      I do not recommend Xfinity! Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. Do not sign up for auto pay because they will charge you indefinitely for your bill and you will have to go to your bank and cancel your card to stop them from charging you. Do not trust the representative when they tell you your service is disconnected. They are lying. Make sure you get a confirmation number every time you have an interaction with them. I do not recommend them. Try your local cell phone provider first.

      They signed us up for a promotion said several times they would do the promotion spoke last with them on 5/3 and today said they would not honor the promotion. We cancelled on the spot. We will be working to get rid of our internet as well. What a nightmare!!

      My brother passed away last fall and I needed to secure his home while it went through probate. So I (being a long time customer of *********************** got an Xfinity internet hookup and installed a security system. Three months later (March) the courts allowed us to sell the home so after closing on the house I returned the equipment and called to cancel. ( I have a confirmation number). They canceled that address as well as my home address. I had to call to get my home address turned back on... (they are in two different states!) For the next two months I was not billed for my brothers home but yesterday I received a bill for it. Like many people that have left reviews here, it took hours of chat and then additional hours on a phone call talking to people that I could barely understand. I received an email confirming the cancellation beginning yesterday (May 20) which means that they have not retroactively cancelled back to my original March cancellation date. I cold not get them to send anything in writing stating that I owed no money, I could not talk to anyone with authority, I could not get anyone to even agree with me about the fact that I cancelled in March even though I had a confirmation number, and I do not feel that the situation has been resolved as of this writing. I fear that I will still be charged. I have been a comcast/xfinity customer for over 20 years and nothing has made me consider shopping them until now. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! They don't deserve one star!

      I had made a payment arrangement with Xfinity. I paid a week earlier in the *** of $275.19 and cancelled payment arrangement. A week later they took out another $275.19. When I called, billing told me to call my bank. Bank told me they can reverse charges. I called again and they put in a ticket to refund my money. I called again and expected a callback. Never got one. Called numerous times and still no call back. Chatted with customer service through text and again put a ticket in for refund. I then got a text stating my claim for reimbursement was denied even though my account had been over-paid. Tried calling again about 5 times and still no call backs and couldnt get in touch with billing department. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank told get my money back. If I could actually get in touch with them, I would cancel my service. Its been almost a week since I started calling and still have not heard back from them.WORST SERVICE EVER! I will no longer be using Xfinity once I figure out how to cancel service.

      Terrible customer service. I had been a customer for 8 years. It takes 5 minutes to get a new service but when you want to cancel, they take everything super slow. I had my first phone call 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting for their PENDING cancellation. They sent me a bill for the new month.

      Arn intentionally prevented me from helping my elderly resident get their cable working. He refused to give me a support id and likely lied about his name. They need to move their customer service center out of ***** asap

      Terrible connection and customer service.
      They have been non responsive to addressing a very simple issue. We are trying to activate overseas calling. After waiting the insane 45 days to activate they still have not activated it. We have called on more that 6 occasions only to be told each time, after reeducating them on the entire problem, they are going resolve the issue and they never do. Yesterday they finally hooked up overseas calling on one of the lines on our account but not the other. They said one of the lines was not activated at all. However we have been using that number since signing up in March. Customer service will not resolve this issue. When we ask them how much it will cost to call overseas when they finally activate the service, we get a different answer each time. We have gone to the Xfinity stores for help and they can’t figure it out.
      This was just a terrible experience and we regret ever signing up with them. Terrible!

      I switched carriers and was given an incentive. Since January 2025, I have been trying to get my money. After 18 weeks and still no solution, I filed a complain and someone actually responded snd asked for a final bill. T-Mobile sent me a statement showing 0 balance and I sent them my bank statement. They are still harassing me for more documents. I am owed $600. I have so many chats, emails, phone calls. This is causing me a lot of stress and hardship. Please help me out.

      I switch to a different mobile provider. traded in my ****** and never received a check for my phone. call to get it resolved and the *** said I did an upgrade and not a trade in. I have the email saying we received your trade-in and if you don't receive a check in 30 days call in. Went to actual store and asked for help, they look up my account and viewed the ticket submitted over the phone. then said they would update me when possible, then 2 days later my case was closed with still no check.Horrible **************** and company.

      Paid my bills. Got many different reasons that I owe this money. **** is still incorrect. Not paying.. Speak to many representatives since March. Still not resolved. Constantly changing their answers. Your customer service *****. I would go without cable before I ever pay this company again. No one speak English clear. Attitude and disrespectful,The woman I talked to today kept changing her story . There is now way that I am paying these people. NO WAY.Don't use these people FREAKING THIEVES. RUN RUN Very Quickly
