I purchased a service at CGFNS on March 19, 2023 with order no. ******* and my ID on the website is CGFNS ID: *********** problem is that my service will expire on March 19, 2024 and I have already sent all the requested documents, my university has already sent everything and they keep misleading me and not answering my emails correctly and always passing the problem on to others without a solution.On September 19, 2023, the CGFNS informed that my university was asked to authenticate signatures and stamps (called RFA).My university sent this completed RFA by email and it was received by mail on October 27, 2023.My School has already answered my recently RFA that CGFNS sent to Delivered, Tracking Code: ******************* October, 27 2023 13:18 Local time, Service Area: WEST ************, ** - *** That's right, since October 27, 2023 they have received the missing document and to date they have not completed my service. Every email I send to them always trips me up and tries to pass it on to someone else in the company.I would like your help in resolving this problem. I I purchased a service at CGFNS on December 20, 2022 with order n ******* and my ID on the website is CGFNS ID: *********** big problem is that due to delays and complications from the CGFNS my process would expire and I requested an extension from them and it will expire on March 11, 2024.And they still didn't deliver the service.The problem is that CGFNS requested signature authentication, so my university sent a document called an ***. This document was sent by email and delivered by post on January 27, 2024.It is already known to you at BBB and to all customers that CGFNS does not deliver the service on time.In an email from them on February 12, 2024, they said the following: "Please be advised that upon receipt of the *** response it can take up to 20 business days for that information to show on your account."20 working days have passed, and every time I send an email it's the same story that you have to wait, it takes so long. On September the 4th 2023 I purchased the *** professional report service from CGFNS so that I may apply for a ** RN license. As of today I have gotten to a point in the process where every requirement has been satisfied except for a requirement of authentication from my Nursing ******************** Notification of this requirement for authentication by the evaluator was given to me on February the 1st 2024. I was told by CGFNS on the phone that this requirement for authentication would be sent via email to my licensing authority so that my licensing authority may submit the necessary information. They told me that the email will be sent out in a few business days. It has since been 3 weeks and according to CGFNS on a phone call the email still has not been sent. It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes longer than 3 weeks to send an email. I spoke to multiple CGFNS representatives and they cannot give me a proper explanation as to why this is taking so long. I've spent nearly 1000 USD on this service including an expedited review service (Purchased December 7th 2023) which really didn't expedite anything at all. This company has no sense of urgency for their client base and I am stuck in limbo waiting for this email to be sent so that I can finally get my report issued so that I may continue with the process of obtaining my RN license. I am begging ********************** to just send that email with the request for authentication already, handle the response from my licensing authority and issue my report as quickly as possible.Business Response

Hello, My name is *************************** and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my Brazilian Nursing degree in ***************** on Februar 21, 2023. My CGFNS ID is: *******. I paid the *** issuance service fee ($450 - Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS. The documents were shipped from ****** and arrived at the CGFNS in August 2023. I received an email from the CGFNS confirming receipt of the documents and asking for aditional documents 2 in november and they were already answered. Since then, I received any response from CGFNS. I sent several emails asking for a deadline to complete my process, but I never get a response. CGFNS is the worst company I have ever hired. Customer ********************** is horrible. They never answer emails, never meet deadlines and have the most expensive service in ***************** for this purpose. Hello,My name is *************************** and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my Brazilian Nursing degree in ***************** on November 18, 2022. My CGFNS ID is: ********* paid the *** issuance service fee ($420 - Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS.The documents were shipped from ****** and arrived at the CGFNS in July 2023. I received an email from the CGFNS confirming receipt of the documents and the change of status of my order to "Ready for Review" 2 months ago. After that, I received an email saying that my University documents were refused, but they don't make it clear what needs to be done. The documents were sent again in January 2024. Since then, I received any response from CGFNS. I sent several emails asking for a deadline to complete my process, but I never get a response.CGFNS provides a service called Expedite Review, where they charge a fee of $425 for documents to be reviewed faster. They put all client processes on hold, forcing us to pay the $425 fee to have the documents reviewed quickly.CGFNS is the worst company I have ever hired. Customer ********************** is horrible. Please note that this document was not accepted as the Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form was not signed by the school official, and the school did not place a school seal/stamp on the document. The applicant was informed via email on February 21, 2024 that CGFNS requires an official transcript and the Request for Academic record to be resent by the school to CGFNS containing the appropriate signatures and seal/stamp. CGFNS also contacted the applicant via email on March 4, 2024 requesting more details (tracking information) for the transcripts that the applicant stated were sent to CGFNS in January 2024.
Please note that once the Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form and transcripts are received from the school, the evaluator will review the documents and determine if the applicants credentials meet the recipients requirements for the Credentials Evaluation Service. I paid $1200 for CGFNS to process my CES and CVS Report to be sent to four different states for my licensure application. I processed and paid for the application October 2023. I submitted all my documents, the last document they needed was sent on January 16, 2024 but until now, CGFNS is telling me every time I call or send an email that they received the documents I sent them but they have not processed it yet. Then once they have processed the document, it will take another 12 weeks for them to review my application. It has been stressing me out for weeks now as I need this for work purposes so I can practice my profession in 4 other states. I paid that amount of money thinking CGFNS will help me with this in a timely manner but I have been calling multiple times with no resolution for my concerns.Business Response

Hello my name is ************************* and I want to file a complaint against CGFNS. My CGFNS id is *******. And I paid 700 dollars for **** screen services order number *******. My validation form together with my license and registration document was signed, sealed and sent by my board. The ***** Medical Technicians and ******************* via courier dhl trackin no ********** and CGFNS received it on July 13 2023. 4 months later on when I called CGFNS and also wrote to them via their corresponding links they informed me that on 22 November 2023 they had contacted my board and had sent them a document for verification of my license. I called my board and they told me that they sent the document via email on 18th December 2023. When I contacted CGFNS they said that they had not received such a documentation. I went to my Board again and this time they sent the document via courier dhl tracking no **********, and CGFNS confirmed receipt of it on January 16 2024. My complaint is that the whole process has taken more than 8 months and they have not even finished the first step of the process. I believe their process has disenfranchised me since I cannot continue with other processes of coming to ***************** as an allied professional if they delay this process by almost a year now. cgfns told me that they re sent a reverification letter to my board on February 13th 2024. This is the third time my board in responding to this kind of verification letter, as I said earlier one was sent on on 18th Dec 2023 via Email. And now the second reverification letter which was sent to my board on February 13th 2024 was also already responded to by my board between 22nd February 2024 and 23rd February 2024. I am quite frustrated since the 1 year period they give in order to process all your documents is elapsing and they will try and charge me for a process cgfns is delaying. Attached is a correspondent letter they sent me on 15th Feb 2024. Please help me out so that I be done with this process. This is the only process delaying me from getting to *******.
