      I have been trying to get a hold of this settlement company since January. I have sent them 5 affidavits, which they confirmed they received and I tried called them over 10 times, leaving multiple voicemails without receiving any responses. I have submitted W9s three different times, and they stated that they had received them. However, since the settlement of our ******* vs. ***** was reached, not one of the 8 claim payouts have been sent to me. This is the second time Angeion sends me multiple emails stating that checks were never cashed, BUT THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ANY CHECKS.       Please review the attached documents they sent to me regarding my checks. This is the four time that they tell me checks are being mailed but they sent me a letter stating otherwise. 

      This has been the ongoing process I have been trying to resolve. If checks have been sent, why would I receive these documents instead?

      Again, I request that they send me actual confirmation on the reissued checks. It is evident that they have my correct address so why are the letters the only thing that arrives?

      This does not justify their continued refusal to provide details and is inconsistent to their stated response from previous messages. As you can see, they stated they were going to be sending checks early in July, but they did not, they sent me another series of letters instead saying I had not cashed the checks. So, I tried to get them to further confirm by providing actual proof, and now they are changing their statement by saying they are still waiting to process it sometime this month and they will not respond to any details. If this was the first time, this would be understandable but this has been their continued practice and response since 12/22, and this is the fourth time that they do this. I have been told they were working on sending checks multiple times through automated emails. But, when I tried to contact live people no one responded. Why would this happen when the claims were settled last year? And this company was hired to complete the simple task of sending us our claim payments? They are either very irresponsible and disorganized or they are just trying to keep our money and claim we didnt cash them, when in fact, they did everything they could to keep froM sending the checks. I will keep rejecting this until I receive actual proof that the have checks being sent to me. So either send me the information that I have requested or we are not going to end this conversation,

      I am waiting a class action lawsuit payment. It says a check was issued 12/20/2022. I don't believe this check was issued or it was not received. I filed an affadavit to request a replacement check Jauary 27th. They keep saying the check will be in the next run but none has been received. Today I received a notice indicating 12/20 was the last issue date with no evidence the check was re-issued. The expiration date for the class action is in October, and my business is paying interest as we await the settlement.       I received a check and I didnt get to cash it on time I called this company asking for a new check . ***** advised me they would mail new check in 2023 end of March . I wrote them in March and was now advised they would not be issuing any new checks at this time which is unfair to me. Its money Im entitled to and I cant even cash.       I am rejecting this response because: The class admin company is randomly doing anything that they want without taking into consideration the payment method selected on the claim form. Please find attached the claim form which clearly says that payment method i selected is via ******, They failed to send this ****** payment . On top of that i sent them several emails to point this out and they clearly ignored and only sent automated templated responses . In the templated response they even mentioned that people who have not received their payment via ****** will be sent second email to update their payment method for it to be resent electronically.       I have repeatedly reached out to this company via emails and phone calls and have not received any response. I am requesting a reissue on a $625.00 check that I received for a class action settlement. When you call, you are instructed to leave a voicemail and told that you will receive a call back, but that doesn't happen. I have left multiple voicemails and emails to the department that is handling the settlement and also to the corporate email but I have not received a response. When looking at online reviews and reviews from the BBB's website, it appears that most people share a similar experience to mine. No call backs or email responses. I would like to have my check reissued so that I can collect on the funds that I am owed.
