      I ordered ********* - WHITE/BLACK (SKU: ***********; Order No. ***********) on 11/29/22, but received a completely different delivery instead which contained a random shirt. I have contacted SNIPES through email several times but they have not reached out even once, and they are not picking up any of my calls. They have completely scammed me and it has been almost two months that I have received neither my order or any sort of response from SNIPES' side.

      I ordered **** mini II boots online in Nov 2022 from Snipes USA. They were $162 and were delivered in what appeared to be *** packaging. However, upon the first wear of the boots, within the first couple hours, the right boot tore straight up the middle of the toe area. The boots fit well, were not wet, and I was walking in them when they tore. There was not misuse or overuse to induce a tear. I have owned multiple *** boots and I have worn them for years without any tears or other defect issues. The boots received from Snipes USA look like real ****, but based on the immediate tear, I am not positive they are real ****. I emailed Snipes USA customer service multiple times to request a refund. The company has not responded. After searching online I finally found a customer service number for **********************. I am unable to speak to anyone via phone and I have left messages without any return calls. Currently I am out all investment (money and boots). I would like the company to refund my money and I am happy to return the boots, practically brand new. I will never do business with Snipes USA again. They are frauds.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Snipes response was "Once an item is worn per Snipes policy we are unable to accept the item as a return."

      The item was barely worn and it was worn around the house. There is no wear and tear to this product. This product is either not authentic or is defective. I believe Snipes should provide a refund. I have provided pictures to show that boots have not been worn beyond within the house for less than an hours' time. Boots should not rip up the middle without cause.

      I ordered **** ****** one item code *********** for $55 + $9.95 shipping +tax from snipesusa.com on 1/3/23 invoice #******/ ***********. Only 1 shoe (the right shoe) arrived in the package ( which was intact). The address on invoice is ***********************. Philadelphia PA *********. There's no phone # listed and no #s I found for snipes online are affiliated with them. I've sent multiple messages to the snipes customer service and only get a computer generated response that it was received and they'll contact me in  24-48 hours (they never do). I called the ***** **** shoe store that the package was sent from ******************, ***************************************, Chicago Ridge IL ******* and they told me I had to contact snipes but couldn’t provide a number and couldn’t help. I don’t think it’s an all out scam as the shirt I ordered arrived in good condition along with one shoe I really just want the left matching shoe.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Yes Snipes finally contacted me after I contacted the BBB, to essentially tell me multiple times that they can’t help me. They said sending the other shoe is out of the question which would be the thing I’d like most. They said if I still want the shoes I’ve already paid for I can purchase the shoes again that are now double the price and trust that they will refund the difference AFTER they receive the 1 shoe from me and the new pair has shipped. The other option is to receive the refund after they receive the shoe I have. Both of these offers require I put more trust in them when they haven’t fulfilled their end in the first place. The companies I trust to do business are usually willing to fix their mistake without requesting anything more of me. At the very least fulfilling their end of the bargain promptly and without hassle or refunding, ( in which case if they want the shoe I have so badly I can then return once I’ve received the new pair). I don’t think this is too much to ask. I wish I had done more research before ordering from this company I’ve never heard of. There’s no customer service number on the invoice, the numbers on their website are for a law office and the other a dead end. Only after contacting the BBB did I acquire a number for them however they never answered the dozen times I called they only messaged me to try again. There are countless reviews on multiple sites of others having similar problems. I don’t know if it’s a complete scam or just terrible business. This whole process has been way too much trouble for a pair of shoes (that I won’t receive) However if people don’t report problems they have it’s hard to know who you can trust to do business with online. I appreciate all the effort on behalf of the BBB to help consumers know who they can trust!

      I order shoes of the website, 7 pair to be exact. A couple of days later I was notified that one pair was out of stock. I received 5 of the pair throughout the next couple of weeks. Just waiting on 1 more pair I received notice when my order was delivered, however when I opened the package it wasn't my order. I tries to contact Snipes through email 2x and called several times that either say call back at another time or say they are busy leave your number and they will get back with you. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not spoken with someone about this issue.

Didn't get a response from Snipes until January 25th and there is a lot going back and forth never stated how the matter is going to be taken care of. I requested a phone call because I'm not with emailing back and forth.

      The business must only have 1 customer service representative named *****?? She refuses to email me back and its been almost a week since I sent in my complaint. My entire order was a birthday gift and I don't have any of it. ***** said to wait 1-2 days and I did that and now she wont respond to any of my inquiries. First time using this company so I'm afraid I got scammed. My total was $111 I just want my money back

      I ordered my niece some *** boots on Order Number: *********** Order Date: 1/10/23 Order Status: Shipped Tracking: ******************. She’s lives in New York, I live in Michigan. It was a surpise and she said auntie I only received one boot. I emailed I have called they don’t respond or answer the phone. It’s horrible. I contacted ****** and got my money back but what I am suppose to do with the one boot and why is this normal for them with no response and horrible customer service

      I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from Snipes online in November 2022 as a Christmas present for my daughter. I needed to return the shoes for a larger size. Their website lists St Louis as a store where returns can be made. However, I went to the STL store and they told me they cannot accept returns. So, i had to mail back the shoes at my cost ($14) and was told i would receive a refund within 7 business days. My shoes were delivered on Jan 3rd to snipes and i have not received any refund or email notification. I have emailed Snipes twice with no response. Their website does not list a number for a live representative. I found A number on their ******** but no one picks up. I left a call back number but no one returns it. So now im out the money i spent for the $85 shoes, the $14 for shipping and no shoes. This store is a scam and I want them to reimburse me. Thank you.

      I got an email that my item was "shipped" for the order on Jan. 11th at 10:56AM. I saw and got an email it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, Jan. 15th. I attached the email. I never got the package. I reviewed the tracking again, and it said, "the label was created on Jan. 11th...I looked at the tracking on Jan. 15th, when my package was supposed to be delivered. I reached out to customer service and got a robotic response. I was told the item needed to be scanned by **** and *** would update the tracking. Okay...I contacted **** and they never got the package. After a few days, I reached out again on Jan. 17th to see what was happening. I was called by the wrong name, "*****," and was sent THE SAME EMAIL as before. I mentioned to them that *** did not have my package. I then asked the order to be canceled because I said there has been no update. I have gotten no response from an email I asked to cancel the order because nothing has been updated. My item was never shipped. *** has not been given anything. I get the same robotic customer service response, and they have been no help at all. Nothing has been updated for 8 days.

      I purchased my sons shoes on January 9th ************ retro shoes ship out later fine no problem awaiting delivery says delivered then days returned to sender like what? Why? No one is answering or returning calls I have reached out to customer service to no Avail and this just ***** I got the same shoes for my daughter because they were supposed to match and now I'm out of shoes and money for no reason there is literally no customer service here the experience ***** and I will never shop here again would like full refund immediately as I've already wAited for order and shipping now awaiting response smh the shoes will no longer be the newest by the time I receive them back
