      *********** Order number I placed an order on the 22nd and was told it would be here by the 24th. They put a notification saying that they tried to deliver the package and left a slip. I was home all day waiting for the package and nobody came to my door nor was there a slip on my door. After seeing complaints from numerous people who experienced the same thing I truly just want my money back. I spent 218 dollars including shipping and it was meant to get here before Christmas. I will never order from this website again please refund me my money.

      I ordered the *** *** *** on December 15th, 2022, and the estimated time of arrival would be sometime before Christmas. On December 22, I received a message that the package was delivered and at my front door. I was home all day awaiting the package, and when I went to check the package, it was no where to be found. I contacted the carrier and gave them my tracking number, and they informed me that the recipient of the package refused the package so they took it back. This made me confused, as whoever did that was definitely not me since I never received any package in the first place. We tried contacting Snipes customer service by sending them an email as well as calling their customer service number multiple times; its been four days and we haven't received any call back or email response. We just want someone to contact us back or for someone to issue some sort of refund for the sneakers that we never received.

      I placed an order on 12/7/22 and received an email stating my package was delivered on 12/9/2022 which I did not received.I checked my ring camera and no package was left at my door. I sent and email to customer service and was given on 12/19/22 Case # ********, however, I have not received and update. I am unable to speak with a customer rep. Every time I call a msg comes on saying they are having system issues and call disconnects. I will like a refund since I went to the store and purchase this item which I needed for my daughters birthday.

      I purchased boots from this site on December 11th 2022 with expedited shipping and was assured I would receive them before Christmas. I received an email the Snipe store received my delivery 2 days ago but when I go to pick up my order the employees tell me it wasn’t delivered and will take more time. I want to cancel my order and purchase boots that are on hand but was told I couldn’t get a refund until they receive order. It’s showing delivered so I’m not understanding and addressed this with the store manager but she still can’t do anything.

      I placed an order and was told I would get an email when it shipped my order was placed 12/15/22 and it has not ven shipped and what's worst is they have generic email answers and no one to help.. Terrible customer services and unable to send out orders already paid for.

      I placed an order on December 13th containing two items and based on the Holiday Shipping stated in Shipping policy if ordered by 12/13/22 the items will arrived before Christmas. On 12/16/22 I received a package from Snipes USA but it only contain only one item. On 12/16/22 I send two email inquiring when will the other item be shipped and if it will be here before Christmas. On 12/16/22 I received an email from customer service ***** stating that the item will be received before Christmas. Today is 12/22/22 and the item still showing pending. I also have been calling customer service numerous times a day and no one is never available. The automated machine ask for a call back number then states there is a system issue. I have also sent email requesting a refund and have yet to receive a reply. I paid $66.10 for a pair of **** joggers that I never. This matter has cause a great inconvenience for me.

      My son had his heart set on a particular pair of shoes for Christmas, which I purchased on 12/13/22. The website indicated that all order placed on or before 12/13/22 would arrive prior to the holiday. On 12/21/22 I was sent an email telling me my order was cancelled, several generic reasons where given, one of them being that they don't have the product. If you don't have the inventory don't sell it, I went with this vendor because the website made the representation they would deliver prior to the holiday. I am now in a position where I can no longer secure the item, which is a Christmas present. I reached out via email but haven't received an acceptable response yet.

      I purchased a pair of boots that ***** **** has never even shipped. Per their website, orders placed by 12/13 would arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered them before this date and they haven't even shipped them. I have reached out to their customer service phone number and no one has ever answered. I have reached out online and received one email back saying they are trying. Since then, I have reached out numerous times with ZERO response. The shoes have still not been shipped. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to hopefully get the money back that I paid for an item that was never even shipped out to me. I have never filed a complaint in my life. It takes a lot for me to get to this point. But this is absolute fraud and the worst customer service ever…Very disappointing. At this point, I would just like a refund on the shoes that they took money for but never shipped.
