      I filled a claim on 01.02.2024, for 1 ER visit, 4 Dr. ************ and 8 PT appointments. To date I have received one payment for 1 PT appointment. I have made up to 50 calls and yet to receive an update on the claim or payment for this claim. At this point I would like to get this claim paid and cancel the insurance and request a refund for my premium that I have paid.

      TERRIBLE would be generous when describing their ******************* Spent over 3 1/2 hours trying to get a resolution.. Nearly all reps could not speak English well enough for me to understand, and would not let me talk to a supervisor. (I asked about 15 times or more). Dental exam and cleaning denied because the provider was not in their network. However the provider is listed in their book (on page 1412), that they sent me when I was shopping for a plan. (Their website is even worse). They will not mail me the "correct" provider list. I did not think I could do worse than UHC but my brother said I would be sorry going with Cigna. I should have listened to him... Lied to about the Chiropractic providers. Promised $50 for groceries every quarter when I signed up in December, this also was not true. Don't use Cigna for your ******** Advantage. Like brother says, "You'll be sorry!".

      Truth and Facts: Terrible customer service and programs, they misplace information and history transaction, keeping you on hold hoping you will get tired and hang up. Cigna took literally a year to process my appeal for a claim only for it to be denied. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

      Absolute garbage. If I could get another insurance carrier, I would.I spent 2 months trying to get a claim figured out (very very long - would be more than happy to get into it if need be, but my guess is this review will do little as others have had similarly terrible experiences). I spoke with roughly 8 different reps, 3 requests for supervisors, and apparently they submitted my claim 4 different times (for the same issue). They don't understand anything. All reps are from other countries. And apparently you need to keep up on them despite them stating they'll call you back after a resolutions been reached. Complete waste of time and money.

      Worst insurance I have ever had. My wife has MS an it's like you have to fight and argue to get covered for what in network approved doctors want to do. Our doctors are highly rated in my area and it is a never ending battle to get thing procedures covered.

      I bought Cigna Hospital Indemnity insurance through my employer. They marketed that they would pay within a few days ($1500 for being admitted to the hospital and $200 if you had to be observed in the hospital). I filed by email on Nov. 17, 2023. In January, they sent me a check for the $200.00 only. I emailed their CEO, CFO and the person over North America operations twice. I filed an appeal. They have still refused to pay the $1500 even though the paperwork from the hospital has a medical code that says I was admitted. They are acting dishonestly and have refused to honor the terms that they promised my employer. I had to call them at least a dozen times since emailing the original claim on Nov. 17th. I have provided everything they asked for. They are fraudsters, and I would not recommend them for anything. I can provide proof of all correspondence with them.

      Cigna is a horrible insurance company. The only people they are concerned about are the crooked doctors who are scamming people. You pay every month just so you can get the run around. I tried to do a review with Cigna and they denied my review. They sensored my review because I spoke the truth. It's all one big scam with Cigna and the doctors. I do not recommend them at for anything.

      Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service. Uses eviCore as their servicer and they are even worse. No urgency for approval of medical procedures. Would rather their patients die and save money than approve procedures on a timely basis.
