    I purchased the service at CGFNS on December 28, 2022 to validate my diploma and after sending everything they requested, they did not meet the deadlines and I have not received my validated diploma yet. The last document that was requested was received by them on July 5, 2023, 11:55 am (Tracking Number: *************)And until today (almost 3 months) after several emails sent trying to find a solution, I still haven't been able to find a solution. I just want them to review my submitted document and finalize my process. I also want to request a refund of my money because they did not meet the deadlines.

    I have already evaluated my educational credentials with CGFNS and currently working as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts. I am moving to Delaware and requested a simple forwarding of my evaluation which CGFNS already has to Delaware. I have paid the required amount of money for this service($250) but they have ignored my file for over 2 months. I spoke to others and they said CGFNS is quietly dubbing applicants by having them pay an additional $400 for expedited service or they will not evaluate their documents, this is absurd and cruel of this organization, I am restricted from freely exercising my right to work by CGFNS.

    Hello.I am validating my nursing diploma with the company CGFNS, however the last documents sent by the college arrived on 08/28/23, the deadline was 14 working days to be responded to on my CGFNS Dashboard. So far, after 18 working days there has been no update on the platform, despite having already contacted the CGFNS, requesting the update. My process began on February 25, 2023 and I have been waiting for completion for 7 months. I need CGFNS to finish validating my process so I can take the ***** test before my process expires. If this happens, I will have to pay the fee to renew the process. The amount of US$450 was paid to carry out this process.I need help resolving this situation, thank you in advance!

    Hello everyone, I am a Registered Nurse educated and trained in Brazil. My CGFNS ID: ******* and order number: *******.It has been 18 weeks now since my CES (Credentials Evaluation Service) status has changed for "ready for review". When I contact CGFNS the answer are always the same "Please allow additional time for this file to be reviewed". I paid $450,00 for the service. It has been 4 months of waiting.     I applied for a credential Verification service from CGFNS. This was a re issue since CGFNS has all my documents from a previous application. The status changed to ready for issue. For 2 months now, I have been calling CGFNS and I keep getting the response that report will be issued it the next few days. Its been already two months.     Good morning, I registered with the CGFNS on 10/27/22, I prepared the documents and sent them where the last one arrived on 03/8/23 where they say that after the status is ready for review, there are 14 working days to evaluate the documentation and I am I've been waiting for my documentation to be finalized for almost 6 months. I send several emails to the CGFNS and the status remains the same, the worst thing is that my registration will expire on 10/27/23 for the amount of 420 dollars and if my documentation does not come out on their behalf I will have to pay a new fee.     In June 2023, after my documents arrived to the US I paid 400$ for the expedite review service offered by the company. They requested further information from my university. On July 31st, the letter from my university arrived at CGFNS. Since then, even though I paid for the expedite review, which means my documents should be processed within 10 business days, CGFNS has not been transparent. My status hasn’t been updated until now. It says the documentation is still pending. It still hasn’t been processed. At first I was told it would happen within 14 business days. It’s been way over a month. Every time I reach out they tell me they made a request to locate the letter. But nothing changes. My application expires in February. I paid 400$ to make it go faster. I just wanted transparency and since I paid for it, I wanted my documents to be processed in a timely manner as promised. So far I’m still waiting without any concrete timeframe. I still don’t know when the letter will be processed and when my CES report will start being written.
