Purchased a Kapsul air conditioner as a Kickstarter backer a number of years ago and after production delays received it in fall 2021. After one month of use in 2022 it stopped working. Have sent numerous emails (Sept 5, 13, October 6, 27) to [email protected] and submitted requests through the website and have received no reply over the last two months. I purchased a Kapsul air conditioner in the spring of 2022. It worked as expected up until August. Starting in August - the air conditioner was no longer able to be controlled by the required application to schedule the usage of the air conditioner (could not connect). Without the application the air conditioner is not usable. I worked through all the FAQ solutions on the companies website to no avail (*****************************************************************************)I submitted five different inquiries to the company however nobody ever got back to me. We bought two Kapsul air conditioners in early 2022. We started using both in June 2022. By august 2022 one of the units stopped cooling altogether. It doesnt work. WE BOUGHT THIS UNIT 5 MONTHS AGO spend over $700 dollars, unit is not turning on the compressor don't kick on, don't blow cool air ., I follow everything and instruction I'm trying to get in contact with them and submit and email to support like 6 times they never respond back, my son have some health issues and is a medical need for us in the hot summer, we will like a respond from then and fix the unit , at this point we think we like the money return . is very sad that we paid more then 700 dollar for something that last not even half a year please help us .Initial Complaint

I would like to have the Kapsul AC unit repaired or replaced. It only worked for one and a half Summers. I have tried e-mailing and calling (phone number is no good) but I never hear back from them. I don't even know if I have the correct mailing address or I would try mailing a letter. I just want to hear back from them so they could let me know what is going on. Are they still in business? I heard they would pick up the unit and see what is wrong with it. I'm sure they would know how to fix it. I even tried contacting Kurt S****** on ******** but still no response.Initial Complaint

Transaction: 4/11/22 from Kapsul.com Order number **** Kapsul is $699.00 1 Kapsul with 2 year warranty provided. Paid using ******** charge card to Kapsul SKU: ********** Shipped the same day on 4/11/22 by ***** tracking number ************. I did not open the Kapsul package till the end of June 2022 and installed. I used the Kapsul for 2 months and now its not working. Ive tried unplugging for minutes to hours to reset it and doesnt work. Ive tried to contact Kapsul many many times through their website but they have not responded. I also tried calling Kapsul ************ and number is not of service. I want a refund. I can not afford to own something that doesn’t work. I have a lot of medical issues as well as medical bills and I can’t afford to lose money. The Kapsul company has not held their promise to me as the customer. As a customer with a 2 year warranty, I expect to get my money’s worth. I’m requesting a refund since nothing has been resolved. There are many complaints about Kapsul and most complaints are exactly the same. Kapsul ignores the customer after transaction is completed. As a customer with medical problems, I can’t afford to be ignored and pay for useless products. I need help. Please help me get my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased eight window air conditioner units from Premium Home Comfort dba Kapsul aka KapsulAir in June and July 2021 for approximately $5,800. Many units have failed since that time and for a period of time, Kapsul replaced them under warranty. Two additional units have failed while still under warranty, however Kapsul no longer responds to multiple customer service requests filed through their website and by email. After researching the company, I attempted to call their corporate offices, but received a voicemail that indicates it is a tour company. I have no other options to resolve this issue with the company. I now have multiple broken air conditioners and the company is ignoring my messages.Initial Complaint

Kapsulair: we bought a unit that ceased to function. The company was emailed and told us that we would get an immediate replacement. That was four months ago! When we followed up they told us to call them but there is no phone number on their website and a way to contact them. On May 19, 2022, I purchased 2 ****** AC units for a total of $1553.25. I received both units and installed them in May. My bedroom unit was run nightly through the summer and the other has been unused in the guest room. On September 4, 2022 the bedroom unit stopped working. I verified the issue was not electrical and followed the manual troubleshooting guidelines. I then submitted a request for service on Sep 5th via their website portal. Since then, I have filed 3 more requests for service and have not received a reply. There is no phone number for customer service. I tried the one ******************** has listed here and it's a travel agency. Per the ****** website, the unit is under warranty for replacement or repair for 2 years. I am concerned there is no method to contact the company and either receive a repair or refund. I'm also concerned this company has a history of poor business practices.***********************************************************************************
