      If I could leave -100 I would, a star is too much. They have the worst customer service system, the agents lie to keep you from leaving resulting in a misleading contract, and the bills fluctuate. Not to mention the hours and days that you will waste on the phone just trying to resolve your issue. YOU CAN NEVER GET A SUPERVISOR they only offer a supervisor call back!!! If they call you** Sometimes they call back and if you missed the call. You are screwed... I get stressed and anxious when I have to call them because the issues never get resolved easily. Overall, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! I'm waiting for my contract to end.

      Wish I could give zero stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called customer service for billing was on hold over 30 minutes only to get payment department who then transferred me to billing. Held for another 15 minutes for the system to just disconnect SMDH. If you can get alternative in your area… do it!

      I called Comcast and I was on the Internet essentials and then refusing to accept my ACP credits and they keep charging me $94 and I told him I’m on the ACP program my application has been approved and qualified but Comcast is refusing to apply my ACP credits I told him if you want to get paid you need to apply the credits stop charging meAnd customer service is horrible they don’t help me at all they just gave me the runaround

      They lock you in on sneaky contract terms. I am paying 180/mo for the next 10 years and have no way out of the contract. For three months I didn't make payments, they sent me to collections
      If any lawyers are reading this, please advise.
      I am filing a lawsuit in small claims court.
      Avoid at all costs.

      Don’t let their advertised prices fool you. They are much much more than they say. I’ve had Comcast for many years and prices constantly on the rise. Almost worth it if iyou can fast forward the commercials which I have done by pausing and turning off the tv until ready to watch. NO MORE! They force you to watch commercials AND pay their exorbitant fees

      Please review your Xfinity Mobile bill. Their unlimited services isn’t unlimited you will only get 20 gigabytes of data per month and thereafter it slows all the way down. Honestly if unlimited slows down at 20gigabytes of services is that unlimited? You can port you phone to other providers and receive more than that amount for maybe 5 dollars more than the 45 dollar unlimited. Teenagers should not have this as their services. Xfinity will offer you to get more gigabytes for 15 dollars more. See., if you have to purchase more then it’s a cap on the service. No other company states pay more for unlimited Data making this a false statement.

      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I CALL ON THE PHONE!!!! VERY poor communication due to language barrier. It's NOT the fault of the person on the other end, in Phillipines, Mexico, wherever! It's Comcast's fault for having innocent people looking for honest work to help U.S. customers and NOT fully understand well enough to answer questions or solve an issue!! SHAME ON YOU COMCAST/XFINITY!!!

      XFINITY is the WORST company to EVER purchase anything with! Two years ago when I switched over from a carrier to Xfinity, I thought I was doing the right thing and giving Xfinity a chance after being with another carrier for so long. Boy was I wrong! Their customer service sucks and no one seems to know anything on how to fix any kind of problem. Recently, all 3 phones I purchased from Xfinity have been paid off. Now that I have switched companies, I was on the phone with numerous employees trying to get a Network Unlock code from which they transferred me to so many reps. The last rep stated they would send an email with a lock code within 2 business days. I received an email from Xfinity today explaining in order to receive the lock code, I will need to pay the past due MONTHLY bill which has nothing to do with the phone itself nor was this explained when we purchased the phone. The only thing that was discussed was "if you leave prior to paying off the phone, the remainder of the COST of the PHONE will be due." This did not explain anything regarding the phone bill. If you are thinking of switching to XFINITY, do NOT switch! Go to any other company except XFINITY! This company is a total ripoff!

      Liars about the Internet speeds it provides. I've been paying for 1200mbps, I've been getting speeds as low as 1.63 mbps, which won't allow me to even chat with its customer service reps. My phone internet and video streaming are constantly buffering even after troubleshooting several times. Two techs came out a couple of months ago, and when I replied with feedback that the problem was not resolved, I still have not received any communication or someone returning to fix the problem! NOT a good service at all!

      Absolute worst company I've every dealt with. Service was fine (other than it dropping for 20-30 minutes every single night), until about a month ago when I called because our internet stopped working. The rep, of course, barely spoke English, but offered to sign us up for a better rate. I asked multiple times for details on the change, and she just said we would have a better speed, at a lower rate.
      A few weeks later, I received a phone in the mail. It took me *2 hours* on the phone, being passed around to non-English speakers, only to be told I would have to pay a bunch of fees to return the phone. I wasn't allowed to return the phone until I activated it, and then was told I might not get a refund if there was any damage (like fingerprints?). I *never* signed up for mobile service nor did the rep once say the words 'mobile' and/or 'phone'.
      About a week later I cancelled my account as I was able to find a much better company in our area. And of course, I just got billed for another month of service, even though the service stopped working yesterday.
      On top of it all, that 'better rate' she gave us has nearly doubled our bill. WTactualF is going on with this thieving business??! They steal your money!
