purchased a $799 window air conditioner on June 2, 2022. Product installed in a mild climate for summer months where we might have 90 temps a couple times during summer months. After 2 months of minimal use on August 15, 2022 the unit completely shut down. I have reached out to the MFG 6 times via email since they do not list a contact phone number on their website. The only response I have received is a "request received" email acknowledging the email was received. This company has taken my money and done absolutely nothing to assist in resolving my issue.

    In May of this year I purchased 3 air conditioning units from this company. I received the units on June 2. On August 19, one of the units stopped working, and the other two units would not work as advertised. I emailed the support desk to no avail. No one ever responded to my issue. I emailed again the following week, and once again no one followed up. On September 7, I sent a registered letter to the company. The letter was signed for on September 21. Still no response. I paid $ 2,300.22 in total for the 3 units. I would like a full refund. I am willing to return the 3 units.

    I ordered the product in May 2022 (see order email.pdf attached). It suddenly stopped working where it wasn't blowing out cold air anymore. I first contacted support via their website in September 2022 and made additional attempts thereafter and haven't received any response (see support emails.pdf attached). Their website (kapsulair.com) is no longer available. They do have a ******** page (***********************************) where others are complaining that the product is defective, and lack of response from customer support. They have many bad reviews so I'm not the only person experiencing this problem. I just want my money back!

    I purchased an air conditioner on March 23, 2022 for $699. On September 20 it would no longer power on with no change in how it was being used. The product had a 2 year warranty to replace or refund for defects. I've been reaching out to them via their ******* support ticket system for months with no response. The company has let their Shopify account lapse in recent weeks so I can no longer access the details of my order which were previously available here: **************************************************************************** None of the phone numbers I can find for them still work.Originally I wanted a repair or replacement because while the unit worked, I was quite happy with it. However, given the poor customer service I would prefer to not do business with them again and would ask for a refund. Frankly, it seems as though they've run. Run away from problems with their customers and turned off all their services. I am extremely disappointed.

    I backed this company back in 2016 through a ***********. I recognize ***********s do not always result in success. My issue is that when my unit died in the Summer, I made DOZENS of attempts to contact the company via their website, as well as a ******** page set up to update their backers. I would like the company to take my return of the unit. Ideally, I would not like a replacement unit, but rather a refund. The product, when it did work, was not as expected.
