      12/18/22 paid 53.00 bought a pair of *******s and I received them with only one shoe I’ve wrote several emails that have gone not answered and calls with no return call back

      I purchased shoes from Snipes online and I needed a bigger sizes and was told to go to the store to exchange the shoes and the store told me to go online because they can’t take online orders. There’s no way to contact nobody not even receive your money back. They are scamming people out there money

      Our returns team will process a refund within 5-10 business days of it being received. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed.

      I made a transaction with Snipes on December 16th for a pair of boots. Apparently its been shipped but when checking the website it says pre transit with tracking information. However nothing was picked up by **** I sent emails and called but to no avail. Only thing coming back is a generated email saying that they received my request.

      hello i placed a order on 12/15/2022 and obtained tracking on 12/18/2022. my order was supposed to be delivered on 12/22/22. I reached out to snipes multiple times and their phone lines dont work and i emailed multiple times and no emails back. *** was originally the carrier then *** transferred my package to **** and now **** is saying they never obtained package from *** and that i need to contact ***. I contacted *** and i was advised package was transferred to **** and there was nothing *** could do and i was denied to file a claim due to package was transferred to ****. **** will not help due to they claim they dont have package. I tried to get Snipes to help but they will not follow up with me

      On December 9th 2022 I placed an online order with Snipes my order number is located on the attachments I have included. I ordered a women size *** size 8 **** slipper, Two men size 11 *** ****** slippers and one man size 12 ****** slippers. On 12/15 a package was delivered with only one pair of men size 11 *** slippers in the box. Also the box that it was shipped in was small enough for only one pair of shoes to fit in it. I have been calling snipes customers service daily and leaving my number because there is no one ever available at customer service. I also have been sending emails regarding my order. Snipes will not contact me back on this issue but sent me an email this morning on Dec 28th stating my case was closed. And now they are calling back with an automated message stating to wait on the line to speak to a representative and when you stay on the line and wait the call gets disconnected. All I want is my money back for the items that I did not receive.

      Snipes only credited me back for two ****** slippers I ordered 4 and only received one pair. I still need to be credited for one more pair of *** ****** slippers. My order that was placed was for one women size 8 and two men size 11 and one size men 12 *** slippers I only received one pair of the size 11 men slippers. So in total I needed to be credited for two men and one women *********** slippers.

      I placed an order for a pair of iris retro 3`s on October 27, 2022. As of December 28, 2022 I have not received my shoes. A claim has been filed with *** as I was instructed to do. Every time I call *** my claim is being escalated. Every time I call Snipes a resolution has not been reached. Its been 2 months since my purchase. My issue can either be resolved or escalated even further, this is ridiculous.

      I placed an order online for mid 1 size 9.5 shoes, on 12/15/2022, I received the order in 12/21/2022. The shoes was the wrong shoe. I reached out thru email and call no answer on the phone and automatic messages on the email. It was a Christmas gift to my husband. Im not being allowed to return in store , I have all valid receipts and Proof of ID. Merchant is a scam I just want a refund.

      Ordered online (Order Number: *********** ) Bought a pair of *** ***** on Snipes.com. READ their return policy before purchasing so that I could be sure to return to local store if there was an issue. Their Website states "RETURN TO ANY SNIPES STORE FOR FREE". So when the shoes that came in didn't fit right, I went to local store (Inside ************** Mall, Pineville/Charlotte NC). I WAS TOLD NO! I even said it's your policy ONLINE that I can return to any store. They said no they cannot and only store that can is in Greensboro (100 something miles away). I had my receipt, and within 30 days! They stated customer service will send me a return slip. Called customer service multiple times left phone number and never received a call back. This is Illegal/false advertising! Your policy online clearly states that I could return my purchase in store. I have wasted my time, money and energy. This situation has left a negative feeling now anytime I associate ordering anything online !!!!!!!! This is fraud !!!!!!
