    For the attention of the BBB, I am making this complaint against the CGFNS. I applied to the CGFNS for the revalidation of my diploma (CES) on June 4, 2023 - CGFNS payment and start of the process. 08/07/2023 - Ready for CGFNS review 21/09/2023 - RFA 30/10/2023 - Faculty sent requested documentation - RFA 02/11/2023 - Receipt of the requested RFA documentation by CGFNS Today 05/12/2023 there have been 24 working days since receipt of the documentation - RFA there are still no concrete answers and every time I have sent email the information is mismatched.     I started my visa screen with CGFNS on 06-10-2023 , I have paid and all documents were sent and received and found to meet program requirement for MLS, only Transcripts Validation Form status was stuck to (waiting for authentication). I communicated with the university and they told me they have sent the form but it contained outdated signatory and contact information, so I have requested hem to resend updated Transcripts validation form, and they already sent(through the concerned department) it and was received by CGFNS and again (waiting for authentication). since then I have contacted the university concerned department which signed the updated transcripts validation form if they have received any communication from CGFNS asking for authentication, but nothing was received, I have emailed CGFNS asking them if they have sent anything to the concerned department that signed my form, but no response, I need to know so I can communicate with the university (which usually requires the candidate to pay fees just for them to respond to any authentication request), Note: all my transcripts have been verified before by ASCP during the process of obtaining my ASCP IMLS license.     Once this information is received, the applicant’s file will be reviewed by an evaluator.  If the evaluator determines the applicant’s credentials meet the Department of Homeland Security’s requirements, a Visa Screen® certificate will be issued.

    -Please Note that the Master Degree in Clinical and Chemical pathology was awarded after 3 years long training program in all aspects of clinical laboratory science , and the Master Degree academic transcripts show the number of hours related to Clinical laboratory science earned during the three years program (from May 2001 to May 2004), and this training program was the basis for acceptance by ASCP to obtain my Clinical Laboratory Scientist license, and this training program together with the scripts were verified by ASCP through accredited US credentialing agency.
    -Detailed description of the three years long training program explaining in detail the curriculum of the program and teaching methods was sent by my university together with my bachelor’s degree as supporting documents. (delivered to you on 20/12/2023)

    I asked for new CES report on June 2023, submitted all required documentation in two weeks. Status has been ready for review since July. I emailed cgfns several times asking for the new report to be released since their 12 weeks processing time passed.

    I payed for a CES process what was 450 usd at CGFNS International on the 27th of January 2023. My order number is ******* and my id number is *******. During this process i had to write to BBB to ask for help. The complaint number was #********. That problem was solved. (This is a complaint about on other problem. )On the 16th of October 2023 CGFNS issued my report and they sent it to the GA Board of Nursing. On the 25th of October i called CGFNS to help me with downloading the report and make sure how long do they keep my documents on my account. When i was able to download the report and take a look at it i realized that it had some error/mistakes. There were unmatching information between the report and my degree/diploma, also CGFNS did not write some informations in the report what explains my BSc degree in nursing and patients care. So the report says my 4 years BSc program and my textbooks were in english while my degree says it was hungarian. CGFNS states i did not complete basic nursing program prior to my midwifery when my degree says BSc in nursing and patients care specialized in midwifery. Even in the degree supplement they can find that information. I also saw that my school did not write some of my hours (clinical, theory) correctly. So i reached out to my university and let them know ahead that they will need to send the correct information. The said that they are willing to do it and they appologized. I also reached out to the GA Board of Nursing because they got this report from CGFNS with the errors/mistakes to let them know about it. I got the email address of the person who started to review my papers, report from CGFNS and also told the front desk lady that i will try to ask CGFNS to correct the information and let my school to send the correct information, Academic reports. I wrote to one of the person *************************** ************************************** on the 26th of Ocotber 2023 to let her know about the situation. On the 27th of October 2023 i called CGFNS and talked with *** on the phone. I talked about the problem, and asked his help how my school can send the correct information, also asked how did this happen that CGFNS failed to realize the unmatching information because it looks like they just scanned and uploaded these documents to my account for 450 usd. He could not say anything, he tried to blame everything on my school and said they can not do anything for me since the report is done. When i asked him about the report how they or the person who wrote the report about my degree did not write some information in it also stated that i did not do basic nursing, *** did not answer my question. He tried to say that it was my school's fault. *** told me it is up to the GA Board of Nursing now. I told *** an example about paying for a service and if there is a mistake or error you take your product, back and the business fix the problem, they do not ask extra money for it. *** told me i would have to pay again hundreds of dollars to CGFNS for a re-evaluation and ask my school to send the documents. I wrote to the lady from the Board and called them also on the phone. I told them about what CGFNS said, they won't do anything, but my school is willing to send the correct information. Unfortunately that is not the way how the Board has to get the documents. I live in the states for 5 years, with my husband we payed a lot of money and worked with the immigration office here in the US. That process is long and expensive but when i had missing document or any kind of problem this never happened to me. This never happend to us before here in the US or in Europe. My husband is a US veteran and we can not believe how this business is "doing" the job. for 450 usd (just for the service) this is what they do. If a business do the job right and they get it done, we love to talk about them and we do appreciate them. We make sure they get a good review and we tell our friends to use that business. But in this case we can not find words, i am disappointed how can a US business do this, but even in a small country like mine i never experienced something like this. Since the Board decided to go ahead and review my case on the 16th of November, after that i wrote to them about this situation, I only would like that CGFNS let my school to send the correct Academic records electronicaly in email to them and then CGFNS to upload the correct Academic records to my account without paying extra money.

    I have been trying to get my visa screen ready for my interview, all the necessary documents was already sent to the CGFNS, they did a rfa to my university by courier, my university says that it was not sent, they didn’t receive anything. I made a lot of requests to cgfns contact them in another way like email because it is easier for them to answer, I don’t understand how in 2023 people can’t contact others with this technology. Also, I asked for them who received the documents that they sent because my university would search the person that could received and they said that it was confidential, so it seems that they are not worried about solving the problem. They said that I need to tell my university to write in a blank sheet, my university said that they will not do that because they can’t sign in a paper that is nothing on it and they already sent all the requested information to cgfns. I am so exhausted with Cgfns, I only want to resolve these problems and get my visa screen. I think that they need more organization and more communication, not only saying to the applicant resolve problems, we are paying for their service. As well as my English score that it was received in 29 of September and until now nothing was updated on my profile. Please bbb, I only want that my money was worthy.     Hi there, I’m email you guys regarding my application on Cgfns, it’s about my diploma degree (nursing program) validation . I’ve ben waiting for their conclude my process almost 2 years, I have on my register messages with them asking about what I could provide as documents for them finish my process. Therefore 3 months ago they’re update my status to ready for review and then require another document from my college in brasil. Also their gave me 16 weeks to give me an answer. I provided the document they were require and my documents got delivered there last week . Also I just did a call there today and they said more 16 weeks again. That’s makes no sense 16 weeks to check one paper in fact they’re reach me out two months ago by saying since my documents from my college got there they would provide my credentials report. That’s so frustrating because it’s a lot effort to getting trough on this process and also expensive service by Cgnfs. I appreciate all that help. Regards, *******

    Hello, My name is ****** ****** ** ****** ******* and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my Brazilian Nursing degree in the United States on November 09, 2022. My CGFNS ID is: *******. I paid the CES issuance service fee ($420 - Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS. The documents were shipped from Brazil and arrived at the CGFNS in June 2023. I received an email from the CGFNS confirming receipt of the documents and the change of status of my order to "Ready for Review", and I paid $400 for the Expedite Review, to analyze my documents in 10 days. After I paid the Expedite Review, my University received an email informing the need to authenticate my documents. The e-mail was sent to [email protected] and the document was sent by MAIL. Both responses were ignored. I have been waiting for them to issue my CES for weeks, but no response. CGFNS is the worst company I have ever hired. Customer service is horrible. They never answer emails, never meet deadlines, and have the most expensive service in the United States for this purpose. I would like the BBB to help me resolve this case and I would request the CGFNS refund me the Expedite Review fee ($400).

They never answer emails, never meet deadlines and have the most expensive service in the United States for this purpose. I refuse to pay any additional fees to the CGFNS and would like the BBB to help me resolve this case.

    I purchased CVS–NCNZ (order number APP-********) from CGFNS on 6th April 2023 and paid $300. All the required documents were submitted and completed on 22th Jun 2023 .Then I was informed the status was changed to Waiting for Authentication and the documents need to be verified by the primary source institution.I have been waiting for more than 2 months since the Verification email has been sent from the educator on 9th Aug 2023.So I made follow up calls in Oct and was told that CGFNS has sent another email for additional verification on 14th Sep. However,I was informed from the educator that the email sent on 14th Sep from CGFNS used the WRONG APPLICANTS NAME ,WRONG CGFNS ID,WRONG DOCUMENTATION so that it was taken as a spam.I couldnt imagine how long it will take to find the mistake and how long the case could be delayed if I didnt make the follow up call.I spent 2 months to wait and nothing happened just because the MISTAKE made by CGFNS.Its crazy.Then CGFNS sent the third email for additional verification on 12th Oct to the educator which has been replied and sent on 15th Oct to the CGFNS.When I called CGFNS on 16th Oct,I was told there was nothing updated and they can not check the verification email,all the things I can do is waiting.So how long do I need to wait for ?Another 2 months?Its a really frustrating process and communication with CGFNS ,no one cares how long you have been waiting for ,even if the mistakes made by CGFNS.Now ,all the documents required by CGFNS have been submitted .I really need a verification report to send to the Nursing Council of *********** before December, as there are some changes for competence assessment and it will affect me to apply for CAP.CGFNS has made a mistake and caused so much delay on my application and I am deeply disappointed by the customer service and very slow processing. I want a CVSNCNZ report asap. It would be appreciated if you could assist to resolve this.

    ************************* placed an order for the Credential Verification Service for the Nursing Council of *********** on April 6, 2023.  CGFNS International, Inc.  is required by the Nursing Council of *********** to verify the authenticity of the applicants identity documents, academic and professional credentials, and nursing employment.

    The following documents have been received and reviewed:

    Notarized passport and notarized residents identity card submitted by applicant.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Transcript and nursing education form from ** **** Medical University.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Verification of nursing license from China. Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    English Language Proficiency Exam Results.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Employment History Declaration.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Please note that the evaluator has reviewed all documents and the report was issued to the recipient on October 30, 2023.
