      Ordered an item in 8/10/24. Contacted the merchant several times through email they telling me that *** has possession of the package that says that there is a delay. Call *** said that they do not have possession of the package that I need to reach the merchant. Email the merchant several times which would be snipes . Nobody is responding or communicating currently . Please stay away from this company. They were definitely scammers now I have to fight to see if I can get my money back. Definitely stay away from this bad business I would not recommend this to my dog

      My son wanted The ********************* Cement 4s that was recently released for school and I so happened to run across Snipes online that had them in stock as it said. Ordered them July 30th and its been pending with no movement since then.Today is August 3rd. Reached out by email as there is no number which is odd. I was told they were short staffed and my order was processing and would be expedited and I would receive my tracking info. It still says pending.! School is almost here! I have never ordered from Snipes before and wish I had looked at the reviews before hand! At this point they can refund my money and I can buy else where. Im not happy and have nothing to do with them being short staffed!

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! I have not heard back from anyone. I paid $150 for a pair of kids retro 12 ******* and received the wrong size in the mail. I returned the sneakers to the warehouse and I was only refunded $69.99, I even emailed the receipt. I am being robbed of my hard earned money, especially someone that supported THEIR franchise from out of state. Customers should be informed or compensated of any miscommunications and I have emails to show that no one relayed that information to me and I also have receipt of me returning the sneakers to your company and accounts show that I was only refunded a portion of the amount. I reached out to the store and they stated that customer service should never have informed me to return the sneakers if they were not going to refund me the full amount. The store is stating that they need the sneakers in order to refund me the rest.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH WEBSITE. ORDERED 5 PRODUCTS AND RECEIVED THE WRONG ONES WITH SECURITY TAGS ON THEM. EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. FILLED OUT THE RETURN REQUEST AND NOTHING. THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO FAIL WITH ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I have really bad experience with snipesUSA. They sent me wrong size shoes just oneside and need to return it. I asked them to send new pair instead of refund and I checked there is available pairs for the size I should get it, but they said they can't do that and I need to wait for the refund.I paid around $110 and they only sent me refund of $99.99 which is rediculous. So I just submit a claim to my credit card company and they took care of the situation.

      I order shoes on 3/20/24 the shoes has been marked as delivered at my front door 03/24/24 but I never received them mind you no picture nor proof of delivery posted . I paid $106.95 for preschool air Jordan 13 retro size 11c this is unacceptable somebody needs to explain I have tried filing a claim with them but I keep getting denied because my package was supposedly transferred to the USPS post office but how if today is Sunday and they are not open today. Do not order from these scammers!

      This company is the worst online customer service and online package distribution I have ever known. They really don’t care about making sure they get your stuff in a timely manner or even follow up notification of what you order. This is the second time I’ve had problems with them and I will not return and order from them ever.

      So I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son. The sneakers were too big so I returned them the next day and ordered a new pair . I emailed them for the reimbursement for the one that was delivered. They took a little long to get back to me . They did respond and i was reimbursed the wrong amount ! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SNIPES AGAIN
