    I am writing to express my complaint and dissatisfaction with CGFNS organization. I have a pending process with CGFNS to validate my documents and issue a CES and VisaScreen.I have already submitted all the required documents, and my college has also submitted the requested documents. However, my process has not yet been completed.On February 22, 2024, the documents were delivered to CGFNS, as shown on the website of the ********************** However, CGFNS seems to not know where they are, as they keep asking me for time to find these documents.I have deadlines both at CGFNS and at the immigration office to attach these documents. If the deadline is exceeded, CGFNS will charge me a $700 fee again, which is a very significant amount for me, as it is worth 5 times more in my country's currency.Another problem is that they claim they do not receive documents by email from my college. However, I have personally been to the college and the email was sent for the second time in my presence, but a BLOCK message appears, from the CGFNS server.

    Hello ***/*****, My name is *************************, Sudanese and a graduated medical laboratory scientist (MLS) from ***************** in ***** with ASCPi.I applied for the **** screen through CGFNS on 20th April, 2023, my CGFNS ID#*******. At the same month, war broke out in *****, the conditions there worsened, and institutions and facilities stopped working. Also, as you know, the conditions in ***** are not better than ***** and are almost the same .From here, my struggle began in providing proof of the authenticity of my academic certificates and sending them to CGFNS, because one of the requirements for completing the application is attaching proof of the authenticity of my bachelors certificates, which were issued by the ******************* in *****, as well as attaching proof that I am a medical laboratory technologist from the *************** in *****, which was impossible to obtain in those circumstances. The worst thing is the war and closed facilities. I left to ******************** and I am resident here as a refugee now. I contacted friends of mine who lived near these facilities and they struggled a lot to deliver my request to the Concerned authorities. Finally, I was able to fill out the papers after a very exhausting efforts that took eight months. Finally, it was sent by air mail to CGFNS, while some of my colleagues did not take any steps, but rather gave CGFNS an excuse that it was due to the circumstances of the war it is impossible to provide them with the papers, and their excuse was accepted. Another friend sent his DATAFLOW report and it was accepted, while neither my war excuse nor my DATAFLOW report was accepted. I contacted Dataflow to send my request and they happily agreed on the condition that CGFNS request it personally from them. When I told the CGFNS about that, they evaded and did not agree to request my report. They denied the fact that they stated that they accept documents from DATAFLOW on 13 March 2024, (as it is clear in the attached screenshot) , while my colleague did the same thing and his report was accepted and his entire transaction was completed without any objection. But I did not give up and continued to provide them with the required documents despite all the impossibilities and obstacles I faced.Finally, I was eager to hear their response of acceptance, and that it was accepted, but it was rejected, and I will attach to you the reason for the rejection in the screenshot (VALID SIGNATURE was not provided ), I began to suffer again, as they told me that they had sent RFA verification emails to my university in ***** and to the authorities in ***** to provide them with their official signatures and seals to compare them with the signatures and seals that had been sent to them previously. But unfortunately, after I hardly communicated with my university and the authorities in *****, they said that nothing had reached them, and I continued insisting on re-sending the **** Finally, it arrived and they filled it out after a period of 3 months due to the weakness of technology in these two countries and the continuous interruption of the Internet.since I was away from them, and with the help of friends, once again there it was sent via the official email of the university in *****, as well as The official email of the Sudan ***************.After I felt that the mission had been completed successfully, I received the shocking response that I have to wait 10 weeks and the CGFNS did not recieve any emails from my school or authorities in ***** although I have screen shot from my school of the sent email on 27/3/2024 (screenshot below) !!!??? SO After suffering for 11 months, They have all the official proof of the authenticity of all my academic certificates, and they were answered with original official emails, and all this effort and money (700$), still waiting for my approved CGFNS certificate. Please look into my matter seriously and help me because I am really disappointed because Its frustrating what CGFNS do is illogical and unbelievable.

But CGFNS still not receiving it!!

    Dear BBB,My name is *******************. I am an RN licensed in ********** currently enrolled in a graduate program and in need of a CGFNS-CES report to endorse my license to states where I will be completing my clinicals. I purchased this evaluation service on 3/12/24 for $660. My CGFNS ID is *******. I urgently require this report, so I paid an expedited fee on 3/26/24. CGFNS does not offer expedited service unless they have received all the necessary documents. I called them during the daytime on 3/26/24, and the agent confirmed that they had received everything needed and I could avail the expedited service.However, the day after I paid for expedited service, I received an email stating that my school documents had been rejected. I called them today as there was no clear explanation for the rejection. The agent I spoke with was very helpful but mentioned they did not receive the "breakdown," which was the form I sent to my school to process my transcript. My school verified that they had sent everything in one envelope, so it's impossible for CGFNS not to have received it when they received my transcript. The agent asked for 2 days to try to locate it, but if not found, my school will need to send another one.This is frustrating because I have already spent so much money expediting this process, and resending another document will cost more, especially when it wasn't my fault or my school's fault that they lost the document. It appears CGFNS is not taking accountability for losing this important document. I find it hard to believe that numerous nursing boards rely on this agency when their service is like this. This is unacceptable; CGFNS needs to be more consistent with their words and understand that people's lives and careers depend on them, so they need to take their job seriously.Sincerely,*******************

As I studied at two universities, the CGFNS sent requests for confirmation of signature and veracity by email and letter. Estcio de S University sent a reply to the *** team on November 30, 2023 via email to ************************** **************************************** sent the reply to the *** team on December 1, 2023 via email to ***************************** I've spoken to the universities and they've sent the answers again by ***** letter.     On 30 June 2020, I applied for CES, through CGFNS and the report was completed successfully on Dec 03, 2021.On 30 November 2022, I applied for VisaScreen assessment.Transcripts and validations of licenses were sent directly from primary source institutions .I understand that CGFNS maintains a database of school and licensing officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS and that the organization catalogues the signatures of these officials as well as their institutional seals or stamps.Due to the nature of CGFNS authenticating policy, I totally and agree that CGFNS must do due diligence to verify the authenticity of every transcript that they receive.I have contacted CGFNS several times via phone calls and on-line Applicant Navigation Services regarding and update on my VisaScreen application, and CGFNS advised that I should contact my school to send a letterhead letter via postal mail addressed to the *** Team providing a list of authorized ************************** info as this has always been accepted. Our Mailing address ******************************************************************************************** Letterhead letters confirming authorized ************************** info was sent to the *** team x 3 and CGFNS confirmed that the letters were received.Despite the letters received by CGFNS confirming new authorized **************************s of individuals who are currently dealing with transcripts of training at the school of nursing, my file is still pending from 30 November 2022 up to date reason being that the verification of the signatures received on my documents does not match CGFNS online database.

    Dear BBB,

    This e-mail and its attachment, serves to proof that CGFNS has been communicating with the school of nursing when I applied for my CES and the e-mail address used, are the same e-mails addresses that were on the Letterhead letters that the school sent to CGFNS confirming authorized signatures/seals & contact info of the person responsible to transcripts of training.

    Despite all of this, CGFNS keeps on saying that verification of the signature received on your documents does not match our online database.

    Kindly see the e-mail that was sent from the school to me to proof that the required documents were mailed to CGFNS as requested by CGFNS.

On 12/27/23, I received an e-mail informing an ***. According to CGFNS, regarding my Transcript, it has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Seal and signature was not provided. They told me that I could also ask school/license agency to send a letterhead letter via postal mail addressed to the *** Team providing a list of authorized ************************** information. So, my University did it on 01/25/24. Since then, I called more than 3 times to know if I (or my University) should do something more and CGFNS just tell me that I should to wait more. Worth highlighting that other students from the same university followed all the steps that I did and got their CES weeks ago. Please, help me to get my CES.

    Greetings, As a registered nurse supervisor who dedicated her life to this field and as an individual, I am very disappointed in this organization and how I have been treated. I am baffled and displeased. I applied RN licensure credential review to get the report last year. After all these months, no sign of progression for the review process was made by this organization. Furthermore, I paid twice in the amount of 420 dollars since the review process expired after the x amount of days of not getting my documents reviewed. Just this type of behavior shows unfairness to the consumers. As of now, my application just expired for the third time as this loop keeps going on. Every time I call, I get a different response from each representative. One person says that I just have to wait until everything is reviewed. Another representative says I need the submit the documents, etc. The third representative promises that in 10 days ***** will have this all completed. None of them allowed me to speak with the general manager or a supervisor. Therefore, before I escalate this problem situation further, I want to submit an official complaint to this organization to resolve the issue. I do not want to keep paying the review fee over and over again.Problem Situation:I applicant #*******, wrote to inform CGFNS that the nursing school I graduated from is PERMENANTLY closed in my birth country, *******************. I have been requesting a waiver on the license confirmation requirementthe school transcripts. Hence, as requested by CGFNS, the ******** of ***************** has already sent a notice of the school's closure, certified by apostille on 09/04/23. CGFNS received this documentation. After this review, CGFNS decided to directly communicate with the ******** of Georgia. The ******** provided additional documents and communication to CGFNS twice which have not been evaluated for months now. The application is expired with no sign-on resolution.

    Professional certification from ASCP, *****************************.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    English language proficiency exam scores.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.   

    Transcripts from Sociedade ********** de Analises Clinicas.  Please note that this document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the school official who signed the Request for Academic Records/Transcript form.  CGFNS sent a Request for Assistance letter to the school via email and standard mail on January 26, 2024, requesting a sample of the official school seal/stamp as well as the names and signatures of school officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS.  

    Transcripts from Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense *************************.  Please note that this document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the school official who signed the Request for Academic Records/Transcript form.  CGFNS sent a Request for Assistance letter to the school via email and standard mail on March 22, 2024, requesting a sample of the official school seal/stamp as well as the names and signatures of school officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS.

    Once the required information is received, the applicants file will be reviewed by an evaluator.  If the evaluator determines the applicants credentials meet the ********** of ******** Securitys requirements, a **** Screen certificate will be issued.

    My bachelo's degree is biology, my license from ****** is ************************* and I have certification as International ******* Laboratory Scientist with ASCP, so why CGFNS is delaying my process?

    CGFNS ID: *******, Order Number: *******. I paid $450 for the Credential Assessment Service (CES) Professional Report service on 09/01/2023 and even after providing all the necessary information and documents, they did not issue my CES. I am making a complaint about the poor service delivery and inadequate customer ********************** provided by CGFNS. Effective communication is very essential for service delivery, however, CGFNS is taking money and not doing its job effectively. I understand that CGFNS needed time to review the documentation and issue the report, so I gave them the necessary time and waited all this time, even longer than they had requested. However, since 02/23/2024, CGFNS has received the signature authentication documents from my college and so far they have not issued any response or finalized the process of issuing my report (************* has been 6 months since I paid During the process of writing the Credential Assessment Service (CES) Professional Report and providing all the necessary documents for CGFNS to process and issue the report, CGFNS verified all my documents as "Meets to all program requirements" still awaiting authentication of signatures from my college that were delivered and received by CGFNS. However, the CGFNS is delaying the process and all the deadlines they requested have passed without issuing the report. I would like my report to be issued and my money refunded as the service is not being done correctly.

    I am writing to express my profound concern and dissatisfaction with the significant delay in the authentication process for my documents by the *** team of CGFNS. On 10/02/2023, I made a payment of $700 to CGFNS with the expectation, as advertised, that my document evaluation would be completed within 12 weeks. However, upon submitting all required documents, I received correspondence from CGFNS indicating the necessity to authenticate my license and transcripts before proceeding with the evaluation process.Subsequently, *** letters were dispatched to both my University and licensing agency. While my licensing agency promptly responded on 12/21/2023, verifying the pertinent information, it was not until 9th of January, 2024, that my university completed the verification process.As per initial communication with their team, I was informed that the review and authentication process typically takes 7-21 days. However, it has now exceeded 3 months since my University and **************** from ******** submitted the required documents.Despite repeated inquiries, I have been provided with inconsistent information regarding the timeline for completion. Initially, I was advised that the review would take 4-5 weeks after the 21-day ***** Regrettably, this extended timeline has not been adhered to, and there has been no tangible progress in the authentication process.The prolonged delay is significantly impacting my professional endeavors. I have communicated my urgency, as my application is time-sensitive with a deadline approaching on the 6th of March, coinciding with the commencement of H1B proceedings. However, my documents are still not authenticated. I appreciate your attention and look forward to a swift resolution.
