    Hello,On September 20, 2023, I purchased the CGFNS validation service with order number ******* and my CGFNS ID is 9083398.All documents requested to continue my validation were delivered and verified by the CGFNS on January 8, 2024.That same day my status on the website changed to Ready for Review and shortly thereafter they issued an ***, requesting signature authentication for my University.On February 9, 2024, my University sent the requested document (***) to the email ********************************** since that day I have been sending several emails to the CGFNS asking for my validation to be issued and they always reply that they are evaluating it.It takes almost 4 months to evaluate a simple document to authenticate signatures?I request the BBB's help to resolve this issue, as the deadline stated in the first email to complete my process was 4-5 weeks after receiving the *** and today we have been almost 4 months since they received the document.I just ask them to complete my process because they already have all the documents to issue my validation and they are dragging me around unnecessarily.Thank you

    Hello,My name is ********************************* ********* and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my Brazilian Nursing degree in ***************** on August 28, 2023. My CGFNS ID is: ********* paid the *** issuance service fee ($450 - Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS.The documents were shipped from ****** and arrived at the CGFNS, but after a long time, some additional information was requested for the license documents, and I sent this information. Now already had passed 6 weeks and I haven't had an answer, even after trying to contact them by email.CGFNS is the worst company I have ever hired. Customer ********************** is horrible. They never answer emails, never meet deadlines and have the most expensive service in ***************** for this purpose.I refuse to pay any additional fees to the CGFNS and would like the BBB to help me resolvethiscase.

    I purchased CGFNS CES report last April 2024, and submitted all the documents that they required. They insist that my school have not yet submitted my Transcripts, but in fact it was submitted thrice. It was submitted because they received the other documents like Related Learning Experience and the Education Verification Form. My school sent it altogether, as this was confirmed by our school registrar, that is why it is very impossible that they did not received my transcript. They are delaying their clients needs, and the price we pay for their services is not worth it.

    After purchasing the Credentials Evaluation Service, from CGFNS in Sep 2023, having complied with the requirements and sent the documents and forms in Dec 2023. At that time, "request for authentication" was requested. After a delay, I called in order to gather whether there would be any problem with the documentation sent and I was informed that CGFNS had established contact by email and letter to the school to assist with this request. And that as soon as they received it, within 8 weeks the paid document would be authenticated and delivered. When I contacted the school, I was informed by the academic secretary at the school that they never received any request from CGFNS by email or regular mail. (maybe it was lost?) I requested CGFNS to resend it, without success for a few months with no response. I asked the school to send the information to them by letter on school letterhead and translated into English and also to register using the new link ********************************************* to establish direct contact and be able to upload documents directly to CGFNS, which they did immediately in January 2024. The letter which I asked the school to send with the aforementioned signatures, was delivered in March 2024 via DHL, as proof of tracking. Since then, several contacts were made by email, telephone, in addition to sending by mail. I have been trying for 7 months to adjust to all the demands generated by the company, however, the requirement was: Authentication of the signature of the person responsible for the form sent in December 2023 to authenticate the veracity of the University campus and the person responsible for it in the aforementioned individual contacts. THE SCHOOL WORKED WITH AN EMPLOYEE OF CGFNS NAMED ***** TO REGISTER VIA THE CREDENTIAL PORTAL in order to be able to submit documents electronically to CGFNS. I'm including prints of emails between me and the school, along with telephone registers of calls made to CGFNS and email correspondences.

    The company's response is finally correct, what makes me strange is that a company that has operated in 50 American states for almost 47 years needs to reinforce, after a complaint from one of the thousands of customers, the purpose for which it EXISTS: - " CGFNS prides itself on upholding the highest standards of integrity in serving the global healthcare community. Central to our mission is our commitment to using only primary-source and verified documents, thus ensuring their authenticity" - I certainly hired the company for this type of verification/checking, for imagine that age would have brought him experience/agility and respect in the market.   Unfortunately, it didn't give me any reason to give any kind of praise, or gratitude for the service finally performed, requiring so much wear and tear caused by neglect, lack of empathy/commitment/honesty/Ethics/respect/agility and transparency in the process with the client.  

     I would like to thank the Better Business Bureau, for interceding on my behalf with the CGFNS, having helped by imposing their respect and experience, in mediating this situation, in which their influence to mobilize them can conclude/finalize/deliver to me my "Service Purchase" ... even though it took almost 9 months, and your contact.   I am aware of Brazilian colleagues, who are also being "trapped"... like I was.  And I'm sure other nationalities are too.   We are more than *************************** need of this foreign diploma validation process, racing against time due to age, speaker, financial conditions, among other obstacles in the immigration process.   Fortunately, other companies are emerging in this market that, as competitors, can help CGFNS, to practice all the qualities that it lacks due to market competition... "Either change or file for bankruptcy".

    Hello,On October 30, 2023, I purchased the *** service with order number ******* and my CGFNS ID is ************ the months I fulfilled all the requirements for issuing my diploma validation which would be sending documents from my nursing council and my college.The CGFNS has a very complicated authenticity verification method, which delays the delivery of the contracted service. And they are very confused in answering what it is by asking them via email.On February 13, 2024, the CGFNS changed my status to Waiting for Required Items, that is, it issued an *** saying that it sent an email to my university to respond to the signature and seal form.On March 3rd, an email was sent to CGFNS asking when they sent the *** to my university and the response came on March 4th stating that this process could take a long time and that I would have to wait. It's just sending an email and they don't know how long it takes.On April 25, 2024, I sent another email informing that my university would send the *** to the CGFNS by email on March 21 directly to the email ******************************* Their response was as follows: "Please be advised that it can take up to 10 weeks or less to process a response to an authentication request response. We understand that this is a timely process, however we cannot proceed with your application until all documents have been verified as authentic. Due to the nature of the authenticating policy, we must do our due diligence to verify the authenticity of every document that we receive.""The CGFNS is inconsistent with deadlines, as friends who are in the process receive the same email saying that it is 15 business days, another 25 business days, etc... They do not have a standard.How am I going to wait 2 and a half months to just confirm the authentication of the signatures and seal that was sent?I only request that the *** be verified in a timely manner and my service be delivered. There's no way you can wait 2 and a half months for this.

They asked me to send some documents and other documents had to be sent by my university and *************** (name of the board of nursing in my state).Both my university (*****************************) and my board sent all the requested forms along with the appropriate sworn translation into English.On February 29th, the company sent an RFA email to the university and then only on April 2nd sent it to ***************, which were promptly responded to.Even after responding to requests for assistance, after all documentation had been received, and several emails had been sent by me, in an attempt to update my dashboard or issue the certificate, the company did not give any deadline or date of issue, and it doesn't even notify me that it updates my page.I highlight that I am in the immigration process to the ***, and this document is necessary during the interview at the consulate, which will soon be scheduled. The Australian Health ****************************** (AHPRA) informed me that my Registered Nurse details (Registration number NMW0002703342) were uploaded onto the CGFNS portal on 25 March 2024. I have also informed CGFNS about it. However, my AHPRA document was not updated on the CGFNS portal under order purchase number *******.     I purchased the Evaluation service at CGFNS on August 23, 2023 with order number ******* and to this day my validation has not been delivered even after submitting all the documents requested by the company. On November 30, 2023, after having already received all the documents, they informed me that an RFA had occurred and I would need to receive a document from my University containing some university information and for those responsible to sign this document and put a seal on it. So that CGFNS could then authenticate the signatures. This "RFA" document was sent to the CGFNS both by email and by post. By mail it was delivered by ***** on 2/26/24 at 9:15 AM Tracking code: ************ Signed for by: *************** They request a period of 15 working days to analyze the document and this period has long passed and still nothing.Since they already have the last document needed for my equivalency, I request BBB's help in resolving this impasse.
