    I purchased CVS–NCNZ (order number ************) from CGFNS on 8th Dec 2022 and paid $300. all the required documents were submitted and completed on 8th Aug 2023 which then went under review. 30 days turnaround time was promised from the date when application becomes ready for review. Nothing happened, I made follow up calls with CGFNS on 20th September, clarifying about no other additional requirements needed and will issue the report within 15 days. However, it’s already been over 2 months and on 10th Oct they told me I have one remaining document left to complete my CVS–NCNZ report, and the RFA team needs further authentication process and will contact my school to verify some information directly. but until 17th Oct my school haven’t receive any verify email yet. And they reject I provide the verification report by the Education Bureau or Graduation Certificate Notarization to prove the authenticity of my education. I need a verification report to send to the Nursing Council of New Zealand asap, as there are some changes for competence assessment and it will affect me under take CAP.CGFNS has caused so much delay on my application and I am deeply disappointed by their customer service and very slow processing. I want a CVS–NCNZ report asap. My CVS–NCNZ order will expire on 8th Dec 2023 which means I have to pay for renewal if I wait any longer. I would greatly appreciate if you could assist to resolve this. Many thanks.

    The school didn't receive any assistance letter!! didn't CGFNS really sent it ?? did they sent to the correct teacher?  
    CGFNS has received my education form and transcript from my school in June. I spent 5 months for waiting and nothing happened, and I called them in August and September said no more documents needed will issue the report within 15days, but how many 15 days has passed. Its unbelievable that such an advanced company could have so many problems with the procedure .
    Its a really frustrating process and communication with CGFNS ,no one cares how long you have been waiting ,Its crazy.
    And I sent some documents that can prove the authentication for my education history but nobody reply the 'support' in CGFNS.

    My CGFNS ID: ******* On June 6th 2023, I purchased a visa screen service from CGFNS for $700 and sent my documents; a university transcript from ******* University of Science and Technology and also my professional license board sent my practicing license, - The university transcript was received and the license (****** ****** Professionals' Council – *****) was rejected citing various claims on July 14th 2023, (Your license did not contain a valid embossed seal. There was not a valid licensing authority signature. We do not have a license expiration date. Your agency did not provide the expiration date of license/registration and it states it was not a lifetime practice license.) When I phoned CGFNS the customer care person told me to contact my licensing board to send a headed letter verifying the license and have the signatures of people who are authorized to sign on my license. And I was able to contact my board and they sent this document on the 21st of August 2023 and the courier showed that it was delivered on 28 August 2023 (parcel tracking number ************.) - On September 11, 2023, I contacted them and they sent me this response (Thank you for contacting CGFNS, Please be advised that upon receipt of your documents that we received on August 28th,2023 tracking number ************ it can take up to 14-25 business days for that information to show on your account. You will have to visit your online account after 14-25 business days not including holidays and weekends for confirmation of your documents being received). - After 25 days on October 3rd, 2023, I again contacted them regarding my application - Again on October 10, 2023, I contacted CGFNS for an update. I would like for this application to be finalized as it's required for any job application that I make, without it my applications are not considered.

    I request help from the BBB regarding the service purchased from the CGFNS and the deadlines were not met. On March 28, 2023, I purchased the diploma validation service at CGFNS. I sent all the requested documents and on June 8, 2023 they confirmed receipt and announced a deadline of 16 weeks to issue my certificate. Today it's been 17 weeks and they haven't issued the CES and when I ask by email they always make excuses. I paid a lot for a service and I want them to meet the deadline they set.

    On June 5, 2023, I completed the acquisition of the Credential Evaluation Service (CES) from CGFNS to obtain a nursing license in the state of Montana. Because my education was completed outside the United States, the Montana Board of Nursing requires the submission of the CGFNS CES report. My CGFNS ID is #*******. I paid $450.00 for the service, and it has been over three months since I submitted the application. Due to the delay in processing my application, I purchased the Acceleration Service on August 14, 2023, for $400.00. They updated my dashboard the following day but generated a Request for Academic Records (RFA) at the Higher Education Documents stage. They forwarded a physical form to the college for document authentication. The college responded by completing the documents and sending them via email on August 25, 2023. However, CGFNS has not responded since then. I have contacted them multiple times, and I only receive automated messages that do not address my issue. On October 1, 2023, I requested the college to resend the documents, and they did so. Still, CGFNS has not provided any response. Given this situation, I reached out to CGFNS once again to inquire about what I can do to progress with the process. Unfortunately, I have received only automated responses without a resolution to my problem. I am experiencing significant financial losses (which are particularly substantial since all costs are multiplied by 5 due to currency conversion from Brazilian Reais) and emotional distress. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you very much for your support!

    Hello, My name is ******* ******* ***** and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my Brazilian Nursing degree in the United States on September 22, 2022. My CGFNS ID is: *******. I paid the CES issuance service fee ($420- Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS. The documents were shipped from Brazil and arrived at the CGFNS in May 2023. I received an email from the CGFNS confirming receipt of the documents and the change of status of my order to "Ready for Review". My University received an email informing the need to authenticate my documents. The e-mail was sent to [email protected] and the document was sent by MAIL. Both responses were ignored. I have been waiting for them to issue my CES for weeks, but no response. CGFNS is the worst company I have ever hired. Customer service is horrible. They never answer emails, never meet deadlines, and have the most expensive service in the United States for this purpose. I would like the BBB to help me resolve this case.

    On 30th of march 2023, I initiated the process to submit my academic and professional credentials to CGFNS for evaluation. This evaluation is a crucial step in my pursuit of a MLS career in the United States. I promptly submitted all the required documents, including transcripts, and other necessary forms. However, I recently discovered that one of the forms I submitted contained an error. Due to the ongoing war in my home country, Sudan, it is impossible for me to resend the corrected form at this time. I have been actively trying to rectify this error, but I have encountered several obstacles in dealing with CGFNS. I attempted to communicate with CGFNS to request assistance in resolving this issue. I proposed to approve my university's official election portal request that they had made on several month ago to submit the correct document, but CGFNS refused to approve their request saying that there is an issue in my country internet so they could not verify them . Furthermore, they declined to accept the corrected document via email, insisting on physical mail, which is not feasible given the current circumstances in my country. This situation has left me feeling frustrated, as it seems that CGFNS is unwilling to accommodate my unique circumstances, despite the exceptional challenges presented by the war in my country. I am concerned that this issue may significantly delay my evaluation process, potentially impacting my career prospects. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in mediating this situation and encouraging CGFNS to consider alternative methods of document submission. I believe that CGFNS should exhibit greater flexibility and compassion, especially when dealing with applicants facing extraordinary circumstances.

    I applied for CES report with CGFNS on Aug 22/2023. My profile somehow has two secondary school documents which arent even needed for the CES report. Secondary School Diploma - #******* University of ******* ******** and Secondary School Diploma - #******* ******* ***** secondary. I have requested for those to be removed from my profile over a month ago and no update on my profile at all. It still says awaiting initial documentation and nothing has been updated since I purchased since August. My CES report will not be reviewed until all documents are received and my attempts at contacting CGFNS have gone unanswered.     my process has been stalled since august, documents have already been sent by my university and my nursing council in Brazil. What's missing to issue my CES?

    In response to the referenced complaint:

    ***************************** placed an order for a Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) Professional Report on May 22, 2023.  CGFNS International, Inc. is required by the applicant’s report recipient to review all required documentation.

    The following are documents that have been received and reviewed:

    Certificate of Completion of Secondary School issued by EEPSG ** ****** ****** **, Brazil.   Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    License verification from Brazil.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Transcript from Universidade ********** ** *** *****, *** ******** ** *****************.  Please note that this document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the signature of the school official who signed the Request for Academic Records/Transcript form.  CGFNS sent a Request for Assistance letter to the school requesting the names and signatures of the school officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS via email on August 22, 2023.  CGFNS also sent a request to the school via email on October 10, 2023 to verify the transcript documents that were received. 

    Please note that once the requested information is received, the applicant’s file will be reviewed by an evaluator. If the evaluator determines that the applicant’s documents meet the recipient’s requirements, a CES report will be issued.

    CGFNS International, Inc. trusts that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

    my university has already answered several RFA emails and made new signatures but they won't finalize my process. I'm very dissatisfied with the delay and analysis
