      I purchased an item from this store online. I never received an update for shipping/tracking so I decided to cancel the order. I was told that I would receive a full refund in 2-3 business days. It has been a month and I have not received a refund or my order. This is theft! I have sent multiple emails to customer service and I no longer receive any responses.

      Do NOT order from this company! I spent $130+tax/shipping for a pair of Uggs for a Christmas present and only received ONE SHOE! Customer service will not respond to my emails and they have no customer service phone number!

      I ordered 4 pair of shoes from snipes. 1 of my boxes only had 1 shoe in it. I have been trying to contact snipe via website, via Facebook, and via email and they have not responded to either ship my other shoe or return my money. They don’t even have a phone number to contact.

      Sent me 2 different sizes on box. Will not respond to emails and have no number to reach them to rectify the issue.. these were a Christmas present. Thanks Snipes, should of followed my gut and not ordered here.

      I order a online order to be pick at the store I cancel an hour later they pull the funds and it say pending then I utge them to cancel the order but did not reversed the payment no refunds 2 days. Pass and no refund they pull the money out my account and I have no merchandise this business is afraud then they say to contact the bank to release the payment the second agent say they indeed cancel the order but didnt reversed the payment it was 29.99 this company is unethical and total fraud I had to call the bank and file a complaint

      First and last time ordering from them!!!! I ordered 6 items on from their website and they only sent 4, I reached out to them about the other 2 items and they automatically cancelled the order items. I placed the order only for those 2 items and those happened to be the ones they canceled! It was still in stock so they had no reason to cancel it and they clearly don’t care about their customer service because getting in contact with them about fixing the issue is a nightmare!!

      I ordered a pair of AirMax 95 on 12/10/2023 and they had a guaranteed Christmas delivery. After not receiving an email on the status I started to email them with questions about delivery date. I was given a different date each time. 12/19, 12/21, 12/22 , 12/25 . Then today I received an email that my order was canceled. This is very bad on their behalf. This company does not like to be questioned and also said in cancelation email I would not be charged but my credit card still has pending. I will file as many reports with BBB and other credit bureaus to get satisfaction. These people are crooks and criminal charges for trying to steal people money.

      I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes, and I must express my dissatisfaction. The sizing is horrendous; they are not sized like the original Nikes I own. The shoes I received are way smaller than expected for the size I ordered, making me question their authenticity. It seems like they could be knock-offs or something similar.
      To compound the issue, when I requested a return and a shipping label, the company refused and closed my case without providing any solution. This lack of customer support and resolution is extremely frustrating. I advise caution when considering purchases from this seller.

      TERRIBLE, AWFUL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time i order a pair of shoes, and I mean every damn time, my order is cancelled! I can order 6 pairs of 6 different types of shoes and two weeks later I’ll get an email saying my order has been cancelled because of 1 of 3 reasons. 1. I didn’t pay 2. I asked to cancel 3. Shoes are sold out. And they said the shoes were sold out. ALL SIX PAIR? I believe my local store is giving them to their friends and families, because I can’t think of any other reason why this would continually happen. It might be a sign because my cousin bought a pair from them and I swear they are fake. My kids really needed those shoes! They were a Christmas present. My son has a hole in the toe of his shoe. I’m so upset.
